Not satisfied I was charged for parts, not replaced on my vehicle! The parts they did replace were used from a junkyard, now I get to test out the parts to see if they are good!! The day after I got my car back from the shop it shut off on me driving down the highway. I had to have it towed to another mechanic because Doug s said that they wanted me to get a second opinion on what was going on and they never fixed anything that they warranty.

Had an accident with front end damage. Doug's Auto Body was recommended to me so I gave them a try. I am very happy with the work they performed and the customer service they provided. My car is a highly modified sports car so some of the components were not stock anymore. Terry, Carla and crew worked with me every step of the way to get my car back to the way I wanted it. This was my first time using Doug's for an auto repair. I was very impressed with their work! The paint job was flawless, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they did an interior detail so that our vehicle was clean when we picked it up. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'd highly recommend Doug's for your auto repairs!!

My family has been using Doug's Auto Body for years and there is as reason why. They are so good at what they do. Not only do they deliver exceptional work, they provide an incredible customer experience as well. Scott, Nicole, and the rest of the team are so fantastic to deal with and I would never go anywhere else for any of my vehicle needs.I recently had an unfortunate accident that required my truck to get some body work done. The people there were amazing I appreciated the help a lot when I got my head on collision in my 1994 GMC Sierra, I dropped it off to them and they had done an amazing job and were able to help me out for a week with storage until I could get back to the vehicle and drive it home. Great people service and great auto body work.

Not sure if it s bad luck or what but between my wife and I we ve have had to bring cars in for repair about 3 times in the last 4 years. Doug s was recommended to me the 1st time and we always go back. They have great communication and are always as timely as they can be. Service is great and I m always happy with how the vehicles turn out!

Had an insurance claim to replace the front bumper cover, grill, and some lights. Did self pay to fix a dent on a rear fender and cracked rear bumper cover. They got me in right away. The price on the self pay was cheaper than other estimates I had gotten. They coordinated with my insurance. They did great work. The paint matched perfectly and all the body components were lined up. Looks just like new. Very happy. Good customer service. Very friendly. They called me two times to give me updates on progress. They are wonderful to work with, very professional and do a good job. Had an issue with my alignment when I first got the car back after initial repairs, but when we found out, they took car of new tires and everything with no issue. They fixed a mistake with no hesitation and a lot of grace. They also offer loaner cars and just make the whole car repair process easy to deal with.Service: Body & Trim

Doug's Auto Body has been such an amazing help to our family! They have fixed our van doors when the hinges froze up. They gave us wonderful help and support when my husbands vehicle was hit and technically totaled (the damage was worth more than the vehicle). Wonderful staff, knoedgeable, friendly, and time sensitive!

After a deer collision (the deer walked off just fine!) caused my first ever accident, I was naturally very flustered about the whole repair process. Doug's Auto Body made it incredibly easy and Terry was very friendly and understanding, he answered every question I had about the process and made everything with the repairs and insurance as smooth as possible. Repairs were done in a timely manner and the car was good as new when I picked it up. They handled everything with insurance and all I had to do was file the initial claim.Service: Body & Trim

Great and fast, my car looks brand new!I dropped my vehicle off Monday and got a call by Wednesday morning saying it was ready to be picked up! I thought for sure I would not have my car for 1-2 weeks. The loaner vehicle was great too. All around they made it so easy and a great experience!

I am beyond thrilled with the service I received from start to finish. It is so frustrating to have a new car and someone hits it in a parking lot. I had several dings and deep scratches buffed out and retouched. They did a fantastic job matching my paint, and repairing a large door dent. I can't even tell where it was! They were able to get my car in and out quickly, at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Doug's Auto Body.

I chose them because they were a preferred repair shop with my insurance company and had great reviews. My vehicle was in mint condition with roughly 50k miles before I had an accident. They had it for about a week initially and when I picked it up I was appalled that they would release a vehicle in that condition to a customer. It had major mechanical issues and the body work was terrible. I brought it back to them and they had it for another 3 weeks. I picked it up after hours and was again shocked at the terrible condition it was in. They fixed absolutely nothing. They also tried to charge me for mechanical repairs that they claimed were not a cause of the accident. I told my insurance company that I did not feel comfortable taking it back to them again. Months later I have thousands of dollars of my own money into repairs because the insurance company claims there is no way to determine that the mechanical issues are caused by the accident. The body work is a different story. They are paying to have it all completely re done because the workmanship is so blatantly terrible.

GO HERE! Doug is absolutely amazing and works wonders at a great price! He turned a $3,500+ repair into an affordable $1,300. He makes it affordable for everyone, even broke college students like myself. The car looks great! I could not thank him more.

Really disappointed by the quality of workmanship. I like the idea of supporting a family run bussiness, but this one doesn't seem to have very good quality control. I took my truck in to pay out of pocket for some general wear and tear type repairs and the repair work seems very poor. I had to return twice already as some door bumpers they put on were really misaligned, by the owners own admission they were about 5/16" off. Just looked horrible, not sure why somebody would let it leave their shop like that in the first place. Then the same door bumpers started falling off only a week after I picked the truck back up. I also had them replace and paint a new bumper for the front and now not even a year later it's all rusty again. Keep in mind the factory bumper lasted nearly 7 years! Also it should be noted that all pieces of the front were not put back together. I found a piece ripped up and left unattached that I had to repair myself. Just really not what I expected from a family run bussiness. I also never once heckled or haggled them about the price either. Just payed them what they wanted and in return I wasn't expecting a cut rate job. In all fairness to them I haven't contacted them again to make it right and probably won't either. At this point I wouldn't take my vehicle back here again.

Doug's Auto Body is the best run business of it's kind. They do excellent work going the extra mile to make sure your vehicle is fixed and fixed right. Great personalities and helpful staff. They are 2nd to none.

Had a repair done that two shops estimated at around $2000 and Doug's did it for about $700. Very high quality repair, with lifetime warranty. Doug is a very stand up guy with a kind heart. The one in Standale is run by same family with same quality work/prices. 10 stars!

Just stopped in to see about an estimate for my truck and the women I dealt with was real snotty from the get go. I felt very unwelcome and felt rushed. I had asked her for a quote on rockers and cab corners for my pick up. She immediately stated they were busy and cannot take on that type of work. Too busy for an estimate? I wasn t looking to get the truck done today. I just wanted to see what I m looking at for a price to compare possibly. Very unpleasant experience and will not be returning. I didn t realize a body shop couldn t take on the type of work I was inquiring on with my truck. Not sure if she was the wife or what. But, she needs a lesson on how to treat people. You are in customer service. Please keep that in mind.
