My son bought his first car at Betten Baker last week, a Honda Accord. Couldn't have been happier with Conrad at the Pre-owned lot. He made it so easy for him as a new car owner. He was extremely courteous and a great listener. Everyone else seemed very helpful as well. My son is thoroughly enjoying his car. Thank you Conrad for all your help!

I had a fantastic experience with Matt Cinder who helped us purchase our Chevy Tahoe. From the moment I walked into the dealership, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I got the perfect vehicle for my needs. I bought a used Chevy Cruze here about a month ago and my experience was good. However come to find out that the AC doesn't work. Extremely disappointing when you spend a bunch of money on a car with 84000 miles and you have an issue like this. I was told that the car passed all inspections so my assumption would be that's not part of it. Which makes no sense.

Jadon Harris lied to me over the course of the sale numerous times. Brakes are brand new, blah blah blah then I was charged more than what we agreed on. Mind you signed agreement. Said I would get a reimbursement check. That has never happened. Said he would check on a price for me to get my lead frame repair, that again, never happened. Just a young new salesman who doesn t care to build clientele. Stay clear and visit elsewhere.

Stopped in to check out a used car. Salesman (I think his name was Zack) came out and let us test drive it. Car had a warning light on and when we asked if that was something we could have them look at he told us they didnt do that there but we were free to take it to autozone. Really?? We had a bad experience here years ago but they've been promoting they were under new management so we were hoping to buy local. Seems like nothing has changed.

I have been very satisfied with my experience at Betten Baker Coopersville and I owe it to Ben Smallegan and his teammates Travis Wierenga and Brandon Jimenez. Ben was a fantastic employee to trust with all my vehicle needs, questions, and preferences. Even through a couple hurdles he advocated for me 100%. I overpaid for a used Malibu a few years back and I ve had nothing but problems with it. Matter of fact every time I bring it in for an oil change a few days later I have issues with my vehicle that points to tampering from the mechanic. DO NOT COME HERE TO BUY OR TO HAVE YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED!

We began working with Brandon and Travis, and Travis completed our sale. The finance manager was on point with his recommendations on our loan based on our credit. In the end, everyone was happy. When I purchased my pre-owned vehicle in November 2019, I also purchased an interior warranty program (Poly Steel) and then forgot about it (because you hope you never have to use it).I have younger kids and a couple of dogs and I thought that would be a good investment for the vehicle. Fast forward to the summer of 2021 when one of my dogs vomited and urinated inside the vehicle (Yay I can use the Poly Steel!) It was at that time that I realized that I never received any kind of paperwork or registration about the Poly Steel so I reached out to Betten Baker. I learned shortly after I purchased my vehicle they switched from paper to digital and my paperwork never got filed properly. Betten Baker said that they would clean the vehicle while they tried to figure out how to get me registered so I could make a Poly Steel claim. Afterwards the smell went away, so it went to the back of my mind. I did reach out periodically to see if it was being worked on, but received no response. Fast forward to winter/spring of 2022/2023 and the smell returned so I got in touch with Betten Baker and found out that I still didn't have a case with Poly Steel. They gave me the number for Poly Steel to try and see if I was in the system, I was not. Their customer service is terrible. They actually said to me "How did you get this number?" I then reached back out to Betten Baker and got in touch with someone above the Floor Managers. I explained everything to them and she tried to get me registered, but came back from Poly Steel and said that they don't do claims on vehicles older than 5 years, my vehicle wasn't 5 years old when the incident happened! She said that she would get it taken care of or we could come up with a resolution, but in the meantime Betten Baker would detail it and use the ozone machine to try to get rid of the smell. Which it did for a period of time.... until it got really hot this summer. I reached out again to ask if there is a spray or something that they use to get rid of smells, I was told there is nothing more they can do. I requested a refund for the Poly Steel because I paid for something that was never actually purchased .They came back with they could do half the cost as they didn't charge me for a the courtesy cleanins. I said that wasn't good enough because I paid for something that I couldn't use and should be refunded the full amount. We negotiated more and landed on a little more than half the original cost. I don't feel like I should receive less than a full refund because I paid for something that I couldn't use.

We bought a truck a couple of weeks ago from Brad. He was great to work with. Easy going and no pressure. Even after the sale he has been great. I would definitely recommend going back to betten baker in coopersville in the future and ask for Brad!

Took in a 2011 Regal & they said because it was built in Canada they couldn't get the codes. Brought it to Hudsonville transmission and they fixed everything.

Bought a truck 2 weeks ago from Matt Cinder. He was absolutely amazing. Down to earth all around great guy. I was pressed for time on the day I went in after I decided to buy the truck Matt did everything he possibly could to push my paperwork so I could still make my prior commitments. He even personally jumped in the detail bay to get the truck ready to go. Matt thankyou and the team. I will definitely be back.

Anthony Haluska has always gone above and beyond for myself and my friends to find exactly what me want and need. Even if it doesn't lead to an immediate sale, Anthony is always there to help. Buying cars from dealerships can seem sleezy and frustrating but Anthony removes all of those feelings from the first time you interact with him. I came to Betten Baker Coopersville looking for a car, but left with something better...a friend. I cherish my new found friendship with my bestest buddy Zach Watts. You could say we're more like brother and sister than friends. At least that's what I tell everyone I meet. Everywhere I go, I tell people, "Hey! If you're looking for a new or used vehicle, go see my buddy Zach Watts at Betten Baker Coopersville!" I've told my hair stylist, the lady at the McDonald's drive-thru, the cart guy at Meijer, the nice man holding the cardboard sign at the corner of Division and 28th St. and probably about 30 or so people waiting in various check-out lines by me. I think they're real grateful for the info! If you stop in to buy a vehicle, be sure to ask for Zach Watts and ask him to show you his BFF bracelet I made him...we having matching ones. Happy Buying!
