I recently visited the AutoZone in Coopersville and was impressed with the experience. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, ready to help with any questions I had about auto parts and accessories. Prices were competitive, and the variety of stock was commendable. I appreciated the efficient service and the staff s effort to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. A reliable spot for automotive needs!

Well I like the prices but they were supposed to order me ragas cap 2 weeke ago still no gas cap. Update after over 2 weeks still no call i went in & they got me a duralast gas cap at no charge because of the wait I had they made things all good for me.

I had a dead battery while parked in the area at 6:30 am, so I waited for this Autozone to open at 8. I saw 3 employees enter shortly before opening time and the lights were turned on. By 8:18 the doors were still locked and no one around inside. Then all the lights shut off. Luckily, there was a Tractor Supply next door that was open with courteous staff at the entrance and the battery I required.

Great experience! Had a battery actively dying and stopping to get a new one. Wasn't sure I would be able to restart the car after I turned it off so I asked them if they changed them out. Aaron said they did for certain types and after looking at my vehicle said he could.He came out and went above and beyond to help me out. One terminal was seized to the post and couldn't be removed, so he cleaned the posts off, replaced a terminal, the battery, and verified everything was functioning properly in chilly March weather. Above and beyond, great help. Thanks!

This place was very helpful! Our regular auto parts store did not have one of the calipers we needed for our car but AutoZone did! It was a few bucks cheaper too! However, the core charge was much more but we ll get that back upon its return! Rick did not share whether their customer service was positive or negative I would guess it wasn t negative He s a little more tolerant of negative service than I am though TBH. (If I m spending money at your business, I work hard for my money and expect genuine appreciation FYI!)

Ordered a part early Saturday Morning and was told it would be in that afternoon. Each day following was told the part would be in THAT day only to find out it isn't and it "will be tomorrow". Stopped in Tuesday evening and surprise surprise it STILL is not in. 2 of the 3 parts ordered came the next day but 1 still missing. Not one time did anyone from AutoZone reach out to let us know there was an issue, we had to constantly call or stop in.On top of that they have a terrible process for handling returns. Brought back an unneeded part and wanted to use that refund towards the correct part and the lady refused saying it "had to go back on my card" and could not be applied towards the new parts. I had a receipt. I've never had that issue anywhere.I will drive further and pay more for good and timely service in the future before I will shop there again.This is the third not great experience at that store and the final.

Ordered 2 of 1 item online and a 3rd item. 10 minutes later got the your order is ready to pick up email. Went to the store figured a quick pickup, gave the guy my name and he looked around for my order....didnt seem it was ready to pick up 1 item was not there. The nice guy spent about 10 minutes looking for the other one but couldn't find it. A lady came out and she went looking....at that time I just figured give me a refund for the one and I will take the other 2 items and be on my way....that seemed to be an issue as well. The lady came back saying she couldn't find the part and could look tomorrow and call me, I said no thanks I would just take 2 of the 3 things I ordered and a refund and be on my way. The again very polite nice guy was apparently unable to refund to my credit card or give me cash so had to give me a gift card....good times as not sure I want to try this location or the store again.So please fix your system to not allow me to order things that are not in stock, dont email me to say my order is ready if it's not, train your employees to return online orders.Not the first time I have had issues at this location.So noce people and nice being open late but dont by online and expect a quick pickup in store.

They have what you need, and if they don't have it, they'll oder it. Waits on orders in my experience have never been too bad. I've gotten a bad brake caliper from them once, but they're quick to fix the problem with no hassle. For some reason a 2010 dodge charger rings up all the wrong parts in their system though and it's difficult finding what I actually need.

Great customer service. Never have a problem. Very knowledgeable compared to other stores I've been too. Where it seemed they didn't even know what a car was lol. I highly recommend this store. They'll get what you need.

On December 23rd 2022 I went in to purchase some parts they declined my card for a $150 then I paid cash the next day my debit card was debited for a $150 it's been 6 days and I still haven't seen any refund of my $150 after I talk to the store manager in Coopersville Mich. On 12-26-22

Huge shout out to the AutoZone in Coopersville. I am totally clueless about mechanical stuff but was concerned my battery was getting weak and might need to be replaced. They were super honest with me. Joe helped clean up my battery and explained what was going on and also tested a few other things, all at no charge. Appreciated his knowledge and especially his honesty!

The woman manager who works all the time, is very terrible at her job. My husband left with the wrong battery and tools on two different occasions dealing with her. When I called she hung up on me. Would rather drive to allendale!

The one in Jenison once sold me 3 yes 3! bad alternators! Are you kidding me? Wow my car kept stopping and I had 2 little girls under 3 at that time! Smfh!

Started out poorly at the Grand Haven location and continued at the Coopersville location but the Coopersville Manger stepped up to the plate and provided great customer service and met my needs. Great Job!!!!
