I m a pretty understanding person but what happened today was ridiculous. First of all, please update your website. Websites says open till 7 and is only open till 6pm. There is no direct phone number to tire center or way to book appt. I showed up at 5:15 for a walk-in, the garage was open and no one was there. Stood outside the garage while waiting on hold for over 30 minutes while members services tried to reach the tire and battery office and no one picked up. Someone FINALLY walked out of the office at 5:45 and I needed a patch done on my tire. They informed me that there was no technician to service me. Why are you open without a technician? I came here to get a service done as a member and was referred to go to another shop why would I go to another place & pay when I am a club member and you are supposed to offer these services at your stated service times. Beyond upset and annoyed.

Excellent experience today (Aug 1 afternoon). Tires rotated in 30 minutes, much quicker than usual. Prompt, courteous, and effective service. BIG improvement over past experiences!

I went in for a tire repair and a battery the this repair went well the this was leaking from the valve which was replaced a a very good price the people were friendly but the place is not a battery place. There's is no stock if your bolts are corroded so the only way to leave the store is with the on but not mounted properly. The best policy is honesty of there's something not right tell the client to make sure it great resolved as soon as possible since it was written on the receipt perhaps let them know about the note and don't just send the customer out as if all is well when it is not. Terrible service good prices but I won't be returning

After a long stay at the children's hospital I found my tire to be flat. After a quick pressure up I drove here. They determined the rim was leaking, cleaned it and all was great! Total cost- No Charge! All part of our Sam's membership!! Amazing.

Made an appointment, confirmed an appointment, called back with tire information and confirmed appointment again, walk in morning of and we have no appointment . They got us in and it took two hours. All because they can't make an appointment properly.

Dont honor lifetime tire warrentee The warrentee states a specific tread depth nothing about age lifetime means lifetime to me as long as the tires are not worn to below the minimum tread depth stated in the warrentee i brought winter tires in to be balanced and they were almost new with hardly any tread wear and they wouldnt balance them they stated because of the tires age which they only were used 3 or 4 months per year and looked like brand new due to proper care and conditioning with tire preserver i could understand if the tires were weather checked or worn out but nearly new looking tires?

I cant speak too much to the quality of the work yet but Phil, the guy at the front desk, was amazing. He was very helpful and professional through the entire experience. I will use sams tire service again due to my experience with Phil alone.

Called to see if I could make an appointment. Waited on hold for a few minutes - Got cut off mid-sentence and then was hung up on.

Don't trust these people, they don't know what they're doing. Also they break stuff off your car and just say whoops
