Threw a rod on the freeway out of my '81 C10 and had it towed there. Talked to them the next day and got repair options I could take from engine rebuild, LS swap, etc and got me prices the day after that. I chose to rebuild the whole thing and got a time frame of two weeks at a very fair price. Nice to have people like them in your corner that tells you just the facts and don't hide anything. Would recommend.

This is the first time we have went to Perrin Motors. We were very pleased and happy with our experience. In the future if we need car repair Perrin is where we will go. A wonderful feeling knowing you can trust them to do a great job.

I took my car here for a check up and they were able to find that there were some problems with my brakes. This was never caught by any of the other auto shops I've taken this car to. Replacing the parts that were rusting out made a huge difference and they never once pressured me into getting the repairs done when they had found the problems originally.Extremely happy, will definitely be going back, highly recommend!

I had cash in hand to buy a car. I had heard that the owner was Christian. I was so excited. I walked in. Spoke to a salesman. The salesman had to use the bathroom. Then I heard yelling at some guy. It was the owner yelling at an employee or someone. I walked out. There is a time and a place. I took my business elsewhere.UpdateWeather it was the owner or management yelling at another employee doesn't really matter. But then to have someone from this establishment reply on a review (of the public) with a situation that they encountered at their establishment in an argumentative way and many explanation marks in their reply, I believe that I have proven my point.

I had an issue with my vehicle.. I had the radiator replaced at a repair shop yet my vehicle was still overheating. They couldn't figure out what the problem was there ,so I had it diagnosed at the dealership. Obviously the cost was high. Through recommendations from people I think knew I brought my vehicle to Perrin!Obviously when there are vehicle issues nobody wants to see a repair cost. The estimate was done and I had the repair completed. I have to say I was excited because the information I got from James was exactly what I was looking for.If you want honesty and integrity, go see them at Perrin.I was honestly happy to pay for this service!Thank you so much!!o Perrin

They claim they fix my transmission leak and I drove it straight to another shop and it was still leaking. It will leak 10 times worse than what it was leaking.

Bought a truck there today. It was an easy and pleasant buying experience. They had the truck I wanted at a good price. The staff was very welcoming, warm and low pressure. They walked us through everything like a breeze. Thank you to the team at Perrin Motors for everything. We look forward to next time.

PLEASE READ UPDATE BELOW..John and James and their guys are the best. They not only looked my car over for safety but quoted me a price and kept it under their estimate. They are patient and didn't take advantage of me being a female at all. I will continue all of my auto repairs with them.UPDATE...NO MORE PERRIN MOTORS FOR ME. Had to take my car elsewhere for more repairs that should have been noticed at the time service was done at Perrin. I can tell you that whomever you deal with in the beginning (John or James), stay with only that person because they double talk. Have them write down what they are saying so they can't go back and say they never said it. Will not recommend to anyone.

I was unfortunate enough to have work done on my car there and they did not stand behind their work. Very sad, do it at your own risk.

Marcus was great to work with. I financed a car a few months back, Biggest mistake I ve ever made. After a week of having it they told me something was messed up with my check stubs and LMCU wasn t going to give them the loan money unless they got a letter from my employer about how much I make and if they didn t have the letter I d have to return the vehicle , even though it was already signed over to me in my name, isn t the loan money something that should be delt with before they hand over keys? I do understand things happen though so I got the letter to them as fast as I possibly could as I work full time and an a full time student. During this first week I had it I realized the entire front bumper and front of the car was just barely attached to the car (it was ready to fall off as well as one of the headlights) also the driver side door panel was held on by 2 clips, also the key did not lock or unlock the door due to something broken in the inside I did bring this up to Gary and he informed nothing they can do because my warranty only covers engine and transmission for 3 months which I understand it was my fault for not checking this stuff. Before I even test drive the car I let them know I totaled my vehicle on a work run very unexpectedly and really need something I can rely on and won t have much trouble with at least just for a year. Within the first three months I needed new brakes , battery and steering was starting to get bad. The service stabilitrak light has came on since I got it and driving on dry pavement the brakes acted like they didn t want to work anymore and went right through a red light. Almost 9 grand for a 2009 envoy with more miles than my 2002 Jeep and has needed nothing but work since I got it. Wish I would have known what I was getting into before I got it definitely would have tried to get something else this car doesn t even seem like it d last the next 2 years.Update: I had to put almost 5000 into the car it lasted right up until the loan was paid then the transmission blew immediately and I decided to just get rid of it and go somewhere else. Plenty of other car lots to look into.

We purchased an Escape last May; at the time a concerned that I expressed was written off (by them) as the AC needing recharged. Long story short it was not that and we've had the vehicle in and out of the shop nonstop. Reaching out to them was a series of calls that were frustrating and apathetic.Emphatically a business to avoid. They'll never get another dime from me or anyone in my family.Services: Auto battery maintenance, Auto interior vacuuming

I read through some of these reviews and I honestly can t even fathom these things happening here. I have taken my car in multiple times to have different jobs done and every time - the work is wonderful. Great deals, incredible staff, and stunningly fast service. Generally, they have the parts on hand, but if they don t, the part is delivered ASAP and put on your vehicle. There s no dilly-dally with your time and/or money. These guys are fantastic. Highly recommend.

Painless experience purchasing used car. Spouse found the car and Perrin let her take it for half a day and brought it to me to check out. Negotiation was short and painless with a fair purchase price easily reached. Final sale was quick and easy. Had a little hiccup when I drove off the lot when the check engine light came on. No warranty of course, but Perrin took it back and repaired the problem (Turbo Solenoid) at no charge. They even filled up the tank after the repair, which was low because I was running it down after adding some gas treatment. Highly recommended.

My wife and I were very pleased with the staff and how we were treated while considering a purchase. No pressure to buy and a very friendly atmosphere. I love the 3 month/3,000 mile warranty on a used vehicle! I am very pleased with the deal we made.

I have been very satisfied with the work and customer service I have received at Perrin Motors. They serviced a brake issue on my son's Sonata and I felt the pricing was fair. I would highly recommend them. The location is not close to me but I will continue to bring our car repair needs to Perrin. Thanks James and John and the Perrin team for great customer service !Lisa K

I've purchased 3 vehicles from here in the past year. I have two girls in college that need dependable cars, found a couple I liked and bought them. Without exception, when there is a problem, real or perceived, they are right on it. They have always been fair, and I've never felt like the advice or repairs weren't exactly what was needed. I trust them so much, that when I needed to upgrade, I purchased my Jeep from them. I never would have spent that much with a company that I didn't trust completely Check these guys out for a car, or just a local dependable shop..

I bought an older car from Perrin, but it had low mileage and it seemed to run well. We took it on two test drives and they even let me know that a prior test driver said they felt it shifted a bit rough. I didn't notice anything of the sort on either test drive and they said they hadn't noticed any problems either. We bought the car and six days later the shifting really seemed rough all of a sudden. I brought the car back to Perrin and they confirmed that it needed a new transmission. I was so upset and I certainly hadn't counted on that after less than a week of driving. Even though they sold me the car as is, they took it upon themselves to rebuild my transmission completely free of charge! I have been driving it for a few months now and it's driving perfectly. I can't say enough about how well they treated me and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

My husband and I test drove a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Sahara at Perrin Motors on a Saturday. It was just before close, but Gary seemed to be fine with that. We were interested in trading in my 2006 vehicle which we did not have with us at the time. I returned on Monday with the trade in vehicle so it could be appraised. The man who does their buying looked at my car and gave me a VERY low trade in quote. I have done my homework and knew this was low. He was on the verge of rude when explaining why his quote was so low. I had a few questions on the Jeep I was interested in. They were yes and no questions...Does the covered spare match the other 4 rims and tires? Do you know why only 2 of the spark plugs were changed? Instead of giving me a direct answer to my questions, he felt the need to "mansplain" as if I did not have the capacity to understand why the spare tire didn't match and why someone might have changed only 2 of the spark plug wires. At the beginning of our conversation I had stated that my husband is a master certified mechanic. I'm not ignorant when it comes to cars. When Gary returned to the conversation there were several times that he felt the need to say "Do you need to go home and discuss this with your husband?" Apparently my first response of "no, we are good" wasn't understandable. I was trying to talk price and the buyer had to talk down to me in trying to explain why they were high on their price. He seems to think that a low end after market lift is $1600-$1800 and didn't like that I did not take his word on the value of a lift kit and new end of life 35" tires. In the 20 minutes I was there Gary suggested I talk things over with my husband no less than 3 times. Thing is, I didn't need to "talk things over with the husband" because I was there to make the deal. I left without making a deal. I test drove a lower mileage, lower priced 2011 Wrangler at another dealership later that day and we made a deal. They offered me double the price on my trade in, lowered their price by $1000 and have a 6 month warranty on all of their vehicles. My husband stopped in to check over the vehicle mechanically before signing the paperwork the next day (both our names are on vehicles, houses, etc in the event that one of us becomes incapacitated or dies, so there are no legal issues if we need to sell or something). I don't recommend this dealership to anyone, especially not a woman who doesn't need her husband's permission to buy a car!

Bought our daughter her first vehicle. The car I wanted to look at was driving off the lot as I pulled in. Gary found me another car for about the same price. He was great with her and treated just like a father would when telling her about the car. Highly recommend!
