Friday of Labor Day weekend while heading up north camping, the wheel bearing blew on our camper. We called Magnum and they were able to get us in right away and get us back on the road in no time. Highly recommend their service!

I was hopeful this small shop would be my new "go-to" shop after I moved to the area but after they failed to install a part, pressured me into selling them a car and then refused to work on my future car because I missed 2 loose appointments (due to being in the hospital) whereas they place your name on a calendar with 4+ other ppl and get to your car when they can ...Unfortunate, because I was looking forward to supporting a small business in the area.

I dropped my car off for some repair work on a Wednesday afternoon. The shop had my car all of Thursday and Friday but never called me before they closed on Friday. First thing on Monday, I called and was told that the repair work was complete but that the shop manager had to call for a quote on a part. I said I would call back at noon if I hadn't received a call. Noon came and went with no call, so I once again called. The manager told me he "hadn't had a chance" to get an estimate on the part - despite the fact the shop had been open for more than 4 hours at that point. I told him to call me when he got the estimate.After thinking about how I had been treated up to this point, I decided to go to the shop, pay for the repairs and take it to someone else to finish off the rest of the work. When I arrived at the shop, the manager told me he was "in the middle of working up an estimate for another customer" and told me that he "didn't have time" to write up an invoice for my vehicle. I told him I wasn't going anywhere; he literally glared at me. During our conversation, another customer came in to pick up his vehicle and the manager helped him without hesitation. He also greeted him politely and treated him with respect - behavior the manager did not display toward me.For whatever reason, the manager simply didn't like me. He was openly hostile toward me and I was genuinely uncomfortable in the shop.Service: Auto maintenance

Took my Transit connect to Magnum after the Ford dealership told me there was nothing wrong with it. Magnum fixed in a timely manner and runs like new again! Thank you guys.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Magnum Auto was able to do a set of wheel bearings for my '04 BMW that many places weren't able to get done anytime soon or didn't even want to touch in the first place. They have a very personable staff who gave me a fair price out the door. I can say I would recommend and will be back in the near future

These guys saved my weekend, and sanity. I was heading through GR when my battery light came on and my volts started dropping, I pulled off the next exit and into the first mechanic I came to, Magnum. They were able to get me an alternator and have it replaced within 2 hours to get me back on my way. I would've paid just about anything to get back on the road and their pricing was extremely fair. It's good to know there are good people and shops like these guys out there!

Magnum replaced front struts and rear shocks and did a wheel alignment. Excellent service and very fast.
