Great experience. Very helpful and informative. Gerber really went above and beyond fixing and cleaning my 2013 Ford Taurus SLE. It looks like new again. Couldn't recommend them enough. They've definitely gained a new costumer.Jake in Standale

We had the pleasure of striking a garbage can that blew into the road on a windy day. Gerber was professional, friendly, well organized and came recommend for garenteed repairs. The timeline on parts and repairs were spot on. Parts were painted off the Buick to keep paint booth smell out of the vehicle. The Enclave was detailed inside and out upon return, my wife and I are completely satisfied with this experience. Will definitely come back, but hopefully won't have to! Highly recommend repair facility that strives to make all the details matter.

Complete circus show.. Insurance claim filed end of May and beginning of June my car was dropped off on the scheduled repair date. Was asked to pick the car back up the next day, as the parts (window replacement) had still not come in after 3 weeks, when the initial appointment was scheduled. 2+ months later, the car was dropped off last week (September) on its new repair date, as it was ready for repair. Somehow a week later the parts still haven t arrived. I was informed that more parts needed to be ordered after the window glass was removed. However, when asked if I could take the car elsewhere for repair due to the incompetency of management, I was told yes, that was an option as the windshield hasn t been removed yet. If you want to get the run around and worst customer service, I d go here. Management there is none.*Check out the professional paint touch ups as well. I've had a few different cars here and I will say the service and quality of work has been outstanding. One thing to note is if you're not working through insurance they might be a little on the high side. Totally recommend for insurance work though.

Jay and Bri are great to work with, they are super friendly and caring. The estimate on my vehicle was done and sent to my insurance quickly. Unfortunately, my car was totaled but Jay helped me a lot with my communication with the insurance company to make sure I got a great value for my vehicle!Although it is not the closest Gerber location or body shop near me and I hope it is not necessary but if need be, I will be back!

I had my car repaired here after a front end collision. They called when the car was finished for pickup. When I got to the place the car was not ready and was not even at the shop. The following day they brought my car to me which was great. A week later a noticed my tire on the side of the collision had a large gash in it. It was a holiday weekend so instead of bringing the car too then I had to go get a new tire. When I called and asked them about the tire they denied it being there when they had the car and that they would have noticed it. I sent the pictures of the tire to my insurance company. My adjuster called me and said the gash in the tire was in the pictures the shop sent to my insurance company meaning it was there and they missed it.A week later now I am dealing with electrical issues and a coolant leak that looks like it s been leaking for a couple weeks. The reservoir is cracked. Probably also happened in the accident. If you want your car fixed right the first time without the multiple inconveniences of continuously having to bring your car to a shop afterward take your business elsewhere. My car is only 3 years old. These were not pre existing problems.

DO NOT USE! A business you can t trust. They have gone way downhill under current management. I have always taken all my auto body business here, but never will again. They now have a large corporation mentality and customer service is over. They are supposedly under new management and it shows. Waited 2 months to get in and over a week being there before they looked at it. Major estimating failures on a very basic repair. They let me know their former rep I dealt with wasn t qualified or properly trained and obviously messed up my estimate. After multiple chats with the manager Jason Hall, he tells me I can pay for their mistake or take it to a competitor to see if they will honor Gerber s estimate. No help, no apology. Wasted my time and money on them. They don t stand behind their promises. I will never be back and will share my experience everywhere I can going forward.Service: Body & Trim

I have nothing but bad things to say about this location. Nobody seems to know whats going on and it's a constant run around of false information. They have had my car for over 4 weeks. At the end of week 3 I was told I would have my car soon. It's the middle of week 5 and they just called to tell me that it won't be done. At this point they are just lying to me to buy them more time for the work that's not getting done. I haven't even had a chance to see the work. Poor service and communications all around.

Gerber fixed my stone dent damage after a large commercial mower decided to spread the gravel shoulder through its blades and into every passenger side panel of my truck and hood. They did a great job on my 2018 f150. Both the dent removal and paint quality look great. I am happy with the results and would recommend Gerber to anyone else for body and paint work.

The Absolute Best Place to get a vehicle fixed! You receive a daily text updating you on how the vehicle is coming along in the process of getting fixed. They have a nice loaner available for you. Very, very reasonable priced. The vehicle not only comes back perfectly fixed but spotless. A representative comes out & explains what was done. The receptionist is extremely pleasant, professional, & empathetic. The receipt packet was all set & ready to go, plus a lifetime warranty! There is nothing more, one could ask for!!

Dropped my car off to have a panel repainted. My car was finished in a timely manner. Very professional business with timely and consistent notifications about the progress of my vehicles repair. My car was returned to me looking great and they even cleaned the inside. Highly Recommend this location on Alpine.

These guys will take care of you. Dropped off my Denali front fender bracket and headlight damage. They got the pearl white paint super close not bad for being 8 years old. Shout out to the painter. But what made me decide I will use them from now on. They put a aftermarket headlight in and the gap was not the same. I mentioned it and their was no issue. They ordered it right away and put me in on the schedule had it replaced in no time. I should have done this review sooner. But I definitely want to thank them for the great service

Recently had my vehicle repaired at Gerber. My car was finished before the expected time looking like new. Ryan Martin's team did an excellent job. I have two puppies who have spent a lot of time in my vehicle recently, and the interior was a mess. Ryan's team thoroughly cleaned the interior as well as the exterior. I would recommend Gerber to anyone who asked for a recommendation and I would highly recommend the Alpine location.

My wife is an accident magnet having been involved in five incidents requiring repairs in as many years, all of which she was determined to not be at fault. For the last three incidents we've taken the vehicle to Gerber in Comstock Park and they've been the most professional and quality car service I can recall ever using. The quality and professionalism have been great.

I was told not to go here and should have taken that advice.They charged my insurance to repair my vehicle after hitting a deer. They left 3 huge dents in my car in addition to leaving my car unlocked in the lot open to anyone. Now in addition to my insurance deductible they've already charged, they want to fix the dents for a separate fee of $360. Straight up theft. The dents were included in my first initial estimate and they just didn't fix them. This was probably so they could charge me again out of pocket.I will never go back here, should have waited it out for the business I usually go with.

Dropped my vehicle off on a Monday and was expecting it to take a few days to be finished and got a call within 24hrs letting me know I could come and pick it up. When I got there my vehicle looked good as new. Very satisfied with the work you guys do!

Highly recommended. Our very clean 2012 Grand Cherokee was in a minor rear end collision and we were led here by Progressive. Gerber did a superb job on the Jeep and made it look as good as new. From start to finish, everyone we dealt with was friendly, informative and extremely helpful. As unfortunate as the accident was, these guys did everything for us that I could have asked for. Progressive provided a rental car while the Jeep was being repaired and we were even able to leave the rental at Gerber after picking up the Jeep. Thanks guys!

I had never heard of this place prior to the accident. My insurance company recommended them and, since I didn't want any additional work on my end, I took the car here. I was very impressed with how the car looked when they finished.They were very attentive! The insurance company, another body shop and even we did not see that half the hub cap was missing on the car after the accident BUT GERBER DID. Once they noticed it, they contacted the insurance company to have it included in our quote and fixed it. Had they not noticed this additional work I'm convinced we'd have spent an additional month fighting the insurance company for it to be fixed.Thanks Gerber! You've won our business.

I had to bring my vehicle in for repairs involving almost the entire driver's side of my car. Roof, fender, both doors, quarter panel, trunk lid, rear bumper and all of the related trim, panels, and moldings. On top of the actual body work and replacements, there was painting, blending and coatings to be applied. This was all done in an efficient and professional manner, taking just over a week. It was actually done sooner than I had arranged to pick it up. I found the front desk to be cordial, polite, knowledgeable and friendly, I did not get to meet any of the mechanics. I would also like to extend a special thank you to Jason, he provided amazing customer service, going above and beyond expectations in order to keep me informed of any changes in expected time line, potential issues during repairs, and alleviate any concerns and/or answer any questions. I would highly recommend bringing your business here, as they made it as pleasant an experience as possible while maintaining a professional attitude.

Brought in my Audi A4 that had damage to the whole right side after an accident. The woman at the front desk was so polite and helpful. Gerber on Alpine did an awesome job on my vehicle, made everything right with me, and was super helpful. Great customer service and a huge thanks to the guys who repaired!

Needed some body repair after a hit-and-run. Gerber was professional, dealt with my insurance without issue, gave me text updates and returned my car with the inside completely cleaned as well as flawless body repair work. I had an accident with my Equinox and chose Gerber Collision & Glass to repair my vehicle. Ryan and his team were AMAZING! They were very responsive, professional and helpful. My repair was completed early and I could not be more pleased with my experience. They even detailed the interior of my vehicle. I would give the Gerber Alpine location an A+ in every aspect and would highly recommend them!!

Ok, I'm very protective of my cars everything from my sports cars to my cargo van. Anything that I have given this shop has returned it in tip top shape from all of life's oops. Ryan Martin who is in charge of this location is just an all around great guy to work with .Ryan made sure everything was in order from start to finish and for anyone that has been in wreck and has to give up their car for a while should know how stressful it can be. Ryan delivers a seamless experience to get his customers back on the road.Job well done Gerber! Customer for life here!

My car was involved in a hit and run parking lot accident. Progressive recommended Gerber for the repair. In a weeks time my car was returned to me looking brand new Zack was helpful and informative and they guaranteed the work. My car is having an issue with the airbag sensor but they are helping me get that fixed at my convenience. I hope not to need body work done on my car again but if i know anyone that does I will be sending them to Gerber.

I was recently involved in my first vehicle accident and thankfully, Gerber Collision in Comstock Park took excellent care of me. They kept me informed during the entire process with outstanding communication. What a great place to get my car fuxed at!! A gentleman named Jason Hall helped me from begining to end. It made for a very easy time to know my car would be done properly. What a great job! I love my car! I will definitely recommend Gerber collision to my family and friends for sure!!!

Ryan and his staff went above and beyond with my Subaru. They were booked and did what they could to still get us in quickly. Once we receoved it back, it looked brand new. The service was top notch.
