The service was very nice and courteous. Available to drive me to where I needed to go if needed a ride. I waited and with snacks and drinks it made it better. The explanation of what was diagnosed, suggestions and recommendations was clear. I would come back and have the parts replaced but rather expensive. Will shop around. Overall great.

I bought my Buick Encore here in 2020 and have brought it here for servicing several times since then. This past visit Mark and the service team made a point of going above and beyond to contact Buick and get as much covered under warranty on my repairs as possible. Totally something they didn t have to do and very much appreciated from one human to another. Their team will send updates throughout your whole service and you can easily text any questions, highly recommend for any servicing or if you re looking to purchase! Thank you Mark, Alexia, and team!

Not very happy with this Fox GMC location. We were recommended by family & friends that this is a very comfortable and welcoming location but we ve gotten nothing but the run around. Not sure if it s because the holidays are coming or what the excuse is but we ll take our business elsewhere. Every vehicle listed online is already sold when you arrive and they don t at all make ant further effort to show you other options. You have to keep asking and going back. Complete waste of time. Also a warning to any veteran, they are not veteran friendly. If it s not Veteran s day, they offer nothing. That s not the type of car dealership I want to work with, I m looking to be a returning customer not a one time deal. Definitely feeling very disappointed that I ve wasted my time with this place. Wouldn t recommend to any of my family/friends. Shop elsewhere, there are plenty of car dealerships that want your business for a lifetime not just for a check.

Great Experience as always. JP was awesome! Friendlyand gave me great info and updates regarding my vehicle. Clean environment in waiting area where I was able to get some work done while I waited. Done in a hour as well! Fox Rocks!

It was very friendly, everyone was great , but told me your car was ready should mot have any problems I said wonderful being a brand new truck with only 400 hundred miles did not fix the problem very disappointed and driving that far what do I do now .? The service department was great but what do I do now?

Do not bring your vehicles here!!!! I have been bringing my vehicles here for a couple years and they have cause damage to multiple of my vehicles. The last time I went they left a screw driver in my engine bay and caused serious damage to my vehicle and refused to take any responsibility. In the past I have had caps missing from my coolant and oil. They are rude, irresponsible and ridiculously overpriced, save yourself and your vehicle and avoid Fox GMC on alpine.

Where do you start. You take your vehicle in to get the oil changed and only the oil changed. You find out that your car is up in the air cuz they rotating the tires not what I asked for. Next they start your car up and drive it outside as the engine oil is pouring out onto the ground. You think a person could get mad after that how about absolutely furious. They came really close to ruining my engine not happy to say the least. I realize it's changing the oil but all you was kind of important. Not happy whatsoever and they gave me a couple of free oil changes that doesn't cut it either.

First time at Fox GMC. Purchased a '21 from Fox in Farmington Hills last June. It is a Certified vehicle which comes with two "free" oil changes and tire rotation. Outside of metro Detroit I couldn't locate a Buick dealer in West Michigan and contacted Fox GMC about whether or not they could perform the service. They said "yes" and we scheduled the service. I had tried to do this online but kept getting a message about the service not being available or something which made no sense, so I called the dealership. Arrived a few minutes early for the appointment. Was greeted by Catherine Batchelder who approached me in a professional yet friendly manner. She asked some basic questions, including whether or not I would like the car washed but opted not to because of the already nasty weather, and when I mentioned I would be waiting for the vehicle while serviced pointed me toward the service lounge. Check-in area was clean and comfortable. The lounge was the same. Catherine came out and told me the reading of the tire tread showed equal wear and would I still want them rotated. I answered "yes". A short time later she appeared again and told me the car was ready asking me to follow her to the cashier. I thanked her for her assistance and she told me where I would find the car. There was no charge, as expected, but I had to sign-off on the work performed. The young lady handling this was friendly and thanked me for bringing the car to Fox GMC. I found the car where I was told it would be. Thanks for a good experience. I will be back as needed for future service.Dave MalinRockford

Just haven t been impressed with the recent service we received the past few times I had my vehicle brought in. I showed up once 30 mins before closing, they offered to do my oil change and that s all that was serviced.. no tire pressure checked or tire depth, air filter, etc., then I thought ok whatever, this past service they didn t even check my wipers which needed replacement, so it s just not a place I would recommend to others

Was a customer for many years until they stripped my drain plug on the oil pan on a routine oil change. They took no ownership and wouldn t cover the cost of replacements or temporary fix with a helicoil. From a service standpoint I would never go back, and with the prior experience I wouldn t recommend shopping for a car here.

The overall experience at Fox was great! Very clean and nice dealership! Joe Clift and Aaron were both outstanding! They answered any and all questions we had. Both very polite and knowledgeable about every inquiry! I will definitely be back and recommend to family and friends!

Was a basic service, oil change and tire rotation, with a wash. Took over an hour which is longer than expected. The wash was terrible they didn't even touch the tailgate. And on drive home could smell oil burning, which means they spilled and didn't clean up on motor.

Fox is absolutely AMAZING!! Megan was sales woman & she was a great help from start to finish! When I pulled in and parked she came up to me & helped me find a car in my budget. She made sure I knew everything about it the car and assured me I was making the right decision. Thank you Megan & Fox Motors for all your help! I am SOO happy with my purchase. DO NOT WASTE TIME TRAVELING. Sales associate was helpful, but when it came down to our trade they want to undercut our trade value, and sales manager was not willing to negotiate. The vehicle we were look at was nice, but bumper had a crack, and was not told to us after we inquired about any damage on the vehicle. They should give full disclosure, and not wait until customer drives 2 hours, and they seemed surprised when brought to there attention. It was very noticeably.

I would recommend Fox Buick GMC to anyone that is shopping for a vehicle. Dilan did great job of making me comfortable, with no pressure to make a buying decision on the spot. I have done business with many pre-owned dealerships, and Fox is by far the best car-purchase experience I have had. Thanks for helping me find a great vehicle at a great price.

As someone who has bought more than 30 vehicles over the years (car guy/commitment issues), I can definitely say this was the most customer-centered, most comfortable, and fastest car buying experience I have ever had. I knew exactly what I wanted, and Dilan Hanes quickly answered all of my questions, had me test drive the vehicle, and addressed any functional concerns I had with the vehicle quickly and scheduled an appointment to address the issues immediately. I ended up buying the vehicle and had all of the paperwork completed all on my lunch break! This team definitely has it down to a science.Transparent. Efficient. Quality. 100% will buy another vehicle here again.

The service writer was great (JP I think was his name). Very courteous. informative and thorough. There was another female service writer who took a customer's complaint about a vibration after a rotation. She was explaining it to the tech and he didn't have time to look at it so she got a wrench and checked the lug nuts herself. Impressive! Good job Fox!

I was at the dealership for a minor repair. Senise Mark Edsenga has been manager of service. my experiences have been great with him and all of his staff! The dealership in general has been a good experience!

After dropping my truck off for service. I was called by the service representative who informed me that my brake pads were installed incorrectly. ?? I dropped my truck off in July for service on my brakes, a vibration in the front end, oil change, & tire rotation. My service tech called me and told me my brakes pads were installed incorrectly and that to inside pads were installed on the outside, and the outside pads were installed on the inside. I informed them that the pads currently on the truck were installed by them. They checked their records and found the last brake repair was in 2021. I notified them that yes, that was the last brake repair I had and they performed the work. At this point they said they need to do some further investigation and would call me back. I have to say that this is very discouraging and makes my confidence in their work very low. Prior to this service work I had transmission flush and filter change. I had to take my truck back after this service work due to the transmission not performing properly. I checked my dip stick for fluid and found the stick dry prior to returning the vehicle for a follow up check. This quality of work is unacceptable and makes it very difficult to want to return to them and continue to have trust in their ability to perform GM OEM service work. I find it hard to believe that there in not some over site to check the work before it leave the building. Hoping this feedback can help them review their process and make improvements.

I came in for an oil change without an appointment. I was advised that it could be a two hour wait as there were several customers ahead of me. It did take two hours.I need to edit my previous review. I had a service sheet attached that I missed and it had all the services done that I questioned such as tire pressure, fluid levels, battery checked, etc. I apoligise for not finding that report attached to my bill. I was pleased with the total service package and will definitely continue to go to Alpine Buick for my service requirements.

We contacted Fox Service Department because the drivers side power running board would not function. The truck was within its warranty period when they were first contacted. Every time we contacted them,we were told they had no time to work on the truck. This went on for several weeks. We explained to them that the mileage was close to the end of the warranty period, but we were assured it was documented and not to worry about it and they would warranty the issue. Finally after several weeks we were told to leave the truck outside in our driveway,with the keys in it, and they would pick the truck up. We explained we were leaving on vacation, but were assured it would be picked up that day. Three days later, our neighbor contacted us while we were gone, and said our truck was still outside in the driveway with the keys in the vehicle. We had to have the neighbor put it in the garage, and secure it. They failed to pick the truck up. When we returned from vacation, we called the service department again, and they put us off once again for another week. We indicated we were still driving the truck, and were told not to worry about it they would honor the warranty. When they did get the truck in, we were contacted and told the repair would cost $1,300.00 to replace the entire running board. They did not live up to their word that they would take care of the issue knowing we were still using the vehicle and were going over the warranty mileage. Instead of fixing our truck like they said they would, they tried to sell us a new truck . At that point we said no thank you and will not do business with them again.

It appears that when adding DEF, it overflowed & was not cleaned / rinsed off. I had to take it to a car wash to clean off the spillage on the paint & running board.
