Exceptional Service in Challenging Times In an era where customer service often falls by the wayside, it s a breath of fresh air to encounter the kind of exceptional dedication provided by Jesse JP Patton at Fox GMC. #promoteaheadofpeersI recently faced a significant challenge with my 2016 GMC Terrain a PCV valve failure that led to the need for a complete engine replacement. Amidst the turmoil of insurance and warranty companies passing the buck, JP stood out as a beacon of support and professionalism. Talk about going above and beyond?! This guy is the epitome of franchise asset. (Seriously)JP took the reins on my case with a level of care and advocacy that I hadn t seen in a long time. He understood that my vehicle was more than just a car; it s a vital part of my livelihood as a (retired veteran) a business owner. I brought our Acadia in to get his oil changed and of course you get your multi-point check everything is good he didn't try to upsell anything. Coffee bar cookies are always a great thing They said it would be an hour and a half wait because it was after lunch, mornings are the easiest time to get in and out but they were done in just under an hour they had five cars and I was the fifth one so they were moving. We purchased our car there so that's why I get the oil changes done there. Warranty reasons you know Great people though My salesperson even though it's been 6 years since I've bought a car from him. He still knows our names That's a good salesperson. Thanks Tom.Todd and Theresa VL.

Went for a routine oil change. Staff is great! They were promptly available. My service was begun right away and completed expediently. Impressive environment!
