The guys at Finish Line were very friendly and helpful, and I didn't feel like they were trying to swindle me. I test drove three different cars, and all three seemed like decent cars. They printed the car faxes for all three cars for me so I could take them home and think about my options. Larry was very firm with the price, but the price was pretty fair to begin with. I wanted new tires for the car, and I needed it done ASAP because my other car had been totaled and I only had my rental for a couple more days. Larry wasn't sure how much the tires would cost, so he gave me an estimate and agreed to pay the rest if the actual price was over. He got me a great deal on my tires -- I got 4 brand new tires for $400, and I think he paid an extra $160 or something. The tires did leak air, but when I reached out to Finish Line they quickly made an appointment with the tire place, and they fixed the leaks at no cost to me.Larry was very helpful and very accommodating. He lent me a screwdriver because I didn't have the right kind to take the license plate off my totaled car, and he also offered to give me a ride when I needed to drop my rental car off.I would definitely recommend looking for a car at Finish Line. I got a good car at a good price, and I'm very happy with it :)

Recently purchased a Honda Civic from Finish Line and couldn't have been happier with the transaction. John, the main proprietor, is a man of good offers and not of demanding sales. He keeps good inventory circulating and is there to assist you, not push you. I was in and out with my new vehicle in an hour at a very competitive price (LMCU Financing is a huge plus). While I hope to not require a new vehicle any time soon, I would be seeing John again.

Was a very nice, pressure-free experience with Johnny when I went in to test drive. After making an offer, I was ghosted for 2 days and after finally getting a hold of them, he was extremely rude and dismissive though I thought it was a fair offer. He didn't even try and work with me on a different number, just said bye. Not sure if he was upset that I sold my car privately rather than trading in but regardless, it was extremely unprofessional.

I bought a car a couple days ago from finish line auto and . What an awesome smooth experience! Larry was so helpful and let me take any of the cars I was interested in to a shop my family member works at to double check if it was all good. Sure enough lifted the car and it was a solid vehicle! Thank you Larry for taking your time with me and helping me make a smooth transition to a nice awd ford edge!!! Thanks again Larry, highly recommend to anyone!

Went searching for a specific vehicle and they had several excellent options available and ready to test drive! All were clean and in great shape. John s service was incredible and he was so easy to work with. Drove home with a Mazda that we are incredibly happy with. Overall a great visit!!

All the people were super nice and helpful however I very strongly suggest doing research before you go. This was my first car and unfortunately it did not go as well as it could have. I bought a car the same time my mom did from another shop, she got 60 day trial for anything to get fixed while I only got 30 days or 1000 miles and sure enough the day after the 30 days was up the car immediately started to go down hill, some were easy maintenance problems but there were some pretty large hidden problems. I take the blame as I should have had it looked at by a auto shop but as a 18 year old buying their first car, I was clueless. Please take all precautions coming to this store; I hope that they didn t know about the problems as they were so nice, but in the end I still ended up with a lemon car.

Larry and Johnny really know their stuff! These guys were very helpful in getting me into my new Chevy Spark! The car is in amazingly great shape. Larry came out in person to greet me when I arrived and Johnny made the process super easy. I'd recommend these guys every time for a new or used car. I really can't complain. Thanks guys!

Weird experience. Went to see a Nissan listed for sale. Salesperson suggested we skip the car because it was a dud. Asked about a Toyota and were told it wasn't processed and available yet but he would check with owner and let us know when it was. I asked if he could can owner. He did and we could here the owner on the other end. Owner said it was ready and title was in hand. Said it was priced at 13k. Salesperson hung up and told us would have title in another week and price would be 14k+We took that as our queue to leave.

What a great dealership this is! John the owner works with integrity and sells quality used vehicles! I had the best experience getting a car here for my daughter. I called the owner and explained what I was looking for and gave him a price range. At the time he had nothing I was interested in. About 10 days later. I got a call. He had 2 vehicle's for us to test drive. My daughter fell in love with a low mileage Lincoln MKZ all wheel drive, black with leather. Low miles and the price was unbelievable. I had been looking for weeks and couldn't find anything close for that. price. I will update with a picture of this beautiful car soon! Highly recommend them!

Don't take their word to be truth.My family purchased a vehicle with a non-working radio, broken antenna wire, under the promise they would fix it for us after purchase.That was 4 months ago. They have ghosted me and I still have no working radio.On top of that after 2 months the check engine light showed a miss fire in cylinder 2, and now that it's getting warmer I find the vehicle has no air conditioning even though it was sold as working.Purchase with caution.

My wife and I purchased a Ford Fusion from Finish line and dealt with Johnny. I was really impressed with the selection and prices. The whole process went very smoothly and I was impressed by Johnny's professionalism and knowledge. I have recommended friends and family to Finish Line. They all have had nothing but good things to say about dealing with Finish Line even if they didn't end up purchasing a car.Ill be honest Its hard to find someone that is honest in the used car business but you can tell Finish Line cares about their customers and their reputation.If you are looking for a good deal on a used car check them out.

In late January 2022 my 89 year-old Father Bruce Carole Plont purchased a Dodge Ram from Finish Line Auto Sales in Comstock Park, MI. The owner John Houseman sold it to him and told him it was inspected by an ASE Certified Tech. It is also listed on John's website.I called John and asked John if it was inspected by a Certified ASE Tech and he said yes it was. Since January my Father has paid $1,100 in bills as the vehicle is "unsafe to be on the road." Now he is facing over $3,000 in more bills and John Houseman admitted he never had the car inspected. I would have never known, but I checked with his "mechanic" and they told me "No, John doesn't have them checked and he ends up in situations like this."The John Houseman admitted he lied. John stated he owe us nothing and he doesn't get cars inspected as it takes "7 days" and he can't wait that long to sell them. When I asked why he lied, he states he is having his worst sales month ever and his family has health issues. I asked him to take the truck back and John Houseman said he cannot afford to.Beware of Finish Line Auto Sales in Comstock Park. John Houseman lied to my 89 year old Father and does not care.

I bought my Lexus from Finish Line back in the Fall. I've never had a more easy and efficient process than I did with them. John was absolutely fantastic! He helped me drive my car off of the lot the day I purchased it, even though I wasn't prepared to do that, that day. He was flexible and allowed me to provide him documentation days after driving off of the lot. Hopefully it's a long time before I have to purchase another car, but when I do Finish Line will be the first ones I call.

I had nothing short of a great experience with Larry and Johnny at Finish Line Auto! Super nice, down to earth guys. Fair prices and they gave me an awesome price on my trade in! When Larry found out exactly how much I owed on my car, he up'd the amount they would give me for my car by $500 so there wouldn't be such a roll over amount. I would highly recommend !

Would not recommend buying a car from here. Purchased one of their vehicles and were told it had been checked out by a certified mechanic and it came back with no issues...less than 3 weeks later the transmission went out. The car had only been driven maybe 5 times since purchasing. We contacted the dealership and they would not help out in any way and just said "we are not bad people and sometimes these things happen" We got the transmission fixed and a couple of weeks later it began to have more issues, took it back in and it had another $1,200 in repairs that it needed! We ended up getting rid of the car and finding something else!

I am a repeat customer of Finish Line Auto, I am very happy with the way I was treated. I bought a 1998 Chevy Blazer in 2011 with the understanding that it was an "as is" vehicle for around $2000. I didn't expect everything to be perfect.After owning the vehicle for quite some time (months) the fuel pump went out. I talked to Johnny just to get some insight and he immediately had his mechanic take a look at it, which he certainly didn't have to do considering it was again, an "as is" vehicle with no warranty. He had no obligation to me, but he went the extra mile and got me his pricing at Auto Zone on the part and even got me a deal on the labor cost with the mechanic he uses. My vehicle was fixed the next day and I never had another issue with it again.Because of Johnny's willingness to go above and beyond for his customers, I went back to Finish Line in January of 2014 when I had more money to spend and bought a Chevy Avalanche. I've driven this truck every day for almost two and a half years, back and forth from work and on road trips as well (put over 30,000 miles on it) and have had to do no maintenance other than oil changes and recently got a new battery and brakes.I would absolutely recommend Johnny to any of my friends, and I have. I've had three different friends purchase cars from Finish Line and none of them have had a bad word to say about their vehicle or experience

This is our second time purchasing a vehicle from Finish Line. It was such a joy doing business with them which is why we went back to them to purchase an additional vehicle. The are a family owned business that treats you with the upmost respect and you don't walk way feeling like you have been cheated. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a reliable car at a good price with excellent customer service. We worked with John both times and he is amazing.

I told John at Finish Line that I was looking for an affordable work Truck. He didn't have anything available so I went on my way. He did take my name and number though and said he would let me know if he heard anything.A couple weeks later, he called me at work and said he found something I might be interested in. He sent me a few pictures and I said I'd like to take a look at it. Unknown to me, he made the purchase himself and sent it to his mechanic immediately. He called me as soon as it was done. He went over all the receipts with me right in his office and we agreed on a very fair price.He and his mechanics did a great job of getting me a great truck at a great price and in a very timely manner. I would recommend Finish Line Auto to anyone!
