I had new tires put on my truck this morning. Tomas worked with me initially when I came into the store. Tyler, the store manager, overheard our conversation and remembered me from our phone conversation the day before my visit. We talked about the tires I wanted, and they rolled one of them out for me to see. I confirmed my choice and paid my money, and the shop crew swarmed my truck.I sat outside for a little while, got a bottle of water from the store fridge, and waited for them to finish installing my tires. About an hour passed, and they rolled my truck in front of the door. I looked things over, and one of the crew wiped some white grease off one of the rims. Things looked good, so I headed out. The new tires were obviously correctly balanced, as there was no discernable vibration, and things were rolling quite smoothly on the way home.(Tyler is a good leader/teacher, as I observed him coaching one of the employees regarding following up with a customer. He encouraged the employee to work with the data and tools that he had and to work out a good solution in his own mind. This is an excellent performance development method, which encourages positive results.)I am quite happy with my new tires and the service from Discount Tire this morning. Discount Tire has always treated me right, and today was more of their usual excellence in customer service.

These guys are great. Bought several sets of tires here over the years. Today I brought in my wife s car for tire rotation and balance. They asked me how the wipers are. I told them I am picking some up from Menards. They are on my list since it s next door. Dustin said he would match the price AND they would install them. This is service that s hard to find these days

For years, Discount Tire has been my go to tire place. They are typically the offer the fastest service and are the most affordable. Over the years, I have sent several referrals their way. Unfortunately, the experience we had at the Alpine location today was disappointing. It s understandable that sometimes businesses fall behind however, in this case they were well over an hour late and never provided a courtesy update or checked in with us to see if the delay was going to be a problem. We had a 2:15p appointment and the estimated service completion time was 3:30p. My husband arrived early (around 1:50p) and they didn t finish until around 4:40p. We had paid for everything ahead of time so this should have been a straightforward service. Because of their delay, we missed another appointment. Overall the experience was very time consuming and frustrating. I m giving three stars because the service writer was polite and honored the lowest price guarantee. If you are considering Discount, the 28th street one (near Breton) is much better.

They are wonderful. Unexpected flat tire the night before. Answered the phone 5 minutes before closing to get me in the next day. Understanding, wonderful employees!Thank you discount Tire!

We've been purchasing tires here for over 35 years. We usually use an appointment time, but they are not mandatory. The sales process is made easy by knowledgeable sales staff. The installation went pretty quickly, the seating in the waiting area is pretty comfortable.

Dylan rocks. The wifi here is good. Friendly service always at this location. Apparently Alpine has a lot of screws and nails to run over and I've been here two times in the last four months.

Service people are very helpful and friendly. However, as like most places,I think they're shorthanded as they're getting slammed lately ,so I would suggest dropping your car off these days as opposed to waiting. That being said,thank you guys/ girls! You're doing great work!

I needed to replace my Michelin Defenders after 90K miles on the four. I purchased the previous tires from Discount and decided to go to the Alpine store again. I made an appointment the day before and drove up today and just as advertised, got me in right on schedule. The Alpine facility is awesome, very neat and clean, along with a Team that takes customet service seriously. I was out in just over an hour. The new tires are great too, especially with the weather being cold and rainy and driving on wet roads.

Came in for a quick balance and rotate. Kaleb helped me with everything! He was friendly, polite & a fast worker. I was in and out in maybe 40 minutes. I'll definitely be returning, and requesting him. He too was a "car guy" so it was great knowing my car was in hands similar to mine.He didn't mind me hovering & chatting while be worked, which was really cool. It's nice to have that connection at places. 10/10!! Great service!

Scheduled an appointment and waited 2 hours for them to put two new tires on the opposite wheels that I asked for.. I'm going to have to switch them around to the right end of the car in my driveway now. Tires were a decent price, though, or I would have left 1 star

I got new rims and Michelin tires was happy with my purchase until I somehow got a bolt in one of my tires they patch the hole still leaking they tell me they don't have any in store be there first thing in the morning 3 days later still no tire I call the store now they tell me they are discontinued not sure when they will have it tires might be 6 months old I use my truck for work this is spent a lot of money to get told sorry about your luck

Triple check your receipts. I paid for 17 s and they put 16 s on my car and just told me they price matched it until I told them I should be getting money back if they put smaller tires on my car. Then they told me I would be getting $6 back per tire and I told them that didn t sound right either. The warranty that I declined on the 17 s they just put on the 16 s. I finally got my $100 back. If this happened to someone who didn t know much about tires they would have just been screwed. Not sure what was going on if it was incompetence or what but I had to call them out multiple times to get all my money back.

I've been here 2x. Once, to get 2 new tires, and just recently to fix a leak in my front tire. Had good service both times, and I really appreciated how quickly they fixed my leaking tire and didn't charge me for patching it up. I made my appointment online that day, which probably helped save me some time.

I have been going to discount tires for 45 years yes I'm old, we all get there. Just don't let your tires get old. Your life is riding on them. In the picture all of the tires came from discount tire.

Despite booking an appointment, my car had not been touched for an entire hours after checking in. They started working on my car at the estimated completion time. It took an additional 30 minutes.The staff was rude and unhelpful.

The workers here are so kind and so helpful and make going out of their way to get you what you need seem so easy and effortless. Everyone I ve spoken with on the phone has been present during the call as well.I ve had god awful luck with my car, driving it around as much as I do and I ve been so relieved each time calling after hearing that I will get a good deal (which is a good feeling to feel when it comes to how costly cars can be). Thank you guys!

The customer service is top notch. I just bought a set of new Michelin tires from Discount Tire and discovered that I recently picked up a nail in one of the tires. This tire was slowly losing pressure. I called at 5:10 pm and asked if they could remove the nail and patch the tire. Even though they closed at 6:00, he said bring the car in and we'll take care of it. I got there at 5:40 and the car was ready to go by 6:20. Thanks guys for staying late! Oh, and when I asked how much I owe, he (sorry, I don't remember his name) said there was no charge. It's a service they provide.

Why have appointment system when it doesn't really make much difference . I was 25 min early before appointment. I registered an my estimated time was not met. I had three people come after me, were serviced an left. I was there 35 min over the time I was given for ser ice on my vehicle. This was or a tire rotation an ck air pressure. I've been doing business here for a very long time an this is the customer service that was given to me.

I scheduled a 3:15 appointment at noon on a Saturday, very surprised a same day Satuday appointment was available. Place was packed, upon arrival I was told the normal hour turnaround time would be closer to 90 minutes which is no problem. Took 2 hours to get done but was ready before I got done eating dinner across the road.

In and out in an hour I was. Tomas helped me figure out exactly what I needed. Tyler ( I think that's his name) came out to the lobby and let me know it wouldn't be too much longer. Very friendly environment. Thank you guys.

great experience! Walked in and got wheels and tires within 90 minutes. It was wonderful service! The cashier forgot to apply my discount, but when I called about it, they told me to come in and they would fix it and they did, no hassle, no questions asked! I always appreciate the work these guys do!

I've been in this Discount Tire a couple times and each time Kaylee (Assistant Manager) helped me, she is fantastic, always kind, very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and is the epitome of what great customer service is all about. Any time I need my Nissan 370 taken care of, I know I can count on Kaylee to see that the job will be done right. Thanks Kaylee, keep up the good work, you're doing a great job! You deserve a few days off!

I have never had a negative experience at this Discount Tire. Ive gone in multiple times to have tires repaired or purchasing of new tires. Recently I went through them to purchase tires for my truck. I worked with Kevin and he was GREAT throughout the whole process. Told me all about the tire warranty and called right then and there to make sure there were some available for order. He price matched for me not once, but twice no questions asked. He just had to validate where I found them cheaper and that was it. It was almost a running joke with us because I called (2) different times for price changes. It made the experience personable as he remembered me when I called in and it just made the interaction that much better. Ive never felt like anyone I worked with pushed anything on me or said "no you need these". I'll continue to go to Discount Tire for my vehicles tire needs in the future and hopefully Kevin sticks around.

I was diving from northern MI to Omaha with my terminally ill husband. One of my tires started splitting and I pulled into this shop a half an hour before closing. Tyler was amazing. I was hot, tired and worried and did not want to get stuck over night. Tyler assured me all would be fine and he would get me 4 new tires and safely on our way. In fact, he kept his shop and crew open late so that he could finish my tires. I am so grateful i chose this shop to try and get help. Tyler and his crew saved our day, literally. Thanks again!!
