This company did a terrific job repairing my door. The tech Casey was very knowledgeable and was upfront and set expectations and he was on time. The door runs smoother than it did before it was broken. He walked me through the issues and the solution. I couldn t be happier.

The garage door and opener are Great!!! This company I have been using for 10 + years. The installer s were very friendly and did a fantastic job.Love the windows in the door. Makes inside garage much brighter.

Great service, all the way around: Garage door spring decided to break. Called Discount Door for service here in Cedar Springs. Josh was here promptly within 24hrs and did a great job repairing it like new. Thanks Discount Door for your great service and reasonable prices.

Our garage spring broke overnight and we weren't able to get one of our cars out of our garage. My husband called them on his way to work and even though they were busy, they were able to get someone out to us in less than 2 hours. The tech who showed up was friendly, professional, and got the job done in about 20 minutes. He answered all my questions and payment was immediate and easy. I would definitely recommend.

The technician from Discount Door arrived early for a scheduled appointment after calling to confirm early arrival. Went to work without hesitation. He assessed the situation, located the problem quickly (wiring causing a short), repaired the short efficiently, oiled the track, made sure the door worked properly. Prompt, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Excellent service, professional demeanor, problem fixed.

Casey did a great job. Came in, did the work quickly, fixed both springs, lubricated the door and was very polite and professional. Door works even better than before and is so much quieter. Also they were about $200 cheaper than the other companies I got quotes from. Thanks Discount Door!

Widow with garage door gone bad...Called Discount Door. Came same day. Casey put on new springs since over 24 years old. Then found remote wouldn't let door go up and down. Remote old too. Jennifer at DD went to bat for me and got a date scheduled right away since door so heavy for me to lift. Josh came and in no time had it repaired. Both guys did an excellent job. Casey came out to the house and installed a new unit on one side of our garage, fast and efficient. Casey also helped me with a problem that I was having on the other side of the garage with my remote. Kind and friendly, Casey is a keeper and did a great job!! Very affordable.

Great Experience! One of my cables disengaged on my garage door- I thought it was broken. The tech, -Wyatt, re-attached the cable and said it was still in good shape and did not need to be replaced. Wow! So grateful to deal with honest people. He adjusted the spring. Checked and greased all moving parts and was done in 20 minutes. He just charged me a service call. Great price and great service. Thank you, Wyatt!

I have a friend in the building trade and when I asked him who he would use for garage door repair and service there was no hesitation- Discount Door, he saidCalled them and they were amazed on the phone and when they came to my house. Casey was my technician and he did everything discussed for exactly what they quoted. Will never use anyone but Discount Door for my garage door needs.

They were prompt and did a nice job fixing and adjusting my door. The only criticism would be my initial call they didn't ask what size the door was and brought the wrong springs on the first appointment. The installer was able to make a temp repair to get it working until the new springs came in.

Had this wonderful company come and install a new garage door and opener last summer, they also hauled away the old one. They were on time and when done you could not tell they had been there except for a great looking new door. This February had a problem with the opener, the office girl talked me through some trouble shooting options and the problem was fixed. Thank you to the great staff !!

Our garage door spring broke trapping one car inside the garage. Discount Door asked us if we had a car trapped and fit us into their schedule for the next business day. We really appreciated their help.

I have had the best service every time I have had Discount Door service my garage door. They are so quick to get me on their schedule and everyone that works here is so kind as well.This latest call had me stuck in my garage with a very damaged garage door that I hit due to a faulty opener, Josh not only got me out of my garage but was able to save the door for me and that was quite a feat. I now have a new opener that Josh installed and it's working great!! Will not hesitate to purchase my new garage door here when I need it.

I emailed first then I called to have my springs replaced above my door. Mine had broken. The person who answered my email was very helpful and then I just called to be sure, and the lady I talked to was very nice and knowledgeable. The guy they sent out to work on it did a great job. My door has always been noisy. He fixed the springs oiled it up and adjusted it and now it s very quiet and works great. I believe his name was Casey.

I found that I needed my garage door springs replaced after one broke. I called a few places to get quotes. I decided on Discount Door. I called to make an appointment, the office staff I spoke to was friendly and was able to set my appointment for just a few days later. When the technician came out, he was friendly, arrived when expected and was able to complete the repairs very quickly. I am very satisfied with the repair.

Our super old door got off track and lost a few parts along the way. We were worried that replacement parts would be hard to come by and we'd be forced into replacing it. Discount Door to the rescue! They fixed everything and even made a few needed improvements to make the door run more smoothly and last longer. The technician was friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. And you absolutely could not beat the price. We're super happy and will be repeat customers if the need arises.

The employees at Discount Door in Grand Rapids were very helpful to me when my garage door wouldn t open, and I couldn t get my car out. Jennifer, who answered my call, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and diagnosed my problem as being a broken spring, and not the opener. One of their employees drove to my house and manually opened my heavy garage door so I could get my car out! It was Labor Day weekend, so I would have been without my car for three days, and I appreciated this so much! Casey replaced the springs promptly on the following Tuesday. I m very grateful to know that if I need to replace my garage door, or the opener, I can depend on Discount Door! Thank you very much!Lucie Lareau

Discount Door made my bad, day better! My garage door wasn t opening and couldn t even manually open it and I knew nothing about what was wrong. I called the office hoping to have someone out the same day to fix as I was leaving on a trip the next day. I called the office and they were so helpful to pin point what was wrong and walked me through what to look for to help identify the problem. Discount Door had a tech out to me the same day and even earlier than my time slot scheduled. My tech Casey was very knowledgeable, answered my questions and had my door fixed within a half hour. Also they re pricing is very reasonable! I highly recommend Discount Door! Thanks for saving the day!
