Had my car dropped off at this body shop after an accident. They called right away, made sure to order all the parts, and worked flawlessly with my insurance company. Customer service was kind, the work was great and they even cleaned my car!

These guys did a great job on my VW. The quality of work was excellent but what really stood out to me was the good old fashioned customer service. In a world where so much interaction has been taken over by technology it was refreshing to see a business that still relies more on rubber stamps and physical paperwork than tablets and text message. The end result was a really pleasant experience.

This place was great! They had my Jeep for a couple weeks to get some body & paint work done & it looks amazing! They were very professional, quick & my jeep came back much cleaner than it was when I brought it in. Can't say enough hood things about this place! Very professional shop with high quality work. Had a simple job after being rear ended in the winter. The work quality was great and the paint matching was perfect. My insurance slowed up the process to repair but once they had the parts it was repaired quickly. One part never got delivered and they went out of their way to obtain another and get my car back timely. Will go here again if ever needed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car looks brand new. Can t tell there was ever any damage. Paint colors match perfectly and car was returned to me so shiny and clean, it looked like it just rolled off the dealer s lot. Thank you!

Comstock Park Body Shop is an extra special business to deal with. I dealt with Randy and he was super. Extremely competent and professional. My husband had backed into a tree in our driveway with our 2018 Ford F-150. They ordered an entire side panel from Ford Motor Comp and the results were SUPERB! Absolute superior workmanship! They are also very accommodating which only compliments the situation which sometimes can be very stressful. Happy customer!Service: Body & Trim

I was able to work with Randy the service wrighter.He did a good job of keeping me informed with the progress of the repairs.When I got my truck back the paint work and body worked looked great.They detailed my truck before I picked it up and I am completely happy with the service.

We were heading down to Grand Rapids when we noticed our exhaust pipe had partially fallen off and we did not feel safe driving further so we pulled into the gas station in Comstock Park and called them to ask for help. A nice man quickly came over to meet us at the gas station and fix the car. He was so helpful and kind and wouldn t even take a tip. Would definitely recommend these guys!

Amazing work these guys do. I took my van in to get the roof replaced and they went the extra mile by also giving it a wash, cleaning the inside, and covering up a scratch. Definitely check them out. This is the first review I ve ever done and I felt obligated to write this because of the awesome work they did.

Very professional body shop. These guys were great right from the beginning. The estimate was fast and easy. They scheduled the repair for a couple weeks later. They estimated it would take 4-6 business days and I had it back on day 4. There is a reason they have been around for so long.

These guys are incredible. I did not get traditional work done by them. I actually broke down near their shop, and they took time out of their day to get ke a new part for my car and get me up and running again. Their positive attitudes and willingness to help despite getting nothing out of it is a testament to their great ethics. I would absolutely go to them if i needed body work done

I was devastated when some rear-ended my car that I am leasing. I contacted Comstock Park Body Shop since my dad said that he had been bringing his cars to them since he was a teenager and had raving reviews about them. They were so helpful and friendly! I had no idea what I was doing, but they walked me through the steps. Such excellent service! You can't even tell that my car had been rear-ended! Plus, I had my car back much faster than expected! I couldn't ask for better service!

Incredible work. I took my car there to have a scratch in the door repaired. Their estimate was $100 more than other estimates that I had received for the same work, but they were able to fit the work in while I was out of town. The entire door looks flawless, and blends beautifully with the rest of the car. They were kind enough to clean and vacuum the interior of the car as well. Note that they do NOT accept debit or credit cards, which is pretty uncommon and a bit of an inconvenience. Worth putting up with for the quality of the work, but I can't help but think they'd do far more business if they accepted common forms of payment.

This place is great I've now Had to have my SUV repaired several times due to other people's ignorance. I only will go here. There friendly, Fast and polite and the quality of the work Does not Compare!! These people have been doing this for decade's and there local! Support local bussiness!!

These guys are great! I had someone cut into my lane on the highway and dent up my car. Brought it to Comstock Park Body Shop and they were able to get it in while I was away on vacation the next week. They took their time and made sure the work was done right. My Kia Soul looks brand new! Fingers crossed I won't need a body shop again, but I know where I'll be going if I do!

Mister Car Wash broke the antenna off the roof of my car and sent me here to have it fixed. They were quick, able to work with my work schedule, and they detailed my car when they were done! Great experience with this place.

I hit a deer last Fall and was anticipating a very large bill as well as being without my car for a long period of time. Brian at Comstock Park Body Shop went above and beyond, my insurance didn t cover anything so he worked with my budget, and it took a lot less time than expected, they also did a few extra things like vacuuming out my car and shining up my headlights included in the cost. Overall I couldn t be happier with my experience there and recommend them to anyone in need of body work!

The entire crew at Comstock Park Body Shop are top notch. After an adventure of having a turkey take out my windshield and demolish the interior of my Jeep; they were meticulous about bringing it back to prior condition. Numerous attempts to remove shattered glass from every crevice was quite the chore. During and after completion Randy was communicating with me. Even after I needed additional assistance with a noise issue Randy was happy to help. They put a lot of time into my Jeep and I'm very happy with the end result. Maybe they would do a great job as other reviews say (why I chose them in the first place) if you had a full coverage insurance job. My experience was quite different. Randy in customer service was very helpful, friendly, and easy on the eyes and I had no reason to think things would not go well, at first.I have a 2000 VW Cabrio convertible and the front bumper and hood and headlight were damaged. Coincidentally, I lucked out and found one of SAME COLOR sitting in a salvage yard and was able to bring the hood, radiator support and another bumper part from in front, off this vehicle. At no time was I told I would be penalized for doing so. Parts from dealer were obviously expensive AND would need to be painted. I also supplied new headlamp. Again, I didnt realize and was not told any of this was frowned upon.All I needed them to do was pull one side of the front out a few centimeters so it would all fit together right and the door wouldnt rub when it opened, and put new pieces together. They made it sound like no problem. I thought they had everything they needed to make it straight again. I wasnt expecting like new but I was told they had a couple ways to do this and I wasnt worried.I called to see if they were able to achieve this and how it was going and was told they had put the new headlamp in. I asked if they had pulled the frame out first on that side as asked and planned because if not HOW COULD THEY PULL ON THE FRAME THERE?!When I saw the finished job the hood was not aligned and that side had not been pulled out or up as it needed to be. The bumper is low. The door still rubs and the headlamp and that side of the bumper didnt get tweaked, it looks like, AT ALL. EXCEPT for it looks like someone grabbed the metal on the side of the headlamp and pulled on it with a large pair of pliers, bending and marking it and painted over it. Awful.When I went back down and talked to the older man I had not talked to before and stated these things he said to me. "We make our money on parts and you brought in your own parts" he mentioned this twice as I was pointing out they had only charged me for one hour labor on the area in question and THE BODY WORK AND PULLING OUT was what I needed them to do and wanted to pay them to do. I said it doesnt seem like that was done at all minus where someone grabbed the metal with a pair of pliers and damaged it. When I pointed this out I was told it was already there.Basically I was punished for bringing in my own parts and he even said it, twice. They didnt do the job they do that they told me they could, that I needed them to do, and looking at the car from the front is laughable. They also used a screw with the head on the outside to secure one side of the main bumper and painted over it. Looks ridiculous.They had to take out the radiator to install the new support and now there is quite a coolant leak going on that did not exist before. It reminded me of stopping in and seeing the radiator still attached but balanced on the front of the Cabrio with no support. Not hard to imagine how something happened.Ill post pics when I get it out of garage again.

Super friendly from the estimate to finished job. Spot on with how long it was going to take, not a day longer. They even touched up a couple areas that they were not responsible for which was a nice surprise. I would definitely go back.
