Bel air is always able to fit us in. Excellent customer service. Honest evaluation of your vehicle and they do not try to upsell. Pricing has always been better than other places I have tried. Thank you Adam and Lucas.

We have old truck and just because it's old they want to assume that it was leaking oil absolutely wasn't leaking oil problem is they backed into something they tore the bumper loose left scratches on my truck and an empty tank of gas cuz they said they had to drive around to make sure the truck was working which is totally understandable they took a little bit off what was owed to them for repairing our truck for something else, they had a big old write-up about how the truck was probably leaking oil and we didn't notice well guess what I texted my driveway and there's oil all over the driveway now thanks for being liars and wrecking my truck dying of a disease I ain't got time for this thanks a lot for nothing I hope nobody goes to you guys you're rotten deceitful.

Professional place, just understand that it comes with a premium price tag. Sometimes I have them do the work they quote and sometimes I bring my vehicle elsewhere and get another quote. Recently I saved hundreds of dollars compared to the quote they gave me for a radiator and a couple other leaks by taking my vehicle to the local radiator shop. However, Bel Air is a competent shop that will take care of you.

This place came highly recommended to us in the first place. They do their best to accommodate our needs. We recently had several things wrong with the car but instead of keeping the car at the shop for a week, they would do one repair and then let me take it back home then bring it back again a few days later so we could have our car for getting our 6 kids around. They are always very friendly and I don't feel like they overcharge for things. They also never push you into repairs that you don't need and often tell you when you can let it slide for a little longer before getting a repair done.

Best shop in Grand Rapids. Been treating me right for 4 years, I live 25 minutes away now and will still drive there for any and all repairs. Always thorough, honest, and on the only occasion I had some issues after a repair they fixed it free of charge (cruise control wiring). Priced fairly and they never try to upsell me on things that aren't necessary.

My daughter's car needed a front brake job quickly. We called and they got it in and done in the same day we needed. The price was very reasonable, believe it because I called around! Highly recommend to all who are looking for the top in serviceAnd price! Call Lucas and staff, they are total professionals.

Went here for tire repair and got in and out in about 35 minutes. Reasonable price, Lucas was very pleasant and professional . I will be back for an oil change soon.Would definitely recommend to anyone needing automotive services..Service: Tires

The guys at Bel Air are great. I've had a starting issue with my Jeep for about 2 years, taken it multiple places with no success and these guys finally diagnosed it correctly and fixed it. They even put extra gas in my car before I picked it up. My husband brought his truck in to get fixed. They took apart the vehicle to assess what my husband needed fixed and broke something else along the way, which we then had to pay for. My husband has had to access that part of his truck before and understands that when wrenching on a vehicle it's not always a good idea to yank and pull on things that you don't have experience with. And after talking to friends about this place, we discovered they're overpriced. If you're an older customer and have an older car, these guys might be more up your alley.

We've had several oil changes on three different vehicles, and also some service work. They have been completely professional every single time. The work was done when promised, and the rates are reasonable. I have highly recommended them to others, if only for the crazy low oil change price. They'll take care of ya.

CRIMINAL. I brought my truck in for oil change and inspection for a handful of things. Only 1 thing being important. I was told it was $110 for inspection + oil change. $560 later and wouldn t release my truck without full payment. THEY DIDNT EVEN FIX ANYTHING FOR THIS PRICE. On the invoice I was actually charged $20 for them to diagnose replace rear brake light , they didn t replace it for $20, they diagnosed it for $20. Most absurd thing I ve ever heard of. My vehicle was done on time, for the exact amount quoted. Adam was very friendly, but professional.I had forgotten to ask him to check the brakes (7 yrs and 40k miles, it was time). But he caught the problem and let me know so I could have everything done at the same time. I will be recommending Bel-Air if I hear of someone needing auto service or repairs.I am so glad to be able to spend my hard-earned money with a local business, so I know it will benefit my community.

When I tell you I have received the best customer service ever it is from Bel Air Auto Service. They have been servicing our cars for less than a year and they are amazing. Always great customer service and they are very knowledgeable. They are honest too and I love it. Please go see them for your car problems.

Adams shop will fix any car or truck problem. Very honest and fair. Reliable and knowledgeable auto service. From a oil change to a engine rebuild I would recommend this shop.

Honestly, every time we have taken our vehicle here... we get quoted a crazy amount of money and a lot of labor charges. Things seem to take all day there. We also just took our van in for a second opinion on some things they said needed fixing, and the other mechanic said those things were fine. Also, we felt like the price quoted for an alignment and to get a bent bolt out, was pretty high, so we took it elsewhere and it was half the cost of what they quoted us. We won't be going back.

Amazing place! My family will never take our cars elsewhere. Adam and the guys are always respectful and take the time to explain any issues to you. They are a small auto shop that looks for the above and beyond customer service experience. I would recommend to anyone.

It's hard to find mechanics who you can trust, and I completely trust Bel Air! Not only are they reasonable and quick turn-around time, they are honest. I will never take my car elsewhere to be worked on. Thank you!

Dont bring your car here. I needed my engine replaced around Christmas. I didn't get my car back until February. Then 4 days later that engine went out and they tried saying it was because i drove it so much that the oil went through the car too fast. Now i have to not only replace the coils but the pcm also. Mind you these are the original manufactured coils so they didnt even put new ones on. The check engine light came on the day after i picked the car up from them. In the end i had to send in the pictures and information to the warranty company and belair still wanted to charge me with their time on the phone with the warranty company. Rediculous.

I would recommend getting a second opinion. I brought my car in because I had some uneven tire wear (I neglected tire rotations... oops). Bel Air said I desperately needed an alignment, new coil springs and new struts and that it would be over $1000. I don't own an expensive vehicle, so I asked which of those I needed the most and they told me probably the alignment, but really all of it needed work. I then took my vehicle to Belle Tire on 4 mile and Alpine and they told me that my alignment was "crazy good" and that the suspension was tight and in good condition. They recommended a *free* tire rotation and that was that.

Honest, reasonably priced mechanic. We have been taking our vehicles here for at least five years, and won't go anywhere else. We have had nothing but great experiences with Adam and his crew.
