Very helpful in making sure I had the correct parts for my vehicle. Pointed me in the direction of a better bundle deal for an oil change I was doing as well! Highly recommended!

Not sure on the business as a whole, but whatever Adam is being paid it should be higher. I came in needing a new battery on a day when it was 10 degrees outside and the other worker was saying how they can't do it and it's a 45 minute job, Adam hopped right up and changed that bad boy and had me out the door in 10 minutes. Overall, business as a whole: undecided. Adam: good

Has absolutely great service. I was in a very tough spot and Tom and Adrain stepped up to help. My ac pulley went out and I couldn't leave so they helped me get the right part and the. Proceeded to help me install it the proper way. A process that took a while. I just want to commend these employees for what they have done and that this is the reason I only shop at autozone.

10/10, these guys know what they re talking about! A quick scan for an engine code, a simple search and an explanation of what it could be, Tom was just doing his job, but he did it with professionalism, knowledge, and a true intention to help! It turned out to be a simple fix, I was able to get back on the road within minutes minus one check engine light! If I lived closer I d make them my go-to for any minor or self help car repairs! Absolutely amazing service! Thank you!

Broke down in parking lot..took 2 days to fix my motorhome. The one manager from the military was extremely nice and told me I could fix it, then when new management came in they called the cops on me. What kind of business are you running here. Is it not a good idea to have mercy on someone who is broke down? You are after all a car parts seller...

I bought brake rotors on a Thursday. I told the service person I have my VIN number when ordering. She said. "No, just give me your make and model." Fast forward to Sunday. Those rotors were not the same size as my previous ones which were put on by the dealer. I had my mechanic return them with my receipt. The AutoZone employee asked for my VIN to double check. When he used THAT to look up my rotors, he said that AutoZone doesn't carry my rotors. I was on the phone with my mechanic at the time. I said just credit my card. The AutoZone employee then talked to me and said I have to be physically present with the card for the refund. I asked if I could read my card number to him and use the security code on the back "since it was your employee's fault that I got the wrong-sized rotors because she insisted on make and model vs using VIN." He then claimed my previous rotors must be the wrong size for my car. I said that since the dealer of the car put them on, I felt that was highly unlikely. He tried to argue. I said I will have my mechanic pick me up and return them with my card. I did that. The AutoZone employee who did the return was halfway pleasant and said I must be present "for my protection". I then went to NAPA. They looked my rotors up using VIN. Guess what?? They were the exact same size as my previous rotors. I chose to get all four rotors at NAPA and returned the 2 unopened FRONT rotors to AutoZone the next day. That same unknowledgeable employee asked why I was returning them. I said they are the wrong size. He said, "Then somebody put the wrong size rotors on your car." I did not engage him any further. He knows that when looked up by VIN, AutoZone didn't supply my rotors. NAPA did and the rotors matched my previous ones. He cannot admit AutoZone has a faulty data base. I kept the pads because they have a lifetime warranty, but I will never buy another thing from AutoZone. My mechanic (with 40 years experience) says certain AutoZone locations in Grand Rapids DO have knowledgeable employees. The Alpine store isn't one of them. I don't care. Other than exchangeing those pads when the time comes, I will never do business with AutoZone again. Hire some people who can admit to a mistake and apologize for causing me inconvenience.

I bought a thermostat for my car, I got home and opened up the box no gasket.. called and inquired about availability of gasket.. she informed me that they didn t have one in stock, and they wouldn t be able to get one in store for 2 days.. but I was more than welcome to go to the other locations and get the gasket.. if you sell the thermostat you have to be willing to sell the gasket with it.. very poorly run chain.. Terrible management..

My experience at the Alpine store was wonderful.I especially want to acknowledge Evan. He took the time to explain the different kinds of headlights available, but the best part was that he installed them for me! Because of Evan's professional and friendly attitude, I will definitely recommend the Auto Zone on Alpine to all of my friends. Keep up the good work!

They had what I needed but were very unhelpful in assisting with after purchase product. The fuel pump I bough SHOULD have come with instruction on how to patch a new pigtail into the electronics of my vehicle, after all the pump doesn't work without those instructions. They said "Yeah, I don't know what to tell ya". They sold it, but had no clue on whether or not it was complete with needed instruction. Store experience at purchase was great, the call back after was lacking.

I did an online pickup order at this location for just 3 items. Although I was in and out quickly, it seemed chaotic, as if they had no idea how to process am online pickup. The guy was friendly, it was just an odd transaction.

Christian G. Was so very helpful and kind, even though I messed up and returned the bulbs I thought I didn't need and got new ones. He helped me replace them to find out I returned the ones I needed and we replaced the ones I didn't need replaced. All because I had no clue what I needed. He was so patient and kind with me. He also gave me some pointers! I will definitely go back for help in the future.

Conner is horrible to deal with. My son was on a set schedule due to school. Conner continually changed the schedule. When receiving time sensitive paperwork Conner refused to fill it out as required by the Employer. Sent us on a Goose chase. DO NOT WORK FOR AUTOZONE.

Signage is vague. I couldn't find what I needed so I had to stand in line to ask. He took me back there and there was only one available so I got it. Then he made me get in the back of the line to pay. (?!?) If I could get it elsewhere, I would never go back here.

Got the advice and help I needed. There was a new girl that was still learning the store and inventory, but it was more amusing and cute to watch her stumble trying to answer questions. She'll get the hang of it in time.

Good prices on mostly Chinese made parts. May have a lifetime warranty, but if you're paying someone to replace them, sometimes more expensive American made parts are worth it.. They will scan your check engine light codes for free, and the last time I was there, they put my wiper blades on for free!! Good people, good philosophy. I go there a lot.
