So i go to look at a 21 Toyota corolla. 90,000 miles, 3 years old for $15,300. At least $1,000 below market value.I asked if my dealer could look at it, the salesman said no problem. On top of that, Anthony helped me get everything situated. From registering the car, transferring plates, getting me approved through my bank, to getting great auto insurance. They really took care of me. I was so happy with the sale process I bought the car that day and decided not to wait to get it looked at.The car was clean and the test drive was good. I heard a small noise but no red flags.But really i was just excited to get a newer car. I had prepared myself financially and I been working on my credit. Plus I've been driving a beater for 5 years.Well on my way home, when I got on the highway and starting hitting 70mph, that small noise got a little louder. Now I have to have my mechanic look at it. He tells me it's the tires, cost me $550. But the noise is still there and we find out it has a bad wheel bearing, $650 to fix.I didn't expect much because I visually remember signing a "sold as is warranty" paper. But I called and asked for help anyway because I just bought the car within a week. Anthony said what I already knew, the car was "sold as is" and there's not much he can do or even has to.But he helped me anyway and said to bring it in and they'd fix it and charge me for parts. Not the best, but better than nothing. Then after they fix it, Anthony said they were going to eat the cost. He said they genuinely didn't know and wanted to be the good guys, so they fixed it for free!!!!They really didn't have to do that, I was already getting the car $1,000 under its value. And he gave $500 to trade in my van that had a bad transmission.Buying a new car should be a fun experience. Every situation is different, and you might not get the same experience I had. But I wanted to share my experience and say Automax has some good people that work there. It sucks but you have to be cautious of getting scammed or screwed in today's world. And before I went to look at the car I seen some comments on here that had me worried Lol.But I still went anyway and honestly they went above and beyond for me.Thank you Automax of GR and thank you Anthony!!

Bought a car from here about 5 years ago. Car was excellent. No problems. Came back because I had such a great experience. Just bought another in November. This car has not been such a great experience. There was paint touch ups done to cover chips. There is overspray of black spray paint on the front and back of the car where they sprayed the bumper to cover rust spots. This showed after the car was washed once. They owed an alignment. I don't believe this was done as it still has a very aggressive pull to the right. The gas cap was making the check engine light come on. They owed a new gas cap in the "we owe" and replaced it with a used locking gas cap from one of the other jeeps on the lot. Check engine light is still on and comes back on when the engine code is cleared. This used cap also is well used and freezes so you cant get the key in to pump gas. They also owed lug nuts as some were missing on the car. Never received. Overall just not very happy with the purchase and just kind of wrote it off as its a used car however, all of the issues were in the we owe when purchasing and they didn't bother to complete any of them. I will not be coming back.

Make sure you bring the vehicle to a trusted mechanic before you buy it. They don't care about the quality of the cars they sell, even though they have mechanics on staff. Thousands of dollars worth of work needed before my first payment and they didn't care. 3 weeks after I bought it and stopped back in with my concerns, they sent me on my way... I had it towed the next day. Trust no one...

Jay and Anthony hooked it tf up!!! I came in with my G6 to trade in, ok credit and 2 hours before close - looking at the cleanest 11 Silverado I could find. They took VERY good care of me, listened to me very carefully for what I wanted, and got me rollin off the lot same day. Y all need to stop playin around and go see them!! A1 service! :)

Bought a truck and worked with Anthony. The process to purchase the truck was smooth. Bought the warranty with it. 6 days in the transfer case went out. Started the warranty process, the warranty company decided it was a pre-existing issue and denied the claim even though advertised "Protection the minute you drive off the lot". Called Anthony and let him know what was going on. He worked with Jay and they got the truck back and fixed it with no cost to me. They stood behind the vehicle they sold. It was very smooth on getting it fixed and back on the road in 3 days. Will definitely come back to them for another vehicle when ready. They would get 5 stars but in still on the fence with the warranty that was purchased. Besides that a all around great experience and Anthony is straight forward and no bull

Went in to look at a car and test drive, the car needed two new front tires, I asked the salesman to replace the two tires to which he begrudgingly finally agreed, and then proceeded to look up the cheapest tires, two of them totaling $220. First of all, what dealer would sell someone $110 tires? He then told me that he would give me $5500 for my trade-in. He proceeded to get the paperwork ready with financing, and when he presented the paper, it had $5000 listed for my trade-in. I said Where is the other 500? He said I m not paying for those tires. So he not only tried to slide this past me without me noticing, but he was trying to make me pay DOUBLE for the tires. (They only cost $220). So he cut $500 off my trade in, for $220 set of tires, WITHOUT EVEN MENTIONING IT. Here s the kicker. I had bought two cars from him before! And he still tried to sneak this one past me. Unbelievable. After he tried to fast talk me through interest rates, I got up to leave. He then proceeded to say give me a call buddy on the way out. Like I was some child. You don t call another man you don t know buddy . Especially in a professional setting. The amount of disrespect.. and especially to a former customer. Safe to say I won t be coming back. You shouldn t either. Look elsewhere to people who actually care.

Never buy from these people! They are scammers. Bought a car not even a month ago and it s already going to cost me over $4000 to fix it! And I also bought extended warranty off them and they don t even covered anything. Definitely don t recommend these people to anyone.

I will NEVER go here again. Purchased one car here and had a great experience. They had a referral program going on. I sent my friend to them and she purchased a car. Never got my referral bonus. They had every excuse on why they couldn t give it. But that s not the worst of it.Came back to look at another car and decided to test drive it. My husband felt something off with the car, pulled over and looked underneath. Come to find out, the subframe bolts were ALL missing.We brought that up to the workers and one guy said we should have never been able to test drive it like that and it wasn t safe and another guy knew about it and didn t care. Right after we left, we saw them putting it back on the lot. Clearly, they don t care about safety.

Horrible dealership 100% fraudulent sold me a 12 year old car for 18K and the car I've had the car 54 days and the car needs an engine they will reset dash lights and other dirty tactics in order to get customer to buy. I called a week after buying the car because the car was having issues. The salesmen were very rude and did not want to offer any help then they stopped answering my phone calls. Now I have a car that I cannot drive and I still owe 16,300 avoid this place at all cost ALWAYS ask for the carfax if they cannot produce the carfax walkaway. The diagnostic machines can't read without check engine lights on just a few advice

We are repeat customers and were on our way to test drive a vehicle for the 2nd time to make the purchase and they sold the vehicle to someone else within 30 minutes of us calling and saying we are on our way from out of town. Disappointed and won t do business with salesmen like this.

Disappointed with this place.Bought a Jeep a few months ago and the buying process was great. Friendly and helpful people, no doubt about it.When you buy a car here they throw in a 3 month warranty. They ll tell you that if the car needed something, they did it. And you ll walk away feeling great. Until you realize that the warranty they gave you has $100 deductible they didn t tell you about and doesn t cover nearly as much as you thought it did.The vehicle I purchased hadn t had the oil changed and needed a change in the first week. Then I realized the emergency brake doesn t work, the belt was trash and the alignment is really bad. Had to replace ball joints and a bunch of other parts. I ve put $500 into this car and I ve only had it for a few months. The warranty didn t cover any of the issues that I ve had with it and I m still paying out of pocket to fix it. Pretty bummed because they told me the car had zero issues and if it had needed anything they would have done it. Just something to be careful about here.Take it to your mechanic BEFORE you buy it

It is very hard to find a dealership that will leave you feeling good about your purchase. These guys did that for me. Price was right, but the main thing was that the used car we purchased had a issue soon after leaving. These guys took care of it and didn t hesitate to keep me happy. Definitely went over and beyond to do so when they could have said sorry not our problem. Thank you! I will use you again.

This place doesn't even deserve a 1 after what they did to my daughter! She was very interested in a Chrysler Town and Country.. Did her credit.. Had everything set.. Manager took down payment on Tuesday to pick car up Saturday. My daughter purchased insurance was all set then the salesman Ryan calls and says a mistake happened and van was sold night before. He told her he could sell her a 06 Jeep Liberty.. Anyone who knows cars knows those are junk! She said she would take the Ford Flex..Ryan says well we would need another thousand down. I called furious from my daughter in tears.. Ryan says well I'm not real happy either.. That was money out of my pocket! No sorry.. No let me take care of this.. We'll make this right.... NOTHING! then to find out the same manager that took the down payment was the same person who sold the van! Daughter went in to get her deposit back... The District manager..finance manager and Ryan was there not one of them tried to find a resolution that was fair to her!She left there went to another dealership who stayed over a hour after they closed and got her a 6 year newer vehicle with at least half the mileage 2 year bumper to bumper warranty..This place don't care about their customers... They care about their pockets only... No care on who they screw along the way!!

The crew at Auto Max was awesome. They helped us get a new truck and were very friendly. I've worked at another dealer myself for 12 years and enjoyed the family oriented atmosphere here. Ryan was great. They worked very hard as a team to help us. A GREAT PLACE TO BUY A VEHICLE!

My son bought a vehicle recently. When he first looked at it, was told it was $15,000, but once salesman saw how interested he was in it, he said, "My bad, it's actually $17000. My son still wanted it and being its a 2015, he bought a warranty on it for protection. Within a couple days of getting the vehicle, we noticed it was leaking. A mechanic we took it to said it was the power steering fluid that leaked and was actually empty. It also had bad brakes. Called Auto Max to see if anything was covered with the warranty and they said no. Asked if they would be willing to pay for the repairs since they sold it in bad condition and they would not. Never will we buy from them or ever recommend to anyone.

Probably one of the worst experiences of my life. They do not stand behind what they sell! I have called and left my name and number several times and have been told the owner will get back to me, I'm still waiting!!! For the money I spent you would think that they could do a little more than they are. What happened to my $20k truck could have 100% been avoided if they would have ever inspected it before selling (even their mechanic admitted that)! Sadly we were 300 miles over warranty. They blamed us for not buying the extended warranty but that was never even offered. So now I buy a transmission without any help from automax. Thanks for the lemon. The least he could do is give me a call back!

We bought a 2013 Ford Flex in December 2015 from AutoMax and had an awesome experience! They really helped us with our trade in and gave us a great deal on our vehicle that we purchased. They even resolved an issue we had with our vehicle after we had bought it. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Great customer service!

Dishonest and misleading. Told me the truck i was going to purchase from them was road ready and had just left the mechanics shop good as new. I drove 7 hours to go get it only to find a truck with a broken A/C, 2 Separate Service Due Lights, Transmission Fluid and Oil Both dripping out the bottom of it after a 15 minute test drive. I had received 2 different stories from separate salesmen there about what was wrong with the vehicle neither of them made sense. Hole in the wall non professional car dealership stay away take your business elsewhere to somewhere you can trust. Waste of my time as well as gas.

We went to look at the inventory because they had some great cars on their website that seem fairly priced. Upon closer look the dealer basically washes the car and puts a sticker on the car before putting it up for purchase. Their products are in rough shape and they take zero measure to address the problems before selling it to the customer. Additionally, they undervalued our trade in by 5k. They are nice people and staff just felt they didn't take much pride in the product they sell.

They wouldnt even get a star if I had a choice. They sold us a truck that had issues. Cost me 6k in repairs. Never told us it was a canadian truck so therefore no recalls can be done. Sales guy was good but I feel like we were just getting played. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. I have personally known 4 other people with terrible issues as well
