Adam is the man! He got back to me within one business day and took the time to track down a fourth wheel for me. He gave me expected time frames and kept me updated the whole way through. Definitely going to be returning. Thanks, Adam!

I had a amazing experience with A2i they all had great customer service and went above and beyond for me. They didn't make the process difficult and made it feel like I was working with a friend. I needed a patch for my tire that 2 other places said they couldn't fix and they were able to! While I was at it they were able to get me 2 new tires all within a days work. They have great pricing and were extremely flexible with my work schedule, and even helped me move my car around when I had no other options. I will definitely be recommending their business to all my friends and family in the surrounding Grand Rapids area! Thank you A2i

I was in a bind, had some kind of wheels on my Challenger I was taking off for a long weekend Adam was able to order new wheels and tires and mount them on my vehicle with enough time so I can make my timeline. Great customer service, great selection, great prices. Adam and his crew were awesome to work with they went above and beyond!

I had ordered rims from custom offsets and were sent wrong rims twice. I ordered rims off eBay from a2i and had them in three days. Great timely service and representative double checked to make sure they would fit. I am very pleased.

This place is why I always shop small businesses when I can. Amazing communication and the wheels I got were delivered to me so fast it was hard to believe. Just one day! I shopped around but these guys delivered on all fronts. I ll b back for sure!

Call to order tires to be shipped to WV. They said the rims and tire would be here on Friday, the tires and rims showed up on Friday, and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. Great people to deal wiyh

I came here today on Christmas Eve with my luck already down. The guy who works here was extremely kind, extremely accommodating and very much understanding. I would recommend this place to anyone. Very clean and quiet; the best part is they have a dog who smiles to greet you when you come in! Very much appreciative!

Very knowledgeable and friendly! I bought my tires a few months ago and have loved them ever since. Being someone who doesn't know much about tires, it was nice to go somewhere and trust them to give me good advice on what to get and for the right price! The owner Adam knew exactly what to recommend when I told him what I was looking for and so far they are great! Can't beat that!

Adam found BEAUTIFUL rims and the perfect tires to meet my needs all within my budget! Saw his store on Ebay and when I noticed he was local it was perfect. He was much more knowledgeable about what I really needed to change with rim size and tires that would make my SUV a work horse that still looks like a thoroughbred. Put my dealership to shame as he listened, communicated and actually met my needs. Thanks so much Adam!!

I wanted to take a minute and provide a well deserved shout out to Adam and his crew!! I have been going to Adam for all my tire and wheel needs for 9 years!! Ever since he started in Holt MI. I have never been unsatisfied with the quality of tires, wheels and even more so customer service! And just when I didn't think Adam could do better... well he did!! My daughter lives and works in GR (Where A2i has moved to) and had a flat and her newly bought used from a dealership vehicle did not come with a spare. She was able to get the flat off and went to a few closer tire shops to get it repaired and was told maybe a day or two and not sure if they can even fix it. fair enough its great they are busy! I reached out to Adam a couple days prior looking for 2 or 4 tires for daughters newly used Jeep. He gave prices and told him to let him know. Well since she was unsuccessful with getting the flat repaired I reached out to Adam to see what he could do. Adam told me to have her call him..... The next think I hear from daughter... "I dropped the flat and my keys off to Adam." I was like ok so how's the Jeep getting there and fixed and evaluated for 2 or 4 tires...(flat was one of the 2 better tires). She said I am not sure and that Adam will call me tomorrow. Next thing I hear is She is all set, was able to repair tire and only needed 2 new tires. So I reached out to daughter and she said yeah he not only fixed the repair and then took it to the Jeep and put it on, drove jeep to shot and got it all ready within 6 business hours!! The call from daughter not having any stress as to what to do and the relief from parents feeling helpless being over an hour away was priceless!!.. I want to greatly thank Adam and his crew for taking care of my daughter and getting her on her way!!! I believe he has another life long customer and I hope anyone that takes time to read this stops by and checks out A2i Wheel and Tire!!p.s. also always look forward to saying hi to his furry sidekick!!

Service was ok tow truck driver that towed our car there did start pricing tires and rims for his own vehicle. I had to finally say do you mind letting us get our tire fixed and maybe doing this own your own time not while my car is still up on your flat. After that service was great.

Listen if you haven't made a purchase from this establishment or even stop by just to see what they are offering. Then your cheating yourself out of a great opportunity to purchase new quality Tires and rims and not to mention serviced buy a great hard-working manager and staff. If it's not available! They can and will find it for you" The Owner is a great guy that has the right idea when it comes to standard and custom tires and rims hub caps to lug nuts! And other specialty rotational needs I must admit they have an edge on the competition. I have recommended them to family and friends as well. And the end result was total satisfaction.

I haven t bought tires anywhere else in years. They don t just sell you tires, but help you find what you actually need, and what will work best on your vehicle. Highly recommend A2i!

I've been dealing with Belle Tire and Discount Tire for years. I never get the mileage they promise and only get a portion of credit for the bad tires. I am so happy I never have to go back to them. The A2i team was awesome and I got a GREAT PRICE!

A2I HANDS DOWN HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRICES IN THE AREA!!!!!!!They have the best prices and will help you get what best fits you car/truck. This place is very helpful I love going in their because you can and buy with confidence and know that you are getting the best deal in town no questions asked. I wouldn't go any were else to buy a wheel or tire.a2i you guys are the best in the area

A2i sold me new 17x9 steel wheels from Alabama. They sent me down road to Budget tire center to have wheels installed for $82. They noticed wheels where all bent. Went back to A2i and wouldn't remove the wheels either so I went back down road to have Budget remove them for $16 then I brought them back to A2i for refund. It cost me $82 to install the wheels and $16 to unmount total cost $98. Plus I drove 148 miles each way to there place from Houghton Lake. They refunded me for the tires but not the cost of installing or removing there wheels at Budget. They are moving to south side of Grand Rapids. I hope they become better then they are in Holt. I did not go home with any wheels but it cost me lots of money

Best Place ever!! Got my tires changes here and Adam did an amazing job! Also, the coffee station is amazing. You can grab a cup of coffee while waiting on your car! Great place!

Was a little concerned at first when I seen the front office in disarray. But Alex knew what he was doing when he balanced my 24x14 wheels . When I ordered my wheels and tires from Arkon /custom offset they came assembled and balanced. They didn t do it right because it shook the whole truck over 55 . Now they are smooth as glass on the highway. Next time I will be having A2i mount and balance my new set of wheels and tires. Thanks again Adam and Alex

I tried to get my tires repaired here. I made an appointment the day prior. Nobody took my name or phone though, which was suspicious. When I came for the appointment, the office was is disarray. There were piles of boxes everywhere. Some of them, I'm assuming, probably have parts and supplies in them. At least one had empty pop bottles. There were pop bottles here and there and a half empty (or full) waterbottle on the counter. There was an old pizza box. There was lots clutter, a big case of dog treats and a case of coke. I was greeted eventually, but was not told anything. I said I had made the appointment for that time. She acknowledged and then disappeared. I never saw her again. I waited for about 15 minutes at the desk. I overheard a woman talking on the phone about her health problems. I was visited by a nice dog, but only briefly, for it too had other matters to attend to some where away from the front desk. It was a total waste of time.

Excellent experience, they provided a set of tires with the same quality as I was looking for, with a similar road hazard warranty, in less time, and hundreds of dollars cheaper than other places I looked around town.

I stopped by and talked the Aaron to get some used tires, and let me just say wow! By far the best customer service i have had in a very long time. Prices are by far the best around on tires and rims. Anything tire or rim related they can hook you up! I will be going there whenever i need tires or a set or rims and will be sending my family and friends there as well! Stop by A2I and save yourself a chunk of cash!

I called 3 different places before finally getting a hold of Adam at A2I. I had some questions about the wheels I was ordering and was not able to get any answers from the places that I called previous to getting Adam on the phone. Because it was a new wheel being offered Adam did not have the answers either but he took the time to call the manufacturer twice for me on different questions and called me back. In a world where customer service is all but nonexistent anymore it is nice to talk to someone that truly cares about taking care of customers. I highly recommend A2I and I will absolutely use them again in the future. Thank you again Adam!!

I was hunting all over Lansing and Okemos for an uncommon tool for a car. I called and/or went to 3 different well known places before I was directed here. The guy there was able to figure out the tool that I'd already forgotten the name of, grab it and ring me up within 5 minutes. He was really nice and very helpful.

Had my rear tires installed here, they roadforce balance (this is a proper machine, not just a cheapy spin balancer). The tech took extra care with my car and even knew the rather odd lifting procedures for it. I also had them put my new front tires on. Same attention to detail and their price was within 10 dollars out the door of what it would have been ordering by internet. Big thumbs up for these guys, a great local business.

Adam was extremely knowledgeable and incredibly helpful when it came to picking out wheels and tires. The guy putting the tires on was working hard and super nice too. I wouldn't go anywhere else if I needed rims and tires
