Go to Brian's!I was able to obtain transmission service within 48 hours. The reception service was thorough, up-beat and helpful. The drop-box allowed me to leave my truck after hours. The text platform used is convenient and easy to understand. Images and explanations were sent which better informed me of the necessary services. Their fair prices and excellent customer as well as technical service is why I'm recommending them and will always use them for future services for my truck.

I needed minor but important work done on my front end and once again Mike and his team came through. They also took care of other items on my reman motor that needed attention. Highly recommend Brian s Transmission

Brian s transmission shop is the best shop around ..they go above and beyond to diagnose the problems .. they do exceptional work they are very reasonably on their prices as well I just had my Ford Flex in their shop for repairs and they were quick as well they are worth the drive ..they have the best mechanics around for sure

Wow! I bought a used 2013 Chrysler Town n Country in 2016. The transmission was never quite right. Over the last year it started to cause serious problems when stuck in creeping highway traffic. It would shift out of second when traffic moved again.Mike at Bryan s looked over the codes and came up with a fix for much less than expected.Man, wish I had gone to him earlier! It works great now! I have used Brian's before in the past and as usual they did fantastic work when I returned. Being short handed... as every business is, they told me it would be some time before they would be able to work on my truck. Well they worked everything out and had my truck back and running three weeks early! Polite and professional as always, will definitely be returning for any other work.Service: Engine repair

So thankful and impressed by Haley and Julia, with transmission rebuild and constant communication with photos of my vehicle in the estimates of every repair throughout. My permission requested before they did anything also very much appreciated. These ladies are on the ball and so refreshingly pleasant to talk to. High quality work from their mechanic and I for one definitely recommend Brian's for complete honesty in vehicle repair and an enjoyable experience all along the way. Bought a truck with a transmission from them, 2004 Chevy Duramax(allison 1000) Valve body was acting up in it so I went thru trans, found a just about every valve to be stuck, Sun gear backwards, missing bearings, output shaft nut on backwards, clutch clearances way out of spec (for a low mile trans), and a few loose bolts. I don t know full story because I didn t have it done, but wouldn t take anything there based on that

Took my vehicle in for a hard shift between 3rd and 4th, everything else ran very smoothly. Three days after I picked it up, the SAME issue started occurring plus others!! Took it back and received a call about my new estimate, because NEW codes were popping up. Was then told they couldn't get the problem to occur on multiple test drives, so they'd just need to do a full rebuild due to miles! In the end I paid 1500 for some electrical work I could've done for a few hundred, and left with the same Trans issue I started with! If I wanted to line their pockets with another 2600 - 4000, on TOP of the 1500 I already paid to have the same problem, they "may" be able to fix the issue. Both times as well, my fuel was at a quarter tank and I picked it up in the red! Super upset about wasting $1500 Service: Transmission

Mike and his guys are super reliable and honest. Very knowledgeable crew. Never steer a customer the wrong way. They go above and beyond to make sure my families vehicles are taken care of correctly. Prices are always competitive. Always willing to work with you on time. Dustin up front communicates to customers very well. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area. This shop is unsurpassed by the other guys in the area in my opinion.

I took my vehicle to Brian's for some warrenty work on my transmission. Mike and his staff were very friendly and knowledgeable but also very straight forward. It took longer that expected (red tape and all) but in the end I got my car fixed up right for a very fair price.I would definitely refer them to anybody who needed transmission work. They're the best.

Took my gmc to get the 4x4 and diff worked on. Brian's price was $200 less than the shops near me. Also they got it done in 1 day ! Crazy fast with a good price. Also the lady at the front desk was extremely kind !Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Wanted to do a 90 day review, received the quote and repairs started the same day and the repair was done quickly, with attention to detail. The price was very affordable for the work that was done, and the warranty is worthy of the work, no leaks and holding oil and runs as good as the day I picked it up nearly 90 days on...would recommend Brian s to anyone in need of transmission repairs.

Brian's did an amazing job fixing my transmission and other repairs. After getting quoted at another place for $1500 more, I am so thankful they were able to fix my car quickly. Car is running great thanks guys!

My car kept using a lot of gas, had slight shaking at higher speed, would stall and sometimes wouldn't turn over. After talking with mike I found out those are all signs of the overhaul not working, he explained it in detail of what the symptoms that would happen with this issue b4 I even told him how it was acting. They fixed it and then I got on the highway and it started making noise, I called him and even tho it was close to closing he said he'd stay open to ck my car. Ended up getting a defective part which happens sometimes. He said even if he had to stay late the next day he would make it priority and get it to me ASAP, he stuck to his word and had to completely rebuild the trans with a new part. I had my car back as promised and it runs excellent. I highly recommend brains transmission. They do excellent work in a timely manner, all the staff are professional and very nice.Service: Transmission

They were supposed fix a hard shift from 3rd to 4th and overdrive light flashing ... almost a month later and over $1400, picked it up and is doing the same thing!!! Did a pin point diagnostic test they said, that was over $300. No refunds. So pick it up with same problem and over $1400 less in the bank. Had our transmission done for a great price pulled it apart in front of me and told me everypart that didn t look good. Had it back in 2 days! Amazing honest people. I would highly recommend. Will not use anyone else now that we found him!

Top notch customer service, just missed the mark on end result.I took my car to have a new Transmissiin installed as well as some adjustments to the steering and a new power steering. Mike was very upfront on details and kept me posted regularly throughout the process. Mike even made special arrangements so I could pick up the car after hours when it was done. When driving the car home, it overheated because the belt was thrown due to a bolt not being tightened completely. I was able to get it back together and get it home. I ended up taking the vehicle to a different shop to have some additional work done.The part that I would like to point out is that Mike went out of his way to contact me to make sure I was satisfied with the end result. As I stated, the vehicle is now in a different shop, but the fact that Mike still reached out to see if he could remedy the shortcomings speaks volumes to the work ethic of this shop.In retrospect, I WOULD let Mike and Brians Transmission work on me vehicle again.I will also recommend this shop for people looking for an honest and trustworthy transmission shop.

I am a huge fan of Brian's.... They always go the extra mile. The are very honest. They do a wonderful job. They keep you updated with your vehicles progress. Front desk is A+. All around great shop.

Brian's is the place you want to go if you want honest Christian people to give you honest work. Not only have we had our vehicles done, a Chevy Aveo, a Chevy Express Van, and a Dodge Grand Caravan, but also my parent's vehicle, a Chrysler Town and Country too. They tell you exactly what they have done, show you, and give you the best price around. Brian's will always be our #1 choice!

I took my truck in for a transmission upgrade. Took in for a Thursday 8am appointment, I thought I would hear from Julia at least by the following Monday. I heard nothing until I called them and found out that they just started the truck, a week later. Julia then told me it would be ready Friday, I told her that I would be there a 4!30. At 4 :15 she called and they pushed me back again for a broken bolt on another vehicle, probably won t go back and if anyone asks they will hear what happened.Service: Transmission

Long story short, after having a complete rebuild with a new torque converter my truck was shifting obnoxiously aggressive. I told him that I wanted the shift kit calibrated just enough to help prevent unnecessary wear on the clutch. Brought it back to have it resolved and it is no better, it is shifting horribly without exaggeration. I spent $1700.00 to have a chatter at higher speeds taken care of and now my trans shifts ridiculously hard. Mike was very friendly and it's possible my circumstance was rare but I'm very disheartened that I left with my truck in much worse condition after spending that much money.

I had to bring my car to Brian's because the dealership failed to fix it. Mike at Brian's was able to actually attempt to repair the vehicle, and when we found out there was nothing wrong I was not frauded in any way.This is a very honest business, and I will use them in the future for all of my transmission repair needs.

Friday Labor Day weekend, I thought my transmission was blownHad my truck towed to Brian's. I was expecting a huge bill.I contact them on Tuesday after the Holiday, they fixed the issue and had me back on the road the next day for a fraction of what I expected.I will take both my vehicles to Brian's for future service

Very satisfied. Honest and affordable. Mike goes the extra mile to help you and does a great job of explaining what needs to be done. I d recommend this shop for any car/truck repair. Will definitely return.
