Excellent service from excellent people. They have a few affordable vehicles for sale or they'll get you in fast to repair your daily driver without breaking the bank. I diagnose everything myself 1st and they listened to everything treated me like a human. Keep up the great work guys

They wanted 6,000 for a 08, came back next day they wanted 8,000, should have saw the red flags and looked elsewhere. Bought a jeep a year back, said they're guys looked at it and did "repairs to it". Year later the engine blows, and repair guy I go to told me no one probably look at this cause it was misfiring even when I first got it it was doing that. The repair guy told me best to scrap it and said they're only 2,000 on Facebook marketplace, when I paid over 6,000 for this. Save your time and money and don't shop here, they do not look over the cars, they are looking for quick cash.

Long overdue review. They helped me out in a bind. It was the best experience I've had in a long time. They got me back on the road and did a great job. The work performed was top notch and they were a pleasure to work with. They deserve more than 5 stars.

Everything was going good while speaking abt the cars with them me and my pregnant wife went to buy a reliabe car the computer said the car was worth 3,7 to 4,7k to pay off fully and all of sudden change of mind and changed the price up 2k this 2008 Chevy Malibu is not worth even 4k then had horrible customer service towards the end of our interaction my whole experience is on YouTube with over 30k views and it was very unprofessional I would advise to avoid this car dealership as they try to scam n get off on younger generation for some extra cash. I will be spreading the word to avoid this car dealership

Joy was a pleasure to deal with. I recieved wonderful service both during the time I made payments and even after I paid my vehicle off. Alot of buy here pay here dealers are crooks and never really plan on you paying the vehicle off. They take it back if your a day late on a payment especially when its almost paid off. My point being that I had a completely different experience with joy. She found a payment schedule within my tiny budget and got me Mobil again. Would buy from her again.

I remember when I was younger my mother bought a Camero at this place and she had to pay 50 bucks a week and got to leave with the car with no down payment it was amazing! I don't know if it's still like that now, we stopped to check out the vehicles and wanted to buy a truck and none was around, there were only a few trucks so we had to pass because we couldn't find anyone it was a bummer

They are great people and give amazing costumer service! They go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is in top running condition. Not only do they sell cars but service them as well. I highly recommend Joys Joyrides!!!

Just bought a car from Joy's and so far, so good. The staff is VERY friendly and they have fixed everything I requested to be fixed. I even thought I had found another issue, they came and got my car. Turned out I was way off, but they were very understanding.It's a buy here/pay here dealer who actually CARES about their customers. When you're struggling and can't buy a car from a traditional dealer, most by here/pay here dealers treat you like crap because they know you are desperate. These folks go out of their way to help you out.

Horribly greedy people. Sued and lied numerous times in court. Sleezy and unprofessional. Already paying 3x the value of the vehicle per the agreemwnt at the time. Car breaks down and don't have the money to fix it, going through hard times. The business did not put a GPS locater like they are supposed to do in the agreement and said they were left with no way to find it. Which is on them. But they were also given an address to have the vehicle brought back but proceeded to loose that as well and failed to mention that in court. If you value your time and money you'll go else where.

Excellent service...Excellent with people in general! When I recommend someone they ALWAYS tell me how Great this Company is. I would actually give them a 100 if the numbers went further than 5.
