Super easy to work with. Once ordered, everything was immediately shipped. Everything arrived in 2 days. We ordered a C15 Cylinder Head. High quality parts, actually better than caterpillar itself. Prices are half of Caterpillar as well. This will be our new go to heavy parts company.

Very helpful. Great prices. Did pay for overnight shipping but my package got delayed. Called their customer service line to see what was going on (didn't have to wait longer than 30 seconds to talk to a human being) and explained their shipper was off an extra day due to the Holiday. They were able to answer all my questions in a quick but professional manner. Will be using them again! Thanks!

I ordered parts for a vacuum truck after being told by our local supplier that they were out of stock, and they didn't know when they could get them. Shortly after placing my order online, I received a call from HHP informing me that the parts I needed from them were also out of stock. Instead of an email or call telling me the bad news, they had made some calls and located them elsewhere, giving me the option of paying a bit more than HHP charged, but they could still ship them immediately. Most companies would have just told me they didn't have them and be done with it. They definitely went above and beyond to get my much-needed parts for me! They did a great job and I will use them again!

We have done business with HHP for years. Joel our sales Rep always gets back to us and takes care of everything. Dave is in the warranty department now and use to be our sales rep and he has always went above and beyond. We have had to have some parts warrantied over the years and HHP does everything they can to make it right. There shipping arrives when they say it will and they communicate with us about everything. I'm not going to lie and say everything is seamless or that there have not been hiccups and growing pains over the years, but HHP has some of the best customer service in the industry.

If there was anyway to give less than one star I would. My company was sold a bad "rebuilt" turbo. Turbo ran 2 minutes before blowing oil out of the compressor side. All we want is a replacement. Instead they act like we are trying to rob them. They will gladly sell me another 3000 dollar turbo and whenever some vague amount of time passes they will possibly give you a refund. I have included pictures of the original�turbo and the new turbo that leaked. Used to be a company. Do not purchase here.

bought a top of the line fire ring head, Truck wasnt tuned, running stock 550 file just wanted reliability stock turbo motor started smoking 6 months after complete overhaul and dripping oil out of exhaust manifold at the back of the motor My mechanic and I suspected a faulty valve guide Dropped a valve which resulted in a hole in the block on #6. Under warranty Denied the claim gave all kinds of excuses Blamed the overhead which was new. motor wasn't over sped Buyer beware the paper it is written on is only good for toilet paper

Customer service while ordering parts is good. Engine kits came in with minor issues that we are able to deal with. Things such as deburring pistons, which we should not have had to do. We had a salesman show up once and showed him issues and nothing was ever done about the problems shown. The final nail in the coffin is their worthless warranty. Be aware, it is not an HHP warranty as they advertise. They will only warranty through the manufacturer. They should state that on their website.I purchased over $16k worth of parts to inframe a Cummins ISX.The engine failed 12 months into service. They want me to break the engine down and send a broken piston, a sleeve that is in pieces, and the crankshaft to them. I had the engine builder write up his reason for failure, but that means nothing to HHP. They still want the customer to throw more money away with hopes that the warranty will be honored.I asked to have someone in management call me back to discuss, but got the same guy in the warranty dept that is only there to make sure HHP does not stand behind a claim.I have been a loyal customer since October of 2019, but they have lost my business due to their lack of standing behind their parts.John TurekL & T Express LLC

Wish I would've read their horrible reviews before getting scammed out of 1000 dollars. Sent a pump in to get rebuilt got the pump back just like it went out and got an apology that they sent it somewhere else and paid them so im out of luck but they will warranty it then denied the warranty. I strongly advise anyone who for scammed by them file a Michigan Attorney General claim especially if they pulled the 3rd party scam like they did on us.

ORDERING PARTS FROM HHP HAS BEEN AN EASY AND SMOOTH PROCESS! WE HAVE BEEN ORDERING FOR 6+ MONTHS AND HAVE NOT HAD ANY ISSUES COME UP. I HAVE NOT HAD TO DO ANYTHING WITH WARRANTY.

On two separate occasions I ordered parts online from them and each time they replied back informing me the price was wrong online and each time by at least $200 plus $99 dollar freight charge when clearly the freight charge was $38 when I purchased the part online on their site..neither purchase went through because i refused to pay for their just because fees...these people are not honest beware....
