Super helpful on 3/16/2024!! Had a tire going flat while I was at work on a Saturday. Got into the tire center at 420pm. $20 less than they originally quoted and an hr later they had me on the road and heading toward a birthday party!! The lady at the counter was super nice, knowledgeable and concise. Great work and thank you!

Excellent customer service today. Jade (I m 89% on the name, long day) was great! Hunted down a replacement (the last one on the clearance rack. Answered my list of random questions, engaged in pleasant conversation when nobody else was waiting and helped me get everything to the car since I failed to bring the rim for my friends car. Thanks!

Went to have a standard oil change done. When I was given my car back, I noticed my seat was wet. When I asked about it, no one could tell me why it was wet or how it happened. They told me to go home and if it left a mark after it had dried, to call them (terrible way to handle the situation). So, sure enough, the mystery substance had left a mark. After spending some time on the phone, I was told to bring it in the next evening and someone would attempt to clean my seat. When I arrived the next evening, no one was aware of the situation and almost everyone had been sent home for the day. After waiting for quite some time and explaining what had happened multiple times, the only mechanic there cleaned my seat for me and was able to remove the stain. Everyone I spoke with was lovely and they seemed like great people, but the whole situation was extremely unprofessional and negligent. No one should have to deal with fabric damage to their vehicle (or any damage for that matter) when having basic services performed at a shop.

Jadda and Ashley were awesome. We were in from out of town and it was late. They were busy and short staffed. They took care of us like we were family. Thanks for getting us back on the road and home safely. I appreciated your help ladies. Sorry if I missed spelled your name . 7/7/23

Called the night before was told the tires were in stock went next morning at 7 the workers said no to tires after I showed them the app said in stock at store they decided to go look they found 3 not 4Worst customer service and they definitely need to hire knowledgeable non lazy employees. I do not recommend this place. I called on the phone asking about a tire. Then drove all the way there from Quincy only to arrive and find an employee that was incompetent. Said she could not find my tire that just 20 mins before told me they had. So go to pells tire because they had me in an out in 15 mins with a new tire. Let's say more. Walmart wanted 130.00 for one tire and they wouldn't even put it on. Extra charge to put in on the rim, extra charge for balance, extra charge for alignment, please don't go to Walmart.

They never pick up the phone and it took them more than two hours to replace the valve stem on one tire. Definitely recommend taking your business else where. Edit- and they lost my hubcap

Just went to get my 4 Walmart bought tires put on and was told they d be completed in 1 hour which was a lie, it took 1 1/2 hour before they even pulled it into the bay just for them to tell me they couldn t put them on for me. No excuse besides not a lot of workers terrible experienceService: TiresService: Tires

If i could give a zero I would. Tires are an important part if a car, something you don't mess around with. While I know I ordered the correct tires, the wrong ones were ordered and delivered. I was essentially forced to purchase the cheapest worst tires available due to their extremely limited storage of tires. This was dangerous as I was planning a very long distance drive and they knew I was in a hurry. Communication and staffing in this center is lacking almost completely. And what staff is there, are all new and know nothing of the job yet.

Went to get a new battery, was told 1 and a half hour wait. After two hours was told they could not put new battery in my car. Asked to speak to management, spoke to Nick. He was full of excusses from hurt finger, to training new employee. He said they could not due the job since they are not full service. Would have been nice to know that 2 hours ago. Get home and guess what I now have a new dent in my car, thanks.

Terrible tire service. Took my car in because the tire was leaking and they told me the tire is bad and couldn t fix it. Took it somewhere else and they fixed it and it s still going strong. Lazy workers.Service: TiresService: Tires

They were able to get me right in and get 2 new tires on my car. They also pointed out the damage i had done when i hit a pot hole. This even though i was told by Belle Tire it was a mildly dented wheel only.

Always a good deal when shopping at Wal-Mart for a bargain price. May not always find your option based off of web searches for available now at select locations but overall I'm happy with the store and products

Got tires from Walmart.com. went in to have them installed and they couldn't do it because I had a broken wheel lug. Thing is. They were the last ones to mess with it, for athey put my last set on.So I went out took the broken lug wheel off and carted it inside along with a new tire, had them switch it, put it bac on my truck, pulled up and had them switch the other 3.

I was hesitant to get an oil change here based on the reviews. But they were old reviews and I know that any business is better than one star.I was helped immediately, they found a better deal than the last walmart gave me, it didn't take long, and they did a good job.

I didn't make an appointment but they took my car right away front of a change and I was out the door in 45 minutes.

Definitely not Quick an lube took 1 half hours just to get my car in to get a oil change 3 people ahead of me. Another hour 20 min to change 2 tires.I Will say the tech did fix a valve stem that was on another tire that I didn't see So TY.

The customer service wasnt great, but the service techs were outstanding, remembered my truck from past oil changes and got me back on the road often sooner than I expect. that's why I keep going back

The service was good and it was very fast. But it took me 3 days to get someone to answer the phone, to ask if the had the size I need and to make a appointment

Inadequate workers especially for a very long time in the auto service !!! Gave them too many chances . Leaky new tires but say it s the rim . Evidently you dented the rim cause there was no problem before I came to get them . Also my oil cap was left off . Now today your website for auto says open at 7am , not true . Managers lazy here as well !?

They basically took my fiances tires without asking or offering to pay for them. She asked them to switch them out for snow tires and asked for them back since they are brand new, and they just took them

Didn't carry my oil filter, I purchased outside of and then they changed my oil. Great friendly service.

Car sat at Wal-Mart for two hours never go a p home call and come to find out they can't even work on my car. I will never take my business there again

Auto care hours changed and they do not open till 9AM. Not updated on their website! Be aware.
