Stressful day, full of irritation for me traveling back from the holidays with a rental car. Luckily Chaz at VIP picked me up, understood the situation and was nothing but helpful during the whole process. Quick and easy and got the job done quick which I appreciated the most after lackluster feet dragging from the rental car s customer service. Chaz is the man.

A worker stopped to help a girl that had locked herself out of her car at my work. We hadn't called or anything it was just out of kindness, 100% recommend this company!! Awesome staff

I was broke down in White Pigeon, MI with mechanical issues on my car. Mike came to the rescue when he was dispatched and came right away from Battle Creek to come get me and take me home with my car. He was knowledgeable, informed, very helpful and friendly. I feel like he went above and beyond what he needed to to help make sure I was at least setup and off the road and back at my house. I'd be more than thankful and appreciative if VIP was dispatched by my insurance company again if I had car issues in the future. I'd recommend them to anyone that needed a tow and great customer service. Kudos to the VIP crew and specially Mike.

I hit a deer and was in need of a tow truck. I was able to get hooked up with VIP towing. Highly recommend this business. I was able to work with the owner and what a great, down to earth person to work with. While at the office, everyone was very friendly, and I was treated with the upmost of respect. Great overall experience, and I highly recommend.

I just wanted to leave this review about Chaz. Chaz towed my car after a gentleman ran a stop sign and I had to run up over a curb. He was there very quick which I really appreciated. He was a very nice clean cut gentleman and very friendly. His tow truck was very clean. He thought it was dirty but looked very clean to me! lol!If I ever need to be towed again, I will definitely be contacting Chaz!

I locked my keys in my car and one of their employees saw me and some people helping me try to unlock it and he stopped and got my car open for me in under a minute.

For using them for the first time I had to call them back a few times. And when I did a third time because the tow took a bit, he didn't answer again. Thankfully the truck was already over. But still I wouldn't have known they were coming.

Traveling out of state when an unexpected event occurred. VIP came to our rescue with a superstar named Kyle. Our truck was towed, then VIP towed our RV to a nearby campground. Professional, courteous and prompt service. Thank you VIP. You are our hero!!!

I just wanted to give VIP a shout out and to thank their Driver Micah for the great service my adopted mom received today. The service tech was very polite, and quick to tow her car to my house when we didn't know what to do how to get her car off the side of the road. I just want to say thank you for saving a damsel in distress. My car died while I was getting gas this morning and I would have had to wait for over an hour when this company pulled up beside me and asked if he had time to give my car a quick jump he said yes. I was back on the road shortly after. And another thing he did it out of kindness and not to make a quick buck. Thank you. I saved your number and will definitely will call and use you again. Your are truly an angel. Thank you

I had my caravan done here, d/t insurance approval. My van had zero rust and within a month of them replacing my slider door and painting I had rust bubbles on my brand new door. Would bot recommend there work. Low quality and office staff are very unprofessional looking and looks strung out on drugs.( In response, that's because my vehicle was in my mother's name, but thanks for calling me a liar.) Zero stars

Chaz, was absolutely amazing with my towing service. Handled my full cab, long bed like a dream. If there was an option to give him ten stars I would. When you need a tow truck it is never a great day. But my tow truck driver Mica was amazing. He is so nice ,friendly and professional and made a bad day better. It is the employees that make a business and he is an asset to yours. Thank you Mica.

I had to jump on here and make sure I leave a review! I am extremely thankful after a rushed morning how quick my request was! I unfortunately had locked my keys in my vehicle and was unable to get ahold of my dealership and Chaz came to the rescue I swear in less then 5-10 minutes!! We were 150 miles from home. Our tire went completely flat. It was 10 pm, everywhere was closed. CARSON & the VIP came through CLUTCH. He came in to the shop after hours, found us a decent enough tire to get us home. Changed the tire for us and was also an all around good dude! We appreciate you Carson!!
