While traveling home I had a brake issue. Unfortunately there were no calipers available nationwide for my vehicle so the only option was to rebuild them. 600 bucks later I was back on the road. Too bad the job didn't hold. Nice guys though

Slipped on some ice the day before, completely tore a Tie Rod and had alignment issues. They got me right in the same day I called and were very quick! Amazing service and definitely recommend!

I called today to have headlight bulbs replaced. They took care of me within hours. Quoted 1 hour of labor cost. It took half the time and they told me and reduced the price by half. This place is clean and the staff is HONEST. SEARCH NO MORE!!!! Great place and extremely friendly.

Great experience! We re coming thru on a trip and he checked out our vehicle when we felt it swaying out on the interstate he took it out on a spin and then put it on his lift we discovered the problem was the pavement out on the highway, not the vehicle He didn t charge a dime for all the time spent super nice guy, highly recommend

Chris and the shop are great. Brought my van in with a somewhat unknown issue and he diagnosed within hearing the description of what it was doing. He ended up finding other issues that needed fixed as well and has kept us well updated. He has been up front about time, labor and parts cost, and what the issue is. He also will make sure you understand what he is telling you and makes sure to get you right. Will definitely keep this shop in the phone book if I'm in need of it and in the area.

Give this "home town business" your business!The fellas were fantastic, great customer service, treated me with respect. And fast service; getting my Wheel Alignment done ahead of time. Their prices are reasonable, better than the big franchise tire service places.

We have used U.S.12 Auto Repair many times over the past several years and have been very satisfied every time. We have been able to get an appointment in a timely fashion and have always found them to be honest and fair about what they find wrong with our cars and the price we are charged. We've never had to go back with the same issue, the problem has always been fixed the first time. You would have a hard time finding another repair shop as honest and trustworthy as U. S. 12.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Had car towed there Saturday and I m trying to leave a voicemail about what I need done to my car but the voicemail is full and I m 50 minutes away. Would like to make this a 5 star review by the time I m done with services.Edit:I was able to talk to someone on Monday following this review, and communicated the issues.I was perturbed at the cost of the engine work that was needed but glad they didn t charge me a diagnostic fee.

This has been my auto shop of choice for a number of years now. I live in Canada, about 3 hours away, but the owner is my cousin and I trust him with all my auto repair needs. I bring my car over about once a year. This year he and his team worked on my brakes and replaced my front sway bar links, all done in a quick hour or two and at a fair price. My ride back home was smooth, I felt the bumps less, and the new brakes were great, much more sensitive than before. Definitely satisfied! I've been given a list of possible repairs/maintenance in the near future (transmission, coolant, and power steering flush, rear shocks), and I'll be coming back for that work next time.

I would never go back to this place! First off, you can t even tell this business is open. The first thing the man said to me is he charged $80 per hour. He was taking his sweet time trying to figure out my problem. He was talking on the phone making other appointments. I was the only person there waiting for him to look at my vehicle and he wasn t even doing that! 30 minutes later I told him I was unable to wait any longer and needed my car back. I told him I thought his business Sucked and he said so do you . The nerve of this man! This place is a joke.Extremely unprofessional.

Our vehicle started making a funny noise while driving through the area. We stopped here and he diagnosed the problem. Told us we were safe to drive it until we could get back home to get it repaired. He didn't charge us anything for his expertise. Much appreciated and nice to have an honest, helpful technician.

Coldwater has a true gem in US 12 Auto Repair. We rolled in off the highway with an issue. Even though technically closed, they took the car in, checked it out, and got us rolling again super fast. They were extremely nice, and we only had time for one free game of pinball in the super-spacious, cleanest, and coolest lobby I ve ever seen at an auto shop. Overall, a potentially rough day turned out wonderful thanks to the excellent folks at this shop! You rock!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Was on vacation and my 2006 Town and Country started leaking power steering fluid really bad. They got me in quickly and back on the road in no time and for a very reasonable price. My husband's truck was worse off when it left their shop, than it was when he took it in for work. He had to fix not only what they had messed up while working on his truck, but he also had to redo the work he originally paid them to do. They were sloppy & dishonest. The owner offered to refund part of our money after admitting they did a less than steller job. After writing a check for their wrong doings, the owner decided to call my husband less than 24 hours later & told him he was cancelling the check, because he decided their shop did nothing wrong. SERIOUSLY!?I know others who went there in the past & had the same things happen to them. Horrible shop. Avoid at all costs! I would have given a ZERO star rating if I hadn't been forced to choose at least one star.

I took my car in because I thought I should be due for a brake job, as I had put a lot of miles on it for work. They took a look and said my brakes were still ok and to come back next year. I was expecting to pay for new brakes, but I was impressed with the honesty and they have earned my trust. They didn t even charge me for an inspection. I will go back.

Great people, great service! We were visiting from out of state and had an emergency as we got off I-69 and this was the closest place that was open. He got my car in right away and we were back on the road again in minutes. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

US12 and their crew has always treated me good. They have accommodated my off schedule many times, and any recommendations they make for extra things that need fixed never seem superfluous. This is my go-to repair shop for everything.

My car was badly in need of an alignment while driving to Illinois. I brought my car to US 12 Auto Repair, and they had it realigned and back on the road in about an hour! I am very satisfied with the service that I received here, and I highly recommend them.

to jolene itsme, maybe you should have had your husband do his own work, then he might have seen what work was actually involved in fixing that lemon of a truck that he tried to get fixed. Even a professional can only do so much to such a ran down piece of rolling garbage that you call a truck! We do our best to help people with their problems and sadly only a few actually see how we go far and beyond to make sure the customer is happy with the repairs we do. Speaking in past tense as I'm no longer working there but i remember you and your husbands inability to see how hard we worked to fix that truckServices: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, A/C installation & repair

I took my truck in there for an exhaust manifold and a water pipe that goes under the intake manifold was quoted a price of a little over $1200 truck was running great when it went in. garage called me back said they were having problems with an exhaust bolt increase the price to over 1400. Got another call in a couple days saying that they wanted to charge an extra thousand dollars for labor, we agreed-upon 1800. got my truck back would barely go down the road because it was running so bad, come to find out when they put the water tube in they broke off a coil pack . I replaced the coil pack and it still runs very poorly. Took it to a different garage where they diagnosed it as the intake runners were closed. so now I m going to have to take the intake back off to re-synchronize my intake runners to the open position because they put them in the closed position When they put the intake back on.. Might want to see their certifications before you have anything done there!!!!

I took my Harley there because my exhaust was hitting my extended bags and I could smell plastic burning while I sat at the red light. So I pulled in told them my issue and they gladly helped me out. They tac welded my exhaust in place for me and told me no charge. This place is biker friendly and friendly. Thanks guys for your help!!

Went in to get a ball joint changed. Was quoted 2 hours of labor to change the ball joint. They finished the job in about 45 minutes and charged me for 2 hours of labor. Got home and saw the dust boot wasn't seated on the ball joint. Went back the next day to have them finish the job. They told me when I returned "we couldn't get it to seal yesterday"(Seems shady that they didn't tell me when I left the day before.). They fixed it and sealed the ball joint by using super glue.

Being that I was traveling through town and didn't have any tools on me, I had to take my vehicle to a shop in Coldwater to get me back on the road. This shop was fair priced, did excellent work, and was exceptionally courteous. I definitely recommend this place!!

Used place one time took 2.5 hrs even having an appointment just to inspect a car then wouldn't call warranty place so I can fix it

Came in from out of town, and my exhaust fell off.They didn't quite have time to get it fixed, as they were closing, but were more than happy to help take the broken pipe section out to get me home.'03 Duramax

I broke down on 69 and these guys were fair and fast. I broke down on a Saturday, and left town by Monday at 1pm. The price was fair and the fix was good. Enough said
