Almost two months ago, I dropped my boyfriend off to work and came back home to pick up my 17 year old daughter who was home alone. I waited in the road outside of my house for her to come out. While waiting, I noticed a suspicious black car pull by and park by the neighbors house. Payton came out and we left. We were almost to the end of the street when the black car whipped around doing a u turn and proceeded to follow us for over 20 miles. I was on the phone with 911 the entire time. I ran stop signs, stop lights, passed cars illegally all to get away from this man. Since doing deliveries, I've been attacked twice, had a gun pulled on me, threatened with a gun on multiple occasions and I could go on. I had no clue who it was. I ended up hitting his vehicle to get him to stop. Imagine my surprise when the state cops told me his name. Andrew Galanis is related (I'm assuming husband according to Google) is related to Lauren Galanis, the woman who handles my account of Superior Auto. At the time, I think I was 2 weeks late on my payment. Every single week since buying the vehicle, something has broke down on it. The day I bought it, I made it ten miles before the first issue. Called superior immediately and was basically told sucks to suck. At Superior Auto's request, this man stalked my house while my 17 year old daughter was home alone and then proceeded to chase us for over 20 miles while we feared for our lives. This essentially ended my job. I won't even leave my house unless I absolutely have to and even then, sometimes I can't. I've been waiting for the corporate office to contact me back on how they plan to handle this because at this point, I am done with their company. They violated the terms of the contract after the first 30 days when they refused to give me a plate and registration and then told me to drive around illegally. Anyway, since I have not been contacted and was sent court papers yesterday by them instead, I figured it was time to tell what happened.Updated to add. Apparently Andrew finds stalking and chasing women funny....Also add, internet stalking to in person stalking. Ewwww. Still waiting on that call from corporate....

We were helped by the general manager Matt. He was extremely patient and even stayed late to help us set up our insurance so we could leave with a car and I very pleased with our transaction today. I apologize about us being so stressed out and new at this thank you for everything you guys did for us

Matt and Hannah are great. Had to use their 3 day goodwill policy due to car timing chain going out and they got me new car and on my way within 24 hours.

The staff is great.coperate on the other hand is not about helping..i broke my ankle and all the wanna do is repo for 1 week behind..i am non weight bearing and can't work..they careless..

Everyone is extremely friendly. And to Matt....THANK YOU! Matt was so helpful and made sure I drove away happy. He's very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot.I highly recommend this location.

I've gotten 2 cars from this place and both cars the motor blew in them . They want to charge a high payment because they help getting car fixed my payment for my car went from 398 to 492 now they want me to pay 635. I've bought several cars from them over 10 year all we good except these last 2. The colbalt motor blew so they junked it and sold me a equinox and few months later the motor blew on that but they didn't junk this one a motor is being put in this one but raised my payments high ...I would not recommend buying a car from this place..My son also having problem with his car he got there..

This is the best place to buy your next vehicle. Everyone treated us with wonderful respect I would recommend anyone to go and buy a vehicle from this place they spent countless hours on getting us a car in 1 day infact we got approved and drove home the same day. Awesome job we really appreciate you.

If I could leave ZERO I would! 8 Weeks won't give a lien release or title!! Didn't have a problem cashing the check!! Called and the lady is beyond unprofessional! I have left prior reviews which keep being removed! 24.9% interest at it's finest!!

Obtained an 2003 Honda Odyssey. Before I could go above 55 it needed over 1400 dollars in repairs. Control arms, ball joints, struts, tires, and radiator. Which they gladly tacked on my loan. Now come to find out the reason the front end was shot was it also needs motor mounts which caused the initial issue. Along with a new transmission, electrical problems including windows intermently work (won't shut) radio shorts, speakers blown.... Now within 9000 miles I will have to have to put over 4500 dollars in repairs on top of the 1400 plus. So my payments went from 77 to 90 week. Now if I am a complete idiot I will dump $4500again. The Kelly blue book value isn't even that much. In short roughly $16,000.00 I'll have paid for a 2003 Honda. Valued at $3,000. Update now the vehicle won't even start. Called and spoke with corporate they explained to me that my driving caused the transmission to fail the barely 9000 miles we've put on the vehicle. I actually believe that the whole dash cluster including ODOMETER WAS REPLAICED WITH A LOWER MILE READING ONE.update: I defaulted on this. They received a winning bid at auction for the vehicle for 1000.............And it would probably help if they had an actual mechanic that was certified to clear their cars for sale.

This is my third vehicle that I bought from Supiour Auto and everyone was very helpful and friendly. I recommend this place to everyone that is looking for a vehicle. They always treated me like family. Thanks Again.

Bought a vehicle here and after about a month the engine blew. Gave the car back and they resold it then sued me for the full price of the vehicle. They are theives. Beware!

Wouldn't recommend to anyone ive been with the company 5 years. They tell you one thing and do totally different, they dont help you even if you're a loyal customer. They treat you like a big joke
