My husband and I decided on a whim to drive from Tennessee to Coldwater Michigan to check on a Trailer we were interested in purchasing. We decided to purchase and were a bit worried because it was right before the weekend and we had to get back home. Zach at Safeguard RV had our Camper ready to go within hours even though he was pretty busy. Our camper was fitted to our truck via the sway bars a tow bar and Zach installed a fantastic break system so we could travel home safe. Zach went above and beyond to take care of our needs. The travel home was fantastic. No swaying all over the highway, no weird noises or strange tugging when braking. An absolute smooth ride home. The Camper was in great condition. Everything worked and our first camping trip was absolutely enjoyable. I would highly recommend Zach for all your Camper/ RV needs. He does excellent work and doesn t overcharge. Thanks Zach

When we bought our new-to-us RV, there was a few minor issues that needed fixed, an addition or three that I wanted done, and Zack was on the job in no time flat. I was pretty particular with what I wanted, and Zack didn't bat an eyelash at getting it ordered and then installed on the rv.. and later on my truck! That's right.. Zack not only installed a new slide topper (frame and material), but also put in a new water filtration system, a new Reese Goosebox, and installed the B&W Turnover Ball system in my new truck.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Zack at Safeguard RV for any of your repair or maintance work, he's exceptional at the work and pricing, and doesn't push options you don't need. Excellent Job Zack!

We had a water leak, we called Safeguard RV and Zack was here in about fifteen minutes. Had our RV diagnosed and repaired in no time. Zach even returned to my RV for a small repair on my roof. If you need a RV repair call Zach at Safeguard RV. He is knowledgeable, has fair pricing,and great personality.

Zach is the best. We are headed out to Yellowstone in a few weeks. We bought a new to us camper and wanted it checked out. Zach went through the camper found and recommended a few things. He was fair priced and got it done very quick. Great communication and very friendly. We had a great experience. Don t waste your time going to a big corporate dealer this place blows them away.Services: Tires, Body & Trim, Brakes

My refrigerator died and Safeguard RV was recommended to me. Great service, professional, quick, reasonably priced. Zack is a great guy. Not pushy; he gives options and recommendations and lets the customer decide. Safeguard RV will always be my go to when I need repair in the future!

Zach was great. We were on a trip from out state and had a slide out that stopped working and we were desperate as I can t even get into the kitchen of our RV with the slide out it. Brought the trailer to him and he quickly diagnosed the problem, sourced a used slide motor and had us back in business in less than 4 hours. Very friendly and knows his stuff. Wish I had a guy like him around where I live.

I needed to have someone troubleshoot my RVs tankless hot water tank. Zach was prompt, professional and friendly. He was able to resolve the issue within the quoted time frame. If I ever need future services for my RV... Zach is the guy.Five Stars !!
