I had the best experience with my salesman Jose he really worked his magic to get us in the car we absolutely wanted. Everyone in there was so warm and inviting the owners are also amazing. Thank you so much for a great experience and especially to Jose he was great!

Jose Taylor did an astounding job helping me get into a new car. I called Friday after losing my dog and breaking my mustangs control arm. He called me back the very next morning got all my details and info and had me in a newer lower mileage Cadillac srx and took my broken stang on trade by Tuesday. I only had to miss 2 days of work thanks to him. He went above and beyond. I highly recommend him at rainbow.

Our car buying experience was absolutely wonderful at Rainbow Motors. We were able to do a majority of shopping online, and all of our questions were answered promptly. Tera , and the team we worked with ( sorry I don t remember everyone s name ) were so helpful, and really worked to get us in the truck we wanted. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. No hassle, no corny sales men, just honest and good people. Thank you all so much! We love our truck!

Overall great experience. Was apprehensive at first about going there, but was pleasantly surprised. My salesman Jos� was fantastic. I went in, told them what I was looking for, and what I was willing to spend. Jose hooked me up with several options, and not once tried to push something that was out of my parameters. Never felt pressured at all. Jose and the rest of the team were patient with me, got me into a quality truck, and worked with me, getting me a better deal than what I went in there looking for. Good experience, great atmosphere, and amazing people.

Love, Love, Love Rainbow Motor Sales. My 15 year old son and I competed in a "good deed" competition through RMS. They wanted people to go out and spread some love in Michigan and in trade would be entered to win a CAR! My son and I had the best time completing all the good deeds! We ended up winning! It's a NICE CAR too! 2019 Ford Fiesta, sooooo cute! Everyone there was so nice and really knew cars! I will be forever grateful to them for the car. I will be a customer for LIFE! Highly recommended!!

I came in hopeless, lost, and ready to give up on the car buying process. Not only was I met with such a professional sales associate (Melissa Frantom) she not only helped getting me set up on the right track to be able to buy a car but even helped me after I decided to buy outright somewhere else due to personal reason. Had another wonderful experience. Bought my second car here. They went above and beyond for my trade in value. Paid my malibu off and then some put me in a suv 2 years old with nothing down. All the staff here has superb customer service skills.

I had went to just test drive a 2014 Ford F150 an to see what kind of deal they could work out for me, really wanted to upgrade an get out of my 2014 Nissan Titan truck an the down payment was more then I wanted to spend, but in the end we put my wife on the deal just to see if it be cheaper an in the end I actually bought a 2018 Dodge Ram with lower mileage an no mechanical issues an a 2 yr warranty! An no money down a got more out of my truck then expected! Everyone was super nice an helpful, I was impressed by the friendly service! An Tera Yaudes was very nice an answered all the questions I had.

Jose Taylor is a great salesperson to work with. He worked with me to get the vehicle I wanted. Never tried to change my mind toward something different. Desirae Swope took the time to review all the paperwork a second time with us. They even stayed after close to get the sale done. Really appreciate all they did to get me into my truck.

It was such a fun and great experience! We got approved for a loan we got the car we wanted and Hannah and one of the other managerLadies were so helpful I wish I remember the other ladies name! They were so much fun I felt like I knew them for a long time. They were so helpful! Cannot wait to pick up my new ride tomorrow! Came in needing something reliable and safe with a budget in mind. Michael was amazing. We spent over half the day there and he was so patient and kind with me. My kids terrorized the whole place and I was very needy and picky about which vehicle I wanted, he stood by me the entire time with a smile on his face.
