Dallas helped me get on a used Ninja 400, for a great price. 3,000 miles in, only problem was loose lugs on the battery, easy fix. They keep a great inventory there and were super helpful in answering my questions. Recommend.

Purchased a Sportsman 850 Ultimate Trail, the experience was great, Austin was my sales person and he was everything I would hope for from a salesman, professional and quick to respond, best price I found, happy to make the 2 hour drive for, other shops closer to me were willing to mach or beat that deal after they contacted me again I told them I m all set, he gave me a good price without the need for haggling. The sales manager was great too, gave me great deal on accessories and extended warranty. I would make the drive again for great deal and a pleasant atmosphere in the shop.Thank you Austin DeumanThank you Planet Power Sports

I ve been wanting a can am outlander for a long time and Planet Powersports made it happen for me!! My salesman was Jonah, he is very knowledgeable and knows how to make a deal happen. The whole team was great Connie and Tony in parts made sure I was set for trails. Chris in finance was great made signing the deal Quick and easy.

My salesman was Alex. He was incredibly helpful. He was completely forthcoming and honest during the entire process. Him and the entire staff were very knowledgeable about the machine I purchased. The financing department made getting my loan easy, and provided me with a competitive interest rate. They have a great inventory, and nice facility. Overall it was a really good experience, and well worth the two and a half hour drive. I would highly recommend.

I truly do not know what is going on with the service department at this store. We took a snowmobile here three months ago .Before taking it in we had to schedule an appointment so that it would supposedly get looked at relatively quick. Dropped it off, weeks ago by hearing nothing. I called them up to ask what is going on they said that they need approval to order parts. I gave them to go ahead. Another month goes by. I still hear nothing. I called them back up and they need approval for a couple final more parts. I was told them it would be done within a week. Another month now goes by. They are now telling me there is even more parts after I was reassured the last time everything was accounted for, and yet again, nobody has called to give me an update. This snowmobile has pretty much been down the entire winner due to no communication ever from the store. Nobody has called me once about anything it is only been me checking with them. Now that we re going on three months of it being there they want $300 more after we were already told this is all of the parts and it could not possibly need anything else. I don t know what kind of a business they are running but I will never be back here. All I want at this point is my snowmobile back and be done with these clowns

I want to do a big shout out to Brandt! He was amazing in helping me find the perfect side by side for me! He took the time to learn what my plans are to provide the best recommendations. He answered my many questions and with a smile.I also loved how I was introduced to all the departments and their willingness to ask and answer questions.Planet PowerSports impressed me and will definitely recommend them.

Got my son a kayo fox 70 for his 6th birthday. Had a great experience. Was able to reserve it prior to picking it up to make sure it was still available when I was able to make it over there. On the day of picking it up they already had everything ready for a relatively speedy experience between finalizing the purchase, going over maintaince, and purchasing some additional safety gear. Everyone was great and they even helped me get it loaded. I think I was only there for maybe an hour at max despite everything I had to do.

I worked with Justin, great salesman!Let me tell you this is the ONLY dealership in Michigan you should be doing business with!! I had an amazing experience, got my dream bike! (2023 R7 with 1,300 miles!!) for an amazing price!! The selection they have is elite, the employees are very polite and professional!, and it s an amazing atmosphere!Hope to upgrade to a R1 one day and I ll definitely be getting it from planet power sports!

We worked with Alex to purchase a 2023 Yamaha jet ski. Alex was wonderful to work with and made the buying process so simple! We finished most of our paperwork over the phone since we aren t local and we had zero issues! When I went in to sign papers everyone was so friendly and helpful! Unfortunately the stores delivery driver called in sick the day of our delivery, but Alex saved the day and went above and beyond to deliver us our jet ski himself! Highly recommend Planet Powersports (specifically Alex)!

Jonah was really easy to work with. After initially looking at the Can Am X3, we thought about it over the weekend. Jonah checked back with us to see if we had any questions. He was professional and not pushy. We went back the following week and were able to work out a deal.

We have been shopping around for a side by side for quiet sometime. We went in on a Saturday to just look around and ended up purchasing a 2024 Ranger 1000 XP. Jonah helped us with all the pros and cons of the different machines that we had been looking at. Jonah was very informational, and helpful through the whole process. Dallas and Brent went above and beyond to get me in my machine. Chris in finances is an exceptional person and very good at his job. Give these guys a chance they will work with you to get you in what you re looking for both in financing and machine. Connie in clothes/ helmets is such a treat to talk to and Adam in parts knows his stuff. This is the second machine I bought from them. Great job guys and thank you for everything

Could not be more impressed with the service department. They quoted us over the phone $200 cheaper than Zeigler Motorsports, once arriving Danny came out and introduced us to the staff, showed us around the dealership and really made us feel super welcomed. Breydyn the service advisor went over in great detail what Polaris recommends for our 500 mile break in and took the time to write down our concerns about a couple things we noticed about our Slingshot. They underpromised and over-delivered getting the job done a little ahead of time. Mark in parts was very helpful getting us info on some items we want in the future. While waiting in the showroom we were greeted by a salesman who chatted us up and Connie in apparel made it very hard to say no to a nice jacket for my wife! All of their rigs had prices clearly posted and no one tried pressuring us but rather came across very friendly and accommodating. We will be service regulars here moving forward and our next purchase will be here without any doubt. Thanks guys!

Dallas, Connie Jo, Alex and entire team at Planet Powersports are simply the best ! I went in looking for a new pair of snowmobile boots, and ended up taking a new snowmobile home with me! I never felt any pressure or discomfort while shopping and working with all the folks there. The staff is knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, courteous and best of all professional. I really appreciate that! It s nice to know I can rely on Planet Powersports for all my future recreational activities.

Great place to do business with. Employees are friendly and helpful. Jona went above and beyond and was so patient with us. My son wanted a smaller dirt bike to just play around on he helped get him what he wanted , he stayed in touch with us about whether we made our decision on purchasing it. Jona and staff staied past closing time when we made a last minute purchase and Jona has called us just to make sure we are happy with the bike and to see if my son is enjoying it. Hands down wonderful customer service. I also purchased and oil kit for my ranger and the staff called just to make sure the kit was what I needed and if we got it changed ok amazing that they did that . Will definitely keep going back for whatever we decide we need !!!!!

Called to see if they had the bike we were looking for, said they had 2. Got there at 3:15 and was out by 4 with the bike.Sales was kind and helpful, worked on pricing with us, and was super hospitable.Id come back for going to another big name dealer again.

Alecia was great to work with. My schedule is difficult at best, she demonstrated excellent communication and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I can t say enough about how much this puts a customer at ease. I m very happy with the product and service I received. I feel I paid a fair price and would have no problem doing business with Planet Powersports again. The only negative to this experience was that I had to vacuum my seat after the service as whoever sat in it was dusty and left an outline. Not a big deal to me but, it s the reason for four stars instead of five.
