i was there yesterday afternoon around 4:45, i forgot the guys name, but his service was outstanding. i felt appreciated as a customer from his interaction with me. which is why i keep using performance plus for my trucks oil needs.. highly recommend them

Recommend this oasis carwash over the oasis carwash in hillsdale location, these guys do a more thorough job on getting your car clean and actually seem to take pride in their job. Good job guys keep it up.

We were trying to use their vacuum, and it didn't work. Plus, use the car wash. their quarter slot wasn't working

Great people. Bought new car and brought it them for an oil change. They were kind enough to also inspect it for me. They were very professional and respectful. %100 would be my number one spot in Coldwater.

Came in about a week ago and got a oil change, then came back later that day and used there car wash, as i was pulling in the hose got stuck on my mirror and ripped it off. Then Caleb and his co worker came out using the f bomb and all types of words towards me. DO YOUR JOB AND PUT STUFF BACK IF ITS NOT IN THE RIGHT SPOT. Thats not my job its yours. Def need to work on how to treat customers. Never will go back here for a oil change nor will any of my family members.IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!Service: Oil change

These guys were awesome. The first visit just there for an oil change and the let us know about our oil leak and that we needed a flush. The second visit they were very quick about it and they let you know what is going on as it happens. Good prices always. Thanks guys my truck sounds much better.

If I could give less than 1 star I would.I went for an oil change, got taken care of, went across the street, then multiple errors & lights are on my car. I called the shop they told me to come back. they set up a scanner & sure enough found the errors. They then told me there was nothing they could do & I would have to take it to a mechanic to get the problem they caused fixed. Clearly someone there made a careless mistake when it came to my vehicle & they refused to alleviate the issue. Do not go here.Service: Oil change

I took my girlfriends car here for a basic oil change and got exactly what I asked for with no up sales along the way. Were friendly and professional and have made it my go to place for an oil change or any other fluid change needs. I take my ford ranger and my 1997 trans am ws6 here and they've done nothing but good and professional work for me so i expect the same for anyone else that brings their vehicle here.

The last 5 times I've visited here I literally had to re-wash 60% of my car when I got home.. I use to love it and wouldn't go anywhere else. New owners new staff. No longer about quality I guess. Not sure why it's the oil change and won't let me change the name was mentioned oasis car wash next door sir how the mix up happened and I apologize

Always do an excellent job on my suburban and the staff is always friendly. Almost always no wait or very minimal. I always get the platinum wash and it's $13 so very reasonable prices.

Fast and friendly oil change for a very reasonable price. We paid 25$ for our oil change. We didn't have to lug the kids out of the car and sit in a tiny waiting room which was super nice. We stayed in the car and it was done in about 10 minutes. We will be comming back for sure!

Came here about a month ago visiting family and had to get an oil change on my Audi S6. Spoke to them prior to make sure they could handle a foreign car and they assured me they have done many. The employees were very nice and even drove to get the certain oil (Mobil 6) I needed. A couple weeks later I had oil leaking all over my driveway. Now I am spending a considerable amount in fixing my oil pan seal as it was broken from not being put on correctly. One star for nice hospitality and how fast they got it done. Minus 4 stars as my service was not taken care of properly and now I m spending more on something they broke. Don t take your Audi or any foreign car here and drive the extra hour to take it to a foreign car repair shop instead.UPDATE***I received an apology and my money back plus a Performance Plus Quick Lube gift card.

My daughter and I came in because I couldn't get the plug loose to change the oil myself. They used my oil & filter (saved me money ) and let me know the plug was rounding. They let me know of needs but never forced a sale on me. Very friendly and quick!

Frank was the sweetest! I was only there for 10 minutes and got to sit right in my vehicle. They gave me oil and filter options , this is the first place I ve been too that did. Would highly recommend. Great customer service!

They were great! I went in for an oil change and they did a few extra thing they didn't have to do! I was impressed by their customer service. I had a designated oil place but now this will be my new designated oil place. Thank you for your service!

I went early this morning with my truck that I had been traveling salty, nasty highways all weekend, (not to mention it was about 6 degrees out) they did an exceptional job spraying everything off my truck by hand, then a hand wash, followed by a hand drying at the other end. I was very pleased with they're service. Thank you

Bought a $56 Car Wash Package and the machine for the second time in two months didn't have receipt paper so I couldn't claim my car washes. (last time after calling twice the general manager or owner emailed me codes). This time after three weeks of calling and stopping speaking to the manager on duty twice I still hadn't received my codes or a refund. Third time I stopped the manager at the oil shop who has been stuck fielding issues for the carwash tries to call the guy again. I got sick of waiting and told him to forget it and I would have my credit card company reverse the charges the hard way. I will not be spending my money at their car wash or oil change place again. Guy didn't even bother to call me back.

They have a shampoo vacuum at the coin wash. Put my money in and it did nothing. So I turned it to vacuum, not only did the hose have duct tape holding it together, it also kept falling apart. So then I think we'll maybe the toughness car wash would work. Well I drive into the bay and the system starts working. The wash was intermittent and seemed to not be working correctly. So I spent $7 for a vacuum and car wash that didn't clean my truck.

Multiple mistakes on my most recent oil changes. Won't be going back. They were good in the past but not any more.
