We had a fantastic experience at Pell s in early February. We were on our way from Grand Rapids to Florida and realized shortly after being on the highway that our Hometown dealership (that had recently rotated our tires) messed something up. It was a Saturday and every single big chain tire store turned us away but Pell s got us in and serviced our car quickly and at such a reasonable cost. We are so thankful and the rest of our trip went off without a hitch! Thank you Pell s!

There's never a time where I leave Pells Dissatisfied. The guys are no hassle and get the work done quickly. I've given up on price quoting tires with different companies because pells is always the cheapest in town. We've bought tires from these guys for over 30 years and I appreciate that I can send my wife or my daughters in and know that they will treat them. Respectfully,

If you need anything for your wheels or tires, go to Pell's. They are fast, have very fair prices, and are very respectful people. I've bought tires from them. They patched a couple tires over the years. Today I brought in my own new tires to get mounted and balanced on my wheels. I was in and out in under 30 minutes.

They worked us in on short notice to rebalance and rotate tires while passing through. I appreciate the quick service and problem solving work. Reasonably priced as well.

Today was my first time going to Pell tire in quite a few years and I have to say that I was extremely satisfied with the service that I received. I was at there shop at 8 am and they had all 4 of my tires replaced in less than 20 minutes. The guys that work there were very kind and did a great job. I can't recommend these guys enough. Every other place I checked in Coldwater was a 3 hour + wait and there prices were considerably higher so I know where I will be going from here on out for all of my tire needs. Thanks again for the great service guys Update: Just went back and had my girlfriend's tire's put on and they are still the best place in town, went in the garage around 9 am and was out by 9:30 with brand new tires for around 796.00 out the door for 18 inch tires, super happy with everything, thanks again pell tire

Thank you Pell Tire. You rock. We were traveling through the area to get to the airport to meet our son returning from his deployment. We found Pell tire and shared our dilemma. They had us back on the road like a nascar pit stop and we made it on time. Thank you for making our day.

I blew a tire near Coldwater while traveling from out of state. I called Pell's and they had the tire I needed in stock for a much better price than I was afraid I would have to pay. We got to the shop and they had us back on the road in minutes. Service was friendly and fast!

Last week I had a tire situation and I drove to Pell s. They looked at my tire right away. It was not an easy fix but everyone there went out of their way to resolve the issue. Thank you again for your great service.

I have been a patron since I started driving at 16 and my father was a patron for years prior. Very fast and efficient. More than reasonably priced. Always willing to help get you exactly what you need. Real hometown/ small town customer service.

My steering wheel has been shaking and another place told me 2 months ago that everything was fine, today, I had time to run into Pells and they told me that I had 2 BALD tires. Probably been that way for a long time. Ugh! So they gave a great deal on 2 tires and with 30 min on my way! My family and I trust Pells! Thank you all for keeping my family safe!

I drive all over the state. Just happened to pull in here with low tire pressure. Fixed right away. Didn t think this of service still existed. Buy your tires here

After leaving Battle Creek heading home to Ohio we acquired a flat on 69. Changed it over to our spare but being 3 hrs from home we didn t want to drive on the spare so I looked up the nearest tire place and Pell s showed up. Called and asked if we could come in and get our tire fixed and changed . The gentleman answering said sure come on in. We were there maybe 15 minutes back on the road. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Coldwater has a keeper in Pell s. Thank you guys!

Stopped in with two new utility tires with tubes. Brought the old ones still on the rim, they put the new tube and tires on my rims, destroyed the old weather check tires and tubes. Total time less than 30 minutes from the time that I arrived. Thank you Pell's tire service.

Owner is a crook spoke to him on the phone before I took my car there and was given a price and when I got there he charged me double what he told me on the phone. Even though I gave him information about my car and everything!! Never going there again, dally tire always stand behind their word and they got some good integrity. They ve earned my business!

They have been doing tires for forever and a day at Pell's Tire Service. If you're looking for a great price on tires and repair services by a locally owned business that takes pride in what they do... This is the place to go. Not the newest or fanciest place but strictly business, quick and polite, they get things done and get you on your way.
