Went in and.waited in lineto get a difficult-to-find key copied, and the lady up front rolled her eyes at me and told me it would be a while before she would be able to check because she was busy. Having left me standing there feeling like my intended purchase wasn't worth her time, I left in lieu of keeping her from providing service to customers with more substantial. I left three stars because I still have faith that they're as good as their reputation, although my experience was far less stellar.

My brake pads decided to wear down on the front, and I went here because they had very good, very consistently good, ratings.They were super! They diagnosed the problem and I thought it was the end of the world, but no it was do-able. The brakes are great now, very safe and they even gave me a loaner car and I went job hunting while they worked on it. They were professional, patient and super kind. I would most definitely use them again, and I highly recommend them too.Service: Brakes

The customer service I received when contacting Odren's provided by Brittany was outstanding. She was able to answer all of my questions promptly and offered solutions to resolve my issues. Her customer service skills and attention to detail would ensure my returning business in the future!

This auto shop has the best customer service I have yet seen. Over the phone they were very nice and answered all my questions. I had purchased a new car but didn t have a key fob, they were able to order the parts needed and we set up a time that worked for my work schedule. They came to my job took the car and worked on it, then brought my car back with no hassle! I am forever grateful they were able to work with me so I did not have to leave work, customer service like this is just not as common anymore! I will never take my car to anyone else. They not only repaired my car, but were kind enough to offer a car to drive while they had mine. As I work over an hour from my home, this was invaluable. They are not only excellent at what they do, but they are good people and both are hard to come by.

I took 2013 X5 to Odrens because my driver side window would not stay up. Guess what? No Problem!!! Odrens took care of my vehicle and reprogrammed my vehicle window and it s working again! i had to have my 40 yo van towed here when i was having issues starting up and my battery continuously dying. they fixed it in 2 days. they were extremely helpful and considerate of my time frame of getting out of town considering i m from the yoop. brittany and lauren were extraordinarily kind when handling things for me, they even cleaned my shoes for me when i walked in to pay lol! 10/10 recommended more than my local mechanic. thank you again :)Services: Electrical, Auto battery maintenance

Had some keys for my Chrysler Van I purchased on Amazon programmed here. They did it in around 20 minutes and managed to squeeze it in on my lunch hour. Very grateful for that. I tried to have it done at the Chrysler dealership in Coldwater, but they were extremely rude about me bringing my own keys. They would have been slightly cheaper, but I'll gladly pay a little more for excellent service.

My car broken down as I was driving through Clearwater. They were beyond helpful! Immaculate service and I trust them more than my local mechanic. I extend my thanks and gratitude to them.

Our son was in from out of town and his breaks began to grind. We contacted Brad and he got the job done quickly and at a fair price. Very friendly, professional, honest, didn't try to sell us more than what was necessary. We'll be returning customers!! Highly recommended!!

Odren's has been taking care of our vehicles for a few years now and I appreciate them so much! Most recently they got our very sentimental old van back on the road. Brad is always patient with me as I know very little lol. That's a pretty big deal for me because some places can be kind of rude. Love this place! Highly recommend!

Would highly recommend this shop! I couldn't be happier with the service we received. The guys are friendly to their customers, they make sure to explain any repairs to you prior to doing any work on your vehicle and above all they are honest.

Took two separate vehicles to Odren's with minor issues and neither time did they charge me a cent. Free diagnostic assessments and they got me back on the road with quick fixes to both problems. Been a customer of Odren's for over 10 years. A great place to go for fast, friendly, and quality service. Definitely a place to go if you need repair work done quickly, for a good price, and with great service.

Odren's always goes above and beyond when it comes to my car. It's bad enou to be stressed out because my car isn't running like it should. But I know when I call Odren's, they're going to do all they can to alleviate that stress. They get me in usually the same day, or the next if it's too late. Their staff will come and get my car while I'm at work so I don't have to miss work. I know when my car's there, it's getting the best possible care around. I'm so thankful that there are businesses around that still care enough to put their customers first.

I had never had a problem with your service all of you at Odren's are great mechanics been doing business with them for about 10 years every one are very friendly makes you feel like family
