Always deal with them, they handle commercial truck parts.My mom needed a battery for her pickup I called down there and talked to the guy I knew asked if he would take care of it, told him to fix her up with a higher rated I and install it, and charge it to my account. Takin care of with no problem.

This place has gone WAY down hill.Wrong parts, Parts boxed wrong, unwilling to help when the error is on their end. This is an EVERY time i go in there occurrence. Ordered parts for a weekend job, was given the wrong rotors, caliper was boxed wrong, Asked them if they would be willing to deliver (all these parts were purchased on my commercial account, delivery IS a service they offer commercial accounts) the parts to me when they came in as i had already had to make 2 additional unplanned trips for them to correct their mistakes. this was Saturday, I was told it would be up to the store manager, (when i worked here this wouldn't have been a question at all, our mistake we will fix it) But instead i was told it would be up to the store manager... Ok fine, i understand not being able to make the decisions... so after a few seconds of awkward silence i asked when the manager would be back or if they were going to call to ask, Manager was to return monday and they had no intention of calling to ask.. Now, I understand they do not box the parts, so the part being boxed wrong is not on them, But it is certainly not on me as the customer either and they should have been willing to help make the situation right. I will no longer purchase parts from them, I am closing my commercial account and will utilize one of the multiple other part stores in this town. They need to get back to being customer service orientated like we were when i worked there years ago...

Staff was great very helpful electrical tape was not usable ,wire strippers didn't even close enough to strip small wire didn't see this in package ,not staffs fault had to spend more money then expected to get vehicle light propi working

nice people cked car battery . no start then ask if they could do longer charge. ok. still not start. Got a new battery and his military discount thanks. husband was one who went in.

Promised my order would be next day, then got wrong part. Now they won't answer the phone when I call to see if my order is in. I'm upset because I can't drive without this part and I work long shifts all week, so now I can't go anywhere all week

Don't always have what I'm looking for but this is my favorite parts store in town. Staff is helpful and has a pretty good idea of what they're talking about unlike Auto zone. Prices are competitive and fair

Had a bad experience yesterday here. Purchased new wiper blades for my wife s suv, front and rear. Asked if they could install them as I m in a sling and unable to do it myself at this time. The female attendant took my purchase, opened it on the counter and removed all the different adaption out and left on counter, went outside to car. She proceeded to remove front blades and install new ones. She struggled and finally said ok. Went to rear and proceeded to remove rear blade, finally after her and my wife googling on iPhones, they figured out to remove it. Then she was unable to reinstall the new one. After about 15 minutes, I said enough , well run up to Chevy garage for help. Upon arrival attendant at service section at Royal Chevy, was able to quickly reinstall the rear and double checked front and found they weren t properly installed either. After proper installation and double checking everything, about 5 minutes total, we were on our way. Two thumbs up to Royal Chevy. In addition at the O Reily store, none of the attendants were wearing any masks!Last time for any repair parts from them. Very disappointed.

Marcos saved the day! On a road trip after a chain oil change went bad (ripped O-ring on filter leaked out all oil) we made an emergency pull off here just hoping for a temporary refill and directions to another shop that was open. Marcos spotted the problem right away, got us hooked up with new parts, oil, filter, and even swapped in the new filter and got us going again.Can't say enough how grateful we are for the help. Plus we're loyal O'Reilly custos from now on.

Good service but need to work on cost of some parts.8.00 for two signal bulbs is quite high .May use them agai .Not sure.

I call this the "Money Pit" They also always tend to give you the wrong parts so you have to double back & waste your time & gas.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. GO TO AUTOZONE! The guy there was very disrespectful and it's very disappointing. Go to auto zone and save yourself the headache.
