Great, friendly service! Came in on my lunch hour because I suspected my car battery was bad. Jeff tested it AND offered to change it for me, and Gary was able to get me a great price. In and out in 30 minutes, these guys are awesome!

Polite, very helpful. Haven't done a lot of business with them. They were nice enough to order a solar kit for me with no deposit over the phone requested. Unfortunately I discovered the solar panels can not stay exposed to weather so I'll see how cooperative they are when I return it.

Nathan went above and beyond for us after Coldwater Auto Service treated us very badly. I certainly hope and pray Napa finds another auto service center in the coldwater area. Napa deserves a much better place to represent them as an honest business.

They always have what I need, went in for flowable silicone to put a new seal on my shower door and they had it. Everyone in there is extremely helpful.

This napa store wasnt stocked very well. I needed tools I would consider common that most auto parts stores would carry also I had to have a sensor ordered instead of napa having it in stock. I had like 4 things I wanted to do on my truck that required some basic hand tools and I walked away with nothing that would help. This experience is the primary reason I stay with autozone. Although I feel the counter person at napa was very friendly and knowledgable, the store looks like its about to go under

It's in Napa so there's not much to say, they got everything you need and if they don't they'll order it prices are fair and service is good.
