Very highly recommend, honest family business.They treat people right, explain what's going on, and bill fairly.I've been bringing my 10+ year old cars in here for maintenance/oil the last 5 years, I usually stick around during the oil changes, and they are extremely thorough and knowledgeable for the "inspection + oil change", and don't push for work that doesn't need done and let you know what's coming up; the work they do, they frequently beat their estimate (because they bill for the time it takes and not what the manual says it will take).Had an intermittent oil pressure issue that could have been serious work, and they could have easily sold me on a bigger repair, but suggested replacing a simple sensor first to see if it solved the issue, which it did, and ended up saving upwards of a thousand dollars.

Very, very honest business.wish I could give them more stars. They pointed out and gave me almost $600.00 off my bill for parts and labor because brakes I had them replace before were still under warranty. Thank you very much.

My wife and I are traveling through the state in our RV when it just stalled out of no where. We must have tried and called 10 people before we got a hold of the Miller office. They are BEYOND helpful and more accommodating than anyone we have ever worked with. Highly recommend this auto shop. I broke down on the way home to Portage from Fort Wayne, and had my car towed here. Hands down one of the most superior family own and operated automotive shop I've been to. The knowledge and how efficient they're able to correct by repair/replace the defiencies of my and others vehicles.. they honest and don't try to up sell on items that don't need replace... I recommend everyone I know that needs automotive maintenance to them.. Al he is extremely knowledgeable on suspension lifts for your vehicle and give you precise and accurate details if interested.

im from out of state, and broke down around the coldwater area. they gave me a FREE diagnosis despite how busy they were, and then let me leave my car there overnight. they are saints, and just overall incredible humans.

We have been going here for about 6 yrs. Wonderful family and business! Never had any issues other than a manufacturer defect on parts. Upfront, honest, fair! Will let you know if something needs urgent attention..or if you have a little time to prepare. Offers great parts and warranty. Handles warranty issues with no hassle. Free estimates.

I have always let Al work on my vehicles. He is honest and very fair in price. He will find the problem and fix it fast. If he has recommendations he will always call you with the best options. Always looks for the best in your interest. Wouldn t go anywhere else.

unbelievable customer service! Needed a service call for an over the road tractor... so they dont do that but took my number.... drove to a local vendor to make sure he would do a road call.... the vendor called me back within 10 mins. Unbelievable!! Thank you!
