Unfortunately, I received a chip in my windshield in my brand new 2023 Denali Sierra Denali 1500 Ultimate truck. My Insurance company recommended a well-known nationwide, franchise replacement windshield company. They came to my property but we re hesitant to replace the window because of all the technology that ran through it. They weren t comfortable replacing it and suggested contacting my dealership in Coldwater Michigan. The dealership recommended Denning Auto Glass. I called and set up an appointment and took it in to them the next day. They installed my window with confidence. When I picked it up everything worked just like the way it did before I brought it into them. So if you have a chip in your windshield with any kind of vehicle, especially a vehicle with all the high technology packages, I highly recommend taking it to Lou and Rose at Denning Auto Glass. I'm not surprised that Denning Auto Glass has been going strong for 20 years- they were incredibly helpful and attentive when I needed a windshield replaced. I noticed a leak in my windshield with all this rain we had been getting so I called Denning Auto Glass to get a quote. I thought the price was reasonable but they couldn't get me in for a week. Lou told me to stop by so he could put some crash wrap on to keep me dry since we were supposed to get a lot more rain. He took the time to find where the leak was coming from and wrapped it up free of charge.I took it in the next week to get repaired, and about an hour after I dropped it off I got the call that it was ready to pick up. Turns out the windshield had previously been installed incorrectly, so they pulled it out, reinstalled it and put new molding in. The work looks clean and professional, and I was really impressed with how quick they were.Overall it was a great experience. Lou guarantees his work and if for any reason something were to go wrong he'd make it right. They're a great family business that cares more about their reputation and quality of service than trying to nickel and dime you any way they can. Great service! The service was phenomenal! I had to have my windshield replaced and they guided me every step from who to call first and what to do next, etc! They got it in faster than I expected and guarantee their work! Very professional and knowledgeable! I will definitely come back if I need any glass repair/replacement. Excellent job done. They make sure that they get the right windshield for your vehicle. They don't buy the aftermarket, unless you request one. I will not go anywhere else.

Fantastic service! They were able to get me in within two days to have my windshield completely replaced and my ADAS recalibrated even while fighting with my insurance company. We live in Virginia and were on vacation near Coldwater when we caught a rock in the windshield of our 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe. Huge crack! The folks at Denning stayed after hours to make sure that they had the correct windshield on order. The next day we brought the car to the shop, the windshield was installed and the forward looking safety equipment/camera properly aligned. Lou and Rose of Denning Glass are great people as I have known them for over 10 years. I recently broke a window out of my vehicle and found out they are definitely also good business people! They care about quality and their customers. They made sure my window opening was covered with plastic to make it through the weekend weather and got me right in to the shop Monday morning! Showed up at 745 am for our appt , then all of sudden there done . Windshield replaced and looking 100 percent cleaner than we left it. Great place. Awesome staff and workers , easy on wallet !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have used these guys 3 times now. There is no other place I will do business with for these kind of repairs. The amount of care and service they provide is something you cant find anymore in this day and age and thats why I wont go anywhere else. Mom and pop feel, small business that still KNOWS HOW TO CONDUCT BUSINESS and take care of their community! This morning I dropped off my wifes car at 9AM and they were already in there early working on three cars bustin it. I made a joke about how I hoped they had the coffee going in there. To my surprise I had one in my hand less than 5 minutes later, you can't find service like that. Diamond in the rough.Service: Auto windshield repair

My husband and I have been using Denning Glass for years! We've had stone chips filled and windshields replaced. We've also had many windows and doors fixed, re-designed and restored in our old farmhouse. We know we can always count on Denning Glass for excellent workmanship, timely service (with a smile), and godly integrity. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

These guys are great. They put new windshield and back glass seals in my 1962 studebaker while I waited. They took their time and treated it like their own. I will be using them for all m glass work in the future.

My fleet car experienced a mishap at a car wash. Denning glass got my car done a whole day earlier than quoted. This was surprising as the car required a special order rear glass. Denning glass got my fleet car back in service before the weekend which would have costed me hundreds of dollars and spared me the headache of rescheduling customers.
