Had an overheating issue with my car and decided to take it to Coldwater Auto Service. Dropped it off and the next day got a text and call with a multi-point inspection (with pictures) showing there was a lot more wrong than I ever thought. They go out of their way to do quality work, keep you constantly updated, and super friendly to work with. I will always recommend Coldwater Auto Service to anyone. Good job Brian and the team!

Stopped while on my way through, due to a strange 'whomp'ing sound coming from my front tire. The owner helped us take a quick look even though he was booked solid. He advised us that the tire belt was broken and we'd need a replacement tire. He directed us to a shop who would have the right tires in stock and could do the work right away. So friendly and kind, and diagnosed the problem right away! I could tell he really wanted to help us, and even though he didn't have time himself, he wanted to make sure we'd be able to get on the road again as soon as possible.

I'm from out of town and was passing through on my way to Ohio when my low tire pressure indicator illuminated. I pulled over to find a self-tapping screw imbedded in the tread with a hissing sound. Knowing I had a short window of time to find a tire repair place, I Googled and found Coldwater Auto Service was the closest. I pulled in and Brian got me right in and took care of the problem quickly and I was on my way. Just wanted to say how impressed I was with the service and team there. These guys are great! Needed a new key fab, key cut and programmed and they were a 1/3 of what everyone else was charging in the area for the same thing. They were very accommodating, quick, and extremely friendly! I highly recommend and will return again for future needs!

My husband and I both had vehicles serviced there recently. The staff was polite, the vehicles were done in a timely fashion, and the pricing was fair for the work done. I highly recommend the Coldwater Auto Service on N. Willowbrook Rd in Coldwater, Michigan.

My starter was under warranty from Napa and this was the only Napa service center in coldwater, MI. They wanted 180$ to diagnose my truck that had already been diagnosed at D&M. They gave me the run around and their last words to me before Jamie hung up on me was we don t need your business. If you re a local I wouldn t recommend this place at all! Napa has made it right with me and the work was done at D&M a place I trust!

I was calling to see about getting my air conditioning fixed, and was asking for some details explaining the processes and price. She asked if she could put me on hold and then hung up on me.Super unprofessional.

I called to ask for a quote on a tune up (spark plugs and coil replacement) the individual kept repeating how they needed to run a diagnostic and he refused to answer my question on the cost for the requested work.
