City glass replaced my rear window after a baseball took it out, and most recently my front window after a deer tried coming through the front windshield. Both times they went over and above and exceeded my expectations. Thank you again for a job well done!

City Glass was able to get a window for my SUV in just a few days they did an amazing job and even cleaned out the glass that was in my vehicle from my original window getting busted out. Definitely recommend this place for sure everyone was friendly and my new window looks perfect!

This company is amazing! From the person who called to help me set up my appointment to the friendly door greeter, and even the nice gentleman who put my windshield in. They even cleaned off my rear-view mirror that had something on it from the previous owner. I would recommend them to anyone they were fast and genuinely seem to care about their customers.Service: Auto windshield replacement

i went to city glass had a windshelid put in my 2019 fusion toook home with in 2 days i had a stress crack in my drivers side window aprox 1/4 in long went back to them they would not accept responabilty for it and tried to blame somelse for droping something on it wanted me to pay another 275.00Service: Auto windshield repairService: Auto windshield repair

I had a couple of windows in my home that had become hazy. I brought the window in and they ordered me a new piece of glass. A couple of weeks later they called me and I returned with the window. In about 15 minutes it was all done. Nice work. Courteous folks. Reasonably priced.

I cannot say enough about the owner and the workers at city glass. We were camping and our camper window shattered. I took it to them around 930ish in the morning. They told me it might not get done because downtown had been vandalized and a bunch of glass store fronts needed help. I got a call at 3pm saying my glass was done and they even walked me through how to properly put the window back in. This place definitely has the personal touch.

I took my semi truck for windshield and it leaked right after was told snow fell off roof when taking window off. Few days later it rained and it poured inside the truck. I called the owner up and he said he assured me window was installed correct. He claims it was the seal I then told him we had a window put in by another company a year ago and no issues at all. Their shop flooded during this time and they said they would call me back never happened. I sent pics to the owner and he said the gadget for window was just for looks it didn t matter if it wasn t touching the window lol wow then he told me we re busy enough you can take it somewhere else if you want. I told him he would no longer get business from me or anyone I know stay away from a guy that does business like that.

Great friendly staff, quick professional services and low price. In and out in 45 minutes for a windshield. I have used them for years for everything from Auto Glass and mirrors to screens and custom cut planes for my house.

My new door is amazing. Haven't had a problem with them. They did our auto glass, pellet stove glass, and now a new commercial door. All were done with no problems. There is lead time for glass. Expect that.

Needed a glass for my pellet stove and the owner found out enough information to know he had that glass in stock! He was friendly and knowlegeble and even stayed under the original price that he quoted me! They will definitely have my business as I get the money and will also be recommended by me to others!

Called them on my way today Coldwater, because a truck threw a rock and chipped my windshield. They got me right in and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Jim and his staff.

They are good at what they do. They are friendly and fast. My family has used them for all our glass and screen repair/replacement for years. They stand behind their work. Family owned since 1975.

Just had my windsheild put in my truck today! The staff was so friendly and had my truck in and out while I was at work! They also vacuumed my truck! Awesome place. I will definatly recommend!

The whole experience was good. I waited, it was a beautiful day so I sat on a bench outside. There is a massive tree out front that is pretty cool. I wish there was a bench under it that I could have sat at but I couldn't deduct points for wishful thinking. The tech also showed me how to remove my rear view mirror (14 Jetta GLI). I am tall and jettas are small so sometimes it's annoying. I think it took about an hour from arrival to leaving with a brand new windshield. Also they are a local small business and if you don't support them you're probably an a$$h0le *)
