I had previously written a very low rated review for the problem that I had encountered and I don't know if Butler body shop had it taken down or what might have happened. I had body work done and they had not attached a coolant clamp properly which resulted in a cooling hose blowing off from my engine. If I had not been any more observant person, I might have popped my engine from overheating. Butler ended up having to tow the car from Angola to repair this snafu, and they did get it taken care of. Unfortunately I am a couple years down the road after my repair, and the paint on my bumper that they fixed is peeling. I'm not sure if they will uphold their guarantee for the quality of work or if it will be attempted to be blamed on the customer. I've called and left a message and will look forward to hearing back from them and this review is subject to change and upgrading or downgrading depending.Service: Painting

On Nov. 16 2023 I brought my truck in for repair, deer hit left front fender and grill, I didn't get my truck back until 3/28/2024, never got any feed back during this time, no one to answer the phone when they were supposed to be open.I would never deal with Butler Shop again.Beware!shop

They're the best. Wish they could hire more help. Takes a while to get your vehicle back. I'm glad they are picky about who they hire though. Always a perfect job from them. Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Did a great job. Parts were delayed but even though it was tight they were able to get our van back in time for our family vacation to avoid us having to pay for an expensive rental. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful, even after the service is complete.

Butler does great work! First time ever hitting a deer and it had to be a buck. I only had my new car for 3 months and they did a fantastic job and are very easy to deal with. They are very customer friendly...I would recommend them without hesitation!

We took our Ford Fusion into Butler for front end damage caused by a deer. It was an insurance claim. After a few weeks we got the vehicle back and drove it for about a month. After that period, we noticed the body lines were about an eighth of an inch out of alignment on the damage side, and the paint began to peel where the repairs were made by Butler. We contacted them and they gave us a vehicle to drive until they could get the damages repaired again. The same day they notified us that the damage was not caused by Butler and they would not repair it. They have failed me as a customer. They determined that our vehicle had been struck by another vehicle. Which is a total crock. Our vehicle was amongst many in for repair from summer hail damage. They didn't prep the vehicle properly and didnt take the time for detail. In my opinion our vehicle was just a quick money maker for them. I am totally disgusted that Butler backed out of responsibility. They already had been paid through the claim and they washed there hands of us. Plain and simple. We are putting another claim into our insurance company for the repairs that should be performed by Butler, and the body shop doing the repairs now, have already advised that the damage to our vehicle is due to unsatisfactory work. So long Butler, you'll never get a good word by me or my family and friends.

I've had work performed here before and it was impeccable. This time I had an estimate performed and it took them a while to get back to me, although the weather had likely ruined many vehicles aside from mine. I would still utilize this shop and hopefully they don't prioritize insurance cases over others.

My car was rear ended, they made it so effortless. It looks brand new! Plus when I picked my car up it was cleaned on the inside. They went above and beyond and to me that is a very nice touch!Service: PaintingService: Painting

Great body shop, very professional. Butler painted a left fender for my 2001 GMC Yukon after my accident. The paint quality was fantastic. I am very impressed with the color and finish of my new fender. Thank you Todd , Josh and guy in paint booth

Had an awful experience, my cars paint had runs and dirt nibs in it. I will not be returning here, took my vehicle to VIP and had it done on time and it looks amazing!

over spray on my car. sent it to the detail shop instead of the person who over sprayed it.then fired the detailed person for something the painter caused. it will be along road for the people today who dont make the person who made the mistake in the first place fix it .. o well like my my mom alway's said them who fly high land low..they will not be around very long..he run's the buisness like his brother run's his lawn mowing buisness..half ass..say one thing do another...!!!!!
