I am happy to have found a Jeep dealer that can service my vehicle to my expectations. The staff are friendly, courteous and do a great job. I would recommend if you have had trouble with other dealerships servicing your vehicle whether it be doing a poor job, over charging or just with no standards.... Go to Bobilya, they will change your mind and make the experience as it should be with excellent customer service and standards for your vehicle and the work you put in keeping it in tip top shape.

It's truly nice to get honest advice from a mechanic and walk away trusting the service done for the vehicle. It's easy to just get everything done for a car that's recommended but sometimes you have to prioritize and getting advice about what each repair will mean for the well-being of the car isn't something I'm accustomed to. Car interior was detailed as well as part of service. Also, 4 different people greeted me in just the time it took to walk to the service desk and in this internet age that type of friendliness is worth it's weight in gold sometimes

The best experience I've had at a dealership! Rudy Rodriguez was kind, honest and did a great job at walking us through the details of the Wrangler we bought. As Dickeys BBQ Pit, the previous comments seem fake. Why buy a Jeep Grenade, will explode. Other comments got paid to say the service is great! When it's not. So stop gaslighting yourself. If anyone removes this comment I'm rolling my car into the dealership.

I honestly would give this dealership more stars if I could. I had previously bought 5 vehicles from another Dodge dealership and never received the service that DeWayne and Jerry gave our family. The other dealership I always dealt with apparently did not want to do their homework. DeWayne and Jerry got us more than a fair deal. Everyone at the dealership was super friendly, including the owner. I don't think I will buy a vehicle anywhere else.

When we went in to Bobilya looking at vehicles Rudy came straight out and offered us assistance right away. Showed us several different vehicles, worked all the way through the whole process of buying our new vehicle. He's still assisting us on setting up our new toy!

Getting a new can be frustrating and costly! Jared help my family get into a beautiful mini van and helped get us the best price possible!! And John from service made sure that our van is safest it could be!!! Won t get another vehicle unless it s through Bobilya Chrysler!!!!

Called 3 days before picking up car. I gave them a deposit over the phone for the car. Told them what our sales tax is in my state and county I lived in. Paid cash at time of pick up. When I went to do the title work they said I owed additional 400 dollars in sales tax. Called and spoke with the finance manger. I was told the are allowed to only collect 6% sales tax. Which I was never told at anytime. He said. I should have charged you an additional 400 on top of the car to cover it. What the heck!! Also. Charged me for a temp plate, ehen i had one from the car i was trading in. Got the temp plate 8 days later in the mail after the car e was drivenhome. Be ware and bring an attorney to read over your oPaperwork.I asked to buy back my 2016 red Rav4. Which i got 11500 trade in. Offered it back a to me at 15500. On thier lot for almost 18k.

My wife and I appreciate the best customer service. We recently experienced that at Bobilya Chysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Coldwater Michigan. The service department provided far and beyond a repair that we thought we would have to live with. An issue with the 2023 Jeep Cherokee paint finish was corrected to like new !!! Thank you all who provided service seldom seen. Dennis and Jill Dirschell.

I would avoid this place at all costs. The sales guy I dealt with was very rude and condescending. Find a place where the salespeople are considerate and want to deserve your business.

Good experience, punctual and starting the job and completing the job. Appreciate the extra info like engine coolant freeze point and Battery percentages. Plan on using for all my vehicles except for the semis.

The service department team was amazing. At the last moment as I was traveling through the state, I contacted Kip the service manager and he s so graciously guided me through the process of getting my RV to his dealership in time for him to do an oil change within minutes of my arrival. Kip and his team are very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do compared to so many other dealers that I spoke to that were absolutely oblivious how to service the products they sell. I strongly recommend their service department to anyone that needs any work on a sprinter or any Dodge product as far as that goes.

I had a great experience purchasing my Jeep Grand Cherokee at Bobilya. My sales rep, Jerry Eck, was extremely reasonable and professional the whole way through. He definitely went out of his way to make this purchase as quick and easy as possible. This was my first experience buying a car from Bobilya and I highly recommend this dealer and his sales staff!

As usual they were thorough in diagnosis and fast repair. Even though I own a Chevy truck I took it to Bobilya because our past experiences there,( they've worked on our Jeep also). They seem to get us in and out quickly.
