Bish s RV team of Jessie (sales), Blane (technician), Rich (finance), parts department, and The RV Nerd himself (Josh) were excellent to work with and very helpful. Highly recommend visiting them for your RV needs. I was looking to upgrade from our 2000 Thor Chateau 27B to something larger with a slide out and preferable second bedroom. Ended up buying a 2018 Gulfstream 280TB that had just arrived on the lot. If I ever buy another camper it will definitely be from Bish s.

I live in Louisiana and I've never bought anything from this dealer. In the past 3 years I've bought 2 campers. The first camper was a new bee mistake. One I probably wouldn't have made had I been subscribed to Josh's you tube channel. The second camper I bought I had been watching Josh's channel for about 6 months. It was expensive to trade but I got what I wanted and needed. I didn't realize what all I was missing on the first camper. Josh said make a list of everything you must have and a list of what you would like to have. Then see if you can find one with the most boxes checked. Unbelievable how easy it was to find the nearly perfect camper. For us it was a 30 foot Flagstaff bumper pull. After looking at 25 or so fifth wheel campers we realized the stairs inside was a huge negative for us that we just couldn't get around. Getting in the camper was hard enough for the wife that resently had knee replacement surgery much less climbing stairs inside the trailer to go to bed or the bathroom. This changed the type of trailer we were looking for. We just finished a 6 week trip from Louisiana to Washington State then back down thru California to see 11 National Parks with no issues other than 7300 miles. Can't say enough about how helpful his you tube channel has been. If his dealership would have been closer I would have bought my camper from him. Even if you are pretty sure you know what you want in a camper, it would be worth your time to look here if you are near Coldwater, Michigan. If you're like many people, thinking now is a bad time to buy a new camper, because of build quality. Think of this. With service time nation wide is above 70 days for some repairs, rapidly built units, & some discrepancy about what comping is responsible for different repairs (stove, refrigerator, a/c unit, trailer frames, etc are all made by different suppliers that some dealers claim aren't Warranted by the trailer manufacturer). So, before you buy the rv you need to buy into the dealer. No hidden fees, no disclaimers, & by all means take a shop tour & see how proud they are of their service. From what I've seen and read, I think you will be impressed with this dealer & when you drive off with your new rv, you go with confidence that you were shown every system of the rv & you will not feel abandoned after the sell. Go start your adventure

Joshe's unbiased videos were a big help to me, as I looked for an RV to purchase. We went with the Flagstaff, Mico Lite 25SRK. We purchased this brand because of Joshes, video highlighting the twin brother RV, the Rockwood Mini Lite. We also watched Joshes video of the Flag Staff factory for the Micro Lite and Mini Lite. The high quality of the two brands showed during the factory tour video. Josh videos provided a lot of help during the decision process. Please keep the videos coming....We worked with Bishes RV in Twin Falls, Idaho and Bishes in Salt Lake. Both locations help us find the RV with the right features and colors. Austin, is awesome, please visit him at Bishes RV, Twin Falls. Austin will help you find your next RV.

Wonderful place. Extremely friendly staff. Great price. We bought a Jayco travel trailer from Bish's RV of Coldwater. The outfitter was Tyler Firestone, who had been extremely helpful throughout the process. We purchased from out of the state (California), and drove ~2,500 miles one way to pick up the trailer. It was worth the effort.

Will be purchasing my first RV in about 3 months. I live in Houston but will be purchasing from our only Texas Bish s3-4 hours north of here. (Can we get one near Houston?) Kudos to you for supporting Josh s continuing YouTube presence. He is so bright and projects such sincerity and honesty somehow and this aura of his passes right along to Bish s. We trust your dealerships by extension. There s no way I d be looking to buy from Bish s were it not for Josh. Bish s has a lot to live up to! You have a rare blessing with Josh. Keep up the good work Bish s!

Picked my RV up after needing a recall service. Keep in mind that this is a brand new RV. After 2 or 3 months of them having it, the camper is absolutely filthy. In my opinion, if you pride yourself on customer service and take possession of a camper for that long, you need to treat it as your camper. At minimum, wipe it down on the outside. Now it's November and I'm not sure if I can wash it now till spring

Josh is such an outstanding ambassador for the RV, travel, trailer, and motorhome community. His honesty and transparency in wanting people to find the best rig for them or if it isn t for them helping them determine that. His mini suggestions helped us find the right fifth wheel for what we were looking for and the tips he gave on his YouTube channel were invaluable. I love how he is more focused on helping the individual, then making the sale because he knows as a good sales person if you help your customers then the sales will happen. I hope everyone takes his advice when it comes to getting an RV inspected new or used and how helpful that is especially to the new people who might not know what they re looking for. Also, his advice on making sure you understand all this entailed in a purchase and using it down the road.

Never had the opportunity to purchase anything from Josh, but did subscribe to his channel 3 years ago. I found him very informative, and used information he provided as my research and my final purchase decision. As a salesman, he provided unbiased info. Ty Josh

We started researching RVs back in 2019 and found Josh on YT back when this was Haylett RV. We purchased from them in 2020 and we ve been addicted to camping since! Josh does hands down the best reviews and has accurate information that you can trust, even when it doesn t shine a positive light on the industry. Integrity is hard to find like that and we will never shop anywhere else for an RV! They re fair and take time to listen AND teach you how your rig works before you even leave with it. Can t recommend Bish s RV enough!

We recently purchased a 2020 RV trailer at the Bish's Coldwater location and had a great experience. Our sales rep Jesse was great , always kept in contact with us through the whole process no matter how many times we came and looked at the trailers and was very professional. Rich R. and Damean did the service and hitch walk through , they were both knowledgeable and thorough. Rich W. did the paperwork and also was professional and thorough. Also when you walk in the front door Barb is awesome. If your interested in a no pressure relaxed atmosphere when looking for a camper we recommend Bishs in Coldwater.

Wanting to thank Bush s for having Josh the RV Nurd for all the help he s provided us the last few months. It s invaluable to have someone informative honest with integrity providing so much information on so many trailers and RV s. Our concern overall is how the industry willing or not willing to do warranty work if the unit was not bought from them. We live in a Suburb of Sacramento and I understand Bish doesn t have dealerships in California.Josh s information helped my wife and I to chose an Alliance Delta 252RL after I quickly sold our 2022 Geo Pro FBS which we bought new locally and had issues on repairs and quality control lapses. Learning of the history quality control and independent owned company we feel secure investing our future RV needs on a well made state of the art designed and built 252RL with a dealer located near where we live

Josh the RV Nerd is awesome! Been watching his videos for 2.5 yrs while trying to find the perfect trailer for my retirement years. He is hands down the best RV reviewer on the internet! Points out the good and the bad, shows all the storage, road mode, etc. Everything you need to know before going shopping at the dealer. Thanks Josh for helping me find my Grand Design AIM 16ML. Probably the best and most spacious 20ft trailer ever.I will continue to watch and comment just cuz I enjoy seeing what else is out there and how it compares to my AIM.

Our personal contact was Tyler. He was awesome to work with and easy to get ahold of. I live in AZ but found the trailer we wanted with Bish s at their MI location. After first contact everything was beyond smooth. Basically we said jump and Bish s said how high!!!! Highly recommend them to everyone!

While we didn t buy direct from Bish s, their famous Josh the RV Nerd did one of his notorious walk through videos and introduced us to what would eventually be the type camper we bought. Grateful he shares his knowledge about RV s and the RV lifestyle.

Josh makes some of the best and most informative videos in the industry! He does a great job showing you new floor plans and features as well as pointing out some of the not so great things out there. Thanks for being honest and straight forward.

I went to a rv show and met Sarah, a salesperson at Bish s RV. Although I did not buy an rv that day, she found the perfect trailer that my truck could tow and had all of the features my family wanted. Bish s RV was great to work with from finding the right one to owning it.

Josh s videos are great. He really knows his stuff and his video on the Cougar 32BHS helped in my decision making when I purchased my Cougar. I look forward to his videos and his insight in the RV world.

We watch Josh the RV Nerd like a fat kid likes chocolate cake. We make memes and walk around announcing, "Bish please!" and "Move Bish, get out the way!" Hoping to see more of this guy around... after all, we are in his fan club.

Josh is .....just incredible! BE SURE to search him on You Tube for an honest review... OH how we wish we were closer to Bish's. If this is any indication about the honesty and integrity...BUY from them! We purchased a 2024 202rble because of the amazing, honest, to the point, simple to understand and FUN review. Honestly, Josh is someone I would want to camp next too! He is incredible! BISH.. give him a raise or at the least a good ole pat on the back for all his hard work!

Although we didn't purchase our RV from Bish's, the videos that Josh Winters creates & posts to YouTube were super beneficial & helpful in making our decision to purchase a 2022 Jayco JayFeather Micro 166FBS. A lot of care & hard work goes into his production & it shows in waves. He does a terrific job & is passionate about what he does & ensures his content is as clear, concise, & descriptive as possible. We only wish we lived closer so that we could give his dealership our business.

Josh was very helpful with me deciding to purchase a Jayco camper. After watching his videos of the actual camper and the factory tour of the Jayco plant. Thank you Josh for your help and for taking the time to respond to me when I had a question....Steve

Josh is the best source of RV information on the internet and can be relied upon to give unbiased reviews and information on RVs, RV sales and market conditions! We looked at many RVs over the last couple of years and when we were ready to upgrade from our small travel trailer (a Wolf Pup 16FQ), for a compact 5th wheel, Josh's evaluation led us to our nearly perfect RV, a Cougar 23MLE. Our inspection of the RV at our local dealer matched Josh's review exactly, so we knew what we were looking for before we ever saw the RV that we purchased. Thanks Josh and Bish for a great resource, and if we weren't a 10-hour drive away from your location, we would have made the purchase from your company!

Josh shares his industry experience and his honest thoughts on the units so we can make educated buying decisions. It really helps buyers that are not local to a Bush RV Center to find the information that can be trusted.

Josh is simply the most transparent, informative RV NERD. I will drive over 2 hours to do business with this company. I visited BISH'S display in Novi-2024, and Josh answered all our questions and was very accommodating. All the BISH'S staff was very polite with a no pressure sales approach "unlike other vendors-very aggressive" Josh acts just as you would expect from his content, keep it up brother and crank it to up ELEVEN!! I drove 3 hours round trip initially. And anticipated a deal I was lead to believe was available from my email correspondence with the salesman Tyler on a used 2022 Jayco 195RB. Only to find out the sales manager would only approve a price that was a couple thousand more than a competitors price I provided Note to self. Get it in writing before making the trip. Note to Tyler. Don't suggest deals that aren't going to get approved. Particularly with people who travel sigificant distances.UPDATE: A few days later while perusing fb marketplace I noticed a new 2024 Jayco 195RB listed by Bish-Coldwater had been reduced by $1000. Definitely the best price in the entire state, I have shopped and negotiated extensively. So, I contacted the salesman/outfitter Sarah and made arrangements to purchase. We took delivery a couple days ago. A tech showed us around the RV explaining how everything works. Business guy tried to sell extras like insurance & road service, but no high pressure. He introduced us to the parts guy who helped us spend our $25 gift certificate. Everyone was very friendly. I have had RV's for years, but this is my first new purchase from a dealer, so wasn't sure about what to expect. Only one problem. I got all hooked up and checked tire pressures. Right tire was at 41 psi, should have been set to 65 psi. I brought that to their attention and they took care of it. I would suggest a pre delivery check list with a copy to customer. With tire pressure set and recorded at the top of the list.I'm happy, I got an excellent deal on the RV I wanted. It was ironic that I ended up paying less for the new 2024 than the best quote on the used 2022 on my first visit.

Update 12/2023Buying from Bish of Coldwater is easy. Getting assistance is not. Now that our trailer is back home with us here are our most recent experiences with Bish. Read here my comments to Bish following some warranty work. Our entire experience from purchase to these repairs has been horrendous. We will do our utmost to not return. It took 3 trips to Coldwater from Battle Creek and 16 hrs of waiting before we could drive home with our new trailer. When we had questions no one was available to answer. Repairs were only completed after contacting the manager or complaining-nagging.Our messages and phone calls were not returned. In March we had some questions so we called for an appointment. We did not get an appointment until July! By July we did have some warranty issues. We dropped our trailer off. After one month we called to check on the repairs. We were told the technician was refusing to do work in the trailer, because it smelled extremely strongly of dog. We do have two dogs, however, having only used our trailer for a total of 20 days and 16 nights, we were insulted. The next day I drove to Coldwater and spent 2 hours recleaning. Leaving the trailer in the July sun without cracking windows was likely an issue.During the evaluation process the technician s electronic notes were lost. The evaluation had to be repeated. In December we were told our trailer can be picked up. Two days later we drove to Coldwater and picked it up, parking it in our driveway. One week later we were notified again that our trailer was ready for pick up. Again a week after that received another call with the news that we could pick up our trailer.UNBELIEVABLEThe only saving, redeeming element in this saga is William McFadden, whose understanding was extremely helpful for us.We will not be back. We will share our experiences with family, friends, other campers and anyone interested in our story. Prior comments:Time to winterize: we called on Thursday and requested the service department. The answering machine picked up and we left a message. We did not receive a return call. We were not surprised. This has been the norm. Monday morning we called again. This time the gentleman answering asked what it was that we needed done. The Free Winterizing. His response: We had two days in September for winterizing and will have two more in October. If you are unable to come then, you will have to pay for the winterizing. Two Thoughts:1. When we purchased our Ember trailer we were told winterizing is free and at that time a check thru of our trailer would be made to make sure everything is functioning correctly. So, why is anyone even speaking of a fee for winterizing. (And, if trailers are lined up to winterize will the check thru occur?)2. Why were we not informed of the winterizing dates? My impression is - with all of the advertising and publicity surrounding the new dealership no one anticipated the follow up required after selling so many trailers. In few words The service desk and service department is under staffed. Come on folks! I know you can be an excellent dealership. For now I must set my rating at three stars. A blown mini-fuse caused the problem with our refrigerator. We are not certain where or how this happened. Bish s General Manager, Jeff, pulled the necessary strings and had two technicians find the issue yesterday. We are now happily camping. I have changed my one star review to four stars. In April, 2022 we purchased a new Ember trailer. I had to spend two eight hour days in their waiting room before we could bring our trailer home.We then had trouble with the scissor jack. No one at Bish had an answer to our questions. This week the refrigerator would not turn on. It was fine when we turned it off two weeks ago. Bish did not return any of our phone calls. When we finally reached someone we were told that the next appointment for service is in November! We cannot recommend Bish s in Coldwater, Michigan.

The wife and I were super happy with our experience at Bish s! John was amazing and was patient with us while we browsed many units finding the right one for us! John was not pushy, and gave us only the information we needed. We also dealt with Brandon, Trevor, Rich, and one other gentleman whom I don t remember his name but EVERYONE was amazing. Thank you guys for everything.
