Called Belle Tire today at 12:30. Asked the person at the front desk for an appointment time to fix a slow leak and an alignment on my 2004 Dodge Dakota. He said just bring it over, we arent very busy. I told him I would be there in about half an hour. Walked into the store, walked up to front desk and told that person I was the person that called with the Dakota. He tells me that they can't do anything today, I would have to make an appointment for another time. I told him that I had just called here around half an hour ago. He didn't seem to care. He began to tell me about how he was left with only " 2 tire people ". Nancy and I just left the store. I haven't dealt with Belle Tire for awhille now because this same thing happened to us before. I think it is managements time to step up here and take a good look at the type of employees they are hiring. The employee's you hire are the face of your business. If you don't care, then keep hiring these kinds of employees. It will be a long time before i step foot into your store.

Since they opened I have funneled my business and my kids/family/business needs to this company. Thousands spent and they refused to put 2 tires on my truck because I didn t buy them there. The only reason I didn t buy them there is because they didn t carry the tires I wanted for my lifted truck and at the time it wasn t able to be driven without new tires making it impossible for me to wait for them to locate some. So after all the money spent and references given profit on a couple tires was more important than keeping not only my business but that of my family and business. I guess I will have to go back to supporting non chain tire shops who still treat there customers like people instead of cash machines.

This Belle Tire location was able to timely help me out in a pinch far from home. I was approximately an hour from home and needed a nail removed from my tire - they were able to assist me the same day within an hour or so and they were able to remove the nail free of charge. I was very grateful for their prompt assistance.

I used their website to search for tires and turns out it dont list the Wright size for the car. So they supposedly ordered the correct ones and told me they would be in the next day so we made an appointment for that day and asked them to call us if they didn't come in. Never called us and let us drive over there before telling us they didn't get them. I will never use them for tires again.

Our ball joint broke and popped a tire at the start of our trip to Texas. These awsome guys got our jeep fixed up and and back on the road in an hour! Our trip was saved. Thank you!

I purchased tires for my 2019 Durango. I picked the tires online and scheduled an appointment. A tech called from the Coldwater store letting me know that the tires are in stock and ready for my vehicle. I arrived and the recognized me by the vehicle and had it ready to go. The experience was perfect!

My favorite Belle Tire store!I've been to a couple other Belle Tire locations and Coldwater is my "go-to" location.The customer service at Belle Tire, Coldwater is better than where I've visited before. I'm always 100% satisfied.

They will lie about parts needing replaced, tried to add on $1,300 of parts for a tire alignment, I took my car to two other mechanics after and they both said there is no reason those parts needed replaced and there was no "physical play" on the parts.

Paid for tire hazard protection on $1000 set of tires. Came in at 5:30 after work and was told they couldn't help me because they close at 6:00pm. I live an hour away. I was told to fill it up w air to get where I need to go. So much for paid protection and warranty from Belle Tire. (Now, I can almost understand that they couldn't go an extra mile for a customer in need but...) Next day went to another BT location and was told they couldn't service a tire until middle of next week. I paid for tire warranty! I will NEVER buy or service w Belle Tire again.

I went in for a wheel alignment on my 83 c10 2wd it had a bad left pull and was destroying the front right tire I was told they could set the toe but the caster and camber is set at factory that's not true with my truck it has alignment shims on the upper control arms they set the toe how it should be and it's not messing the tires up anymore but they guy that did the alignment didn't even check everything out like it should have been or he would have seen the shims it pulled even more to the left until I took it to another shop and had the alignment done correctly I was vary disappointed and I never leave reviews but this really bothered me that this is happened and it finally got to me to leave this review so other people know they do shady alignments especially when you are supposed to set the caster then camber and toe is last

Satisfied with my service. I was able to get maintenance, repair, and new tires. Convenient appointment that fit into my schedule and quality work. All staff were professional and friendly. I was quite comfortable waiting in the clean lounge area.

Had a great experience here today. I called ahead in the morning and came in without an appointment but they put me on the list as I told them I'd be there in about 30 minutes. The associate I spoke with told me he'd have me done in about 1.5 hrs and his timing was spot on. Having a warranty on our tire purchase was a great decision.

I was very happy with the service received. We had another shop mess up our new tires for our 2020 jeep rubicon by putting beads to balance the tires. When we went back to them the simply put lead with the beads still in the tires. Belle tire fixed everything cleaned out all the beads redid the lead balance and they are perfect now... thank you for such amazing service.

Worse service ever , had a 10:30 appointment arrived at 10:20ish . Vehicle didn't leave parking lot until 11:15 to go in . Was no remorse , was told that just how it is ...

This business is an excellent place for your vehicle needs. Dylan Fish was great to work with and the whole team there interacts well with customers and each other. They are knowledgeable, and very kind. The pricing is always spot on where it should be, and the quality of service was excellent and completed quickly too. My Wife and I had them put four tires on, align, and change the oil all in the same visit and could not be happier. Our vehicle ride was like new again when we left. Make an appointment and stop in, you won t be disappointed. Thanks Belle Tire Coldwater MI Team! We will be back!

Parents took their van here to Belle Tire Coldwater for a flat tire, and RAVED about their service! The staff gave excellent and timely service. Will he recommending to friends and family!

Went for an oil change. Front desk guys were cool, and they let me know about a dead tire sensor so that's awesome. Mechanics there were little girls that wanted to giggle to each other and give me sideways looks, then instead of giving me the keys to my car the dude put my keys on the counter next to their couple of buddies because he wouldnt hand them to me directly so front desk guys get 5 stars, but some of the mechanics over there insecure fairy faggt little girls

They fixed my supercharger but didn't put it back together all the way missing pieces from it now and over charged us and it's not all there like it was when we dropped it off wouldn't recommend to enybody oh and also one of there mechanics stole the oil we had bought for it as well and they still charged us for more oil

When I was in on 3/7/23, I got 4 new tires installed and they checked my alignment and let me know about a ball joint going bad. They even took me into the shop to show me what my ball joint was doing. They completed all this work on about an hour. Faster than my usual tire stores I had went to. After I had left and got home, I realized that they accidentally forgot to replace my center caps. I called the store to arrange a day to come back to pick them up. Then to my surprise, James, the manager called me back and said that they made the mistake, and he would bring them to my house. I live 30 minutes or so from the store and its about an hour or so back to his house. Amazing service. Only get a 4 star because they forgot to put the caps back on.

Had a tire problem while traveling to Ohio. Checked Google for the nearest tire repair service and it was Belle Tire in Coldwater.When I pulled in, I expected to be delayed for hours if they could even work me into their schedule. To my great surprise and relief, they got me right in and were able to locate the puncture and fix my tire. To top it off, they did this for NO CHARGE!!I was back on the road in 30 minutes.I will definitely keep them in mind for any future tire needs. THANK YOU!

Stopped here on our way through, while RVing. Our tire belt broke and we needed a new one right away. They had a good replacement so we got both our front tires replaced and kept the good one as a spare. They were able to fix it in about an hour and we were on our way again. They have a pleasant waiting room where you can wait for your repair to finish. Excellent service!

Walked in to have oil change, filter and tire repair. 5 guys behind counters laughing as nd talking. Stood there waiting to at least be acknowledged that I was there. NOTHING. Waited about two minutes and walked out. If that was any indication of their service I did not want to have my car serviced.

Got two bad alignments from them. Had to take both of them to a different shop to get decent alignment. Driving the vehicle like this after they told me it was aligned damaged the wheel bearings on my truck. Have spoken with Belle tire, they refunded the cost of the alignment. Would steer clear, bad alignments is great for the tire business, wears em out quick. They would not cover the cost of my ruined wheel bearings.

Edit: to them amicable means they will refund you for the cost of the alignment, but they will do nothing to fix the bearings or brand new tires they ruin by giving the bad alignments. Sounds like a great business strategy for a tire shop to be honest. Sell tires and bad alignments, great job security if nobody catches on.I had a fresh set on Michelins put on my wife s Lexus and my Yukon. I paid to have a alignment on both of them. The alignment they performed was so off on both of my vehicles that they caused damage to the brand new tires and the front bearings on both of my vehicles. I confirmed this by taking the vehicles into another mechanic to have the alignments checked. I reached out to see if they would take responsibility and they tried to tell me that a bad alignment would not damage wheel bearings and that the person who performed my alignment no longer works there because he was a bad tech. Incompetent, unprofessional, no integrity. Save the headache, shop for tires elsewhere.

Price was over $100 more for 2 tires then Walmart cost me a couple months ago. I wasn't asked if I needed valve stems or not so I thought they would change them like Walmart had for me. They didn't. Tires we almost flat the next day there is such a leak at the valve stems now.
