B & M with Ray and his wife and all of the workers are very Qualified and are honest and reasonably priced. I always go there and highly recommend everyone who wants good work to go to B & M.

I never write reviews, but felt compelled after my recent experience with them. I can't recommend this place highly enough. They are fast, professional, friendly, fair and honest. Their prices are beyond reasonable. I trust them completely. Finding a good mechanic can be a challenge, so look no further. Thank you all for being absolutely wonderful! Took our Chevy equinox 2014 to b @m to get window wiper fixed. They did a great job and got the part for a good price too. They go the extra mile to help customers get their repairs done at reasonable price. These guys are the best!Since moving to Coldwater I have taken my car to them a few times.1st time was for a cv axle replacement they quoted me almost $400 less than the first place I went to. So they got it scheduled and fixed and haven't had any problems.2nd time I heard a grinding noise coming from one of my tires but my brakes weren't due to be changed yet. Took it in and they looked at it. Apparently my dust plate was just rubbing so they fixed it free of charge.3rd time (yesterday) My car went in for an o2 sensor. When I got there I was told that they checked out my head light because it's been out every time they've had my car . I said yeah idk whats going on with it I replace the bulb and it's back to not working a couple of months later. They said it was unplugged.. so they plugged it in. Could be a bad connector or something so we will wait and see if it goes out again. And he cleaned my headlights for me. No extra charge. Such simple things made my day. This place will forever be my go to shop.

I went to B&M plus today on a recommendation of a friend. I asked three different people waiting while their vehicles were worked on about their experiences with B&M repair? They all said they've been there before and are satisfied. Ray came out and looked at my truck which needs exhaust pipe work. He set up an appointment for tomorrow at 2 pm. He said he thought that some of the pipe that is still good can be used. To me that's good compared too, you need everything new. Once we are done, I'll give a report. I've heard good things about B&M repair. They did a great job at a reasonable price. We bought our other vehicle there too. Another person we know had their van worked on for half of any other estimates they got. It's nice not to feel gouged and taken advantage of.

Fantastic service and great prices. I was having exhaust issue and was quote by a dealership as needing over $1000 in repairs. I was referred here and was able to get part replaced in 15 minutes for $74. You guys rock!!!

Unfortunately they couldn't fix the problem I had with my car. They did give me suggestions on a few places that could help me. I have had work done here before and I have always been satisfied with the service I had. Very friendly staff.

I loveeeeeee these guys. Been there twice now and haven t paid a dime, and they are so awesome that I want to pay them. They have amazing customer service that isn t like most mechanic shops. The team at B&M are all top notch, great service, price, and most of all friendly people. They take the time to explain your options for repairs, and not just a one type cookie cutter explanation. I highly recommend using them.

Ray is a great guy, with a good staff, he's not out for your money like most shops. Which is harder to come by anymore. Definitely there to help the people. I don't go anywhere else!

I called on a Monday around noon and had an appointment set to fix/re-do my exhaust for the next day at 2:00 p.m.When I arrived (around 10 minutes late, oops), I was informed that the guy who was supposed to do my exhaust had a doctor's appointment and was not there, and the other one had just left on break. I was in no rush so I sat in their lobby and worked (They have Free WiFi that they don't advertise for some reason) while I waited to inform one of them what I wanted to do.When the guy returned, we quickly went over what I wanted, after he put my truck on the lift. We went over problems with the old system and what possibilities we had for the new one. Eventually, we settled on a solution we thought would work well (around 3:45), and I was driving out of the shop at 6.I wasn't terribly happy with the fact that I had to wait nearly an hour to get my truck pulled in when I had an appointment. However, I was so far beyond impressed with level of service, attention to detail, and friendliness of the people, that I have no choice but to give this place an excellent rating. They do fantastic work here, and I would recommend it to anyone who asked.As a side note, I went outside this morning and found that someone had put an inch-diameter stick in my exhaust in what appeared to me an attempt to rip it off. The exhaust was welded up so well, that it not only survived just fine, but the stick broke in half.

Fantastic customer service. Although I just need minor repairs done to my car, it was quick and reasonably priced for the work I had done. I would recommend B&M to anyone in the Coldwater area who needs repairs done to their car.
