Stopped by here in a panic after getting a error code I'd never seen before in my car. Turns out my oil was low. Geoffrey was extremely knowledgeable and helped me get the oil my car needed. Five stars!

I would like to leave a note of praise for Stewart, the store manager, who, along with a customer, helped me when I had a totally flat (0 PSI) tire after dark, on the coldest night of the year! You can count on him to help you with anything!

I've been here a few times to find out why check engine light was on...they checked without hesitant..was fast and very helpful

i needed a new battery for my truck and i opted for autozone over walmart and im glad i did . i probably paid a little more for my battery by choosing autozone but i was glad i did.. Dennis was there to help me select the right battery for my truck and he installed it for me despite the cold weather and i really appreciated that he saved me that hassle so if i paid a little more for the battery im ok with it bc the awesome service Dennis provided was well worth the price!

Wonderful Store, really love how helpful they are. However, could you please have the bushes in front of your sidewalk trimmed clear of the sidewalk path? It really hurts getting scraped by them when biking past. THX!

Extremely fantastic service! Above and beyond even. I replaced my battery and was still having issues, so naturally I needed to replace the alternator. My car died in the parking lot (thank god) and I went inside where they were super friendly and willing to work with me to get everything fixed. I didn't have the tools to do the replacement and it seemed like I wasn't getting home, the clerk brought out a belt kit and a socket set so I could get it replaced on the spot. I've had no issues in the past getting parts and help from here but today was nerve racking due to the circumstances, but they did such a good job of making the process as painless as possible that I couldn't help but put a review down! Thank you for all your help.

I paid $200 dollars for a Duralast Battery with a supposed 3-year warranty and they refused to change the Battery because now I have a new phone number, But I have my driver's license or ID, They are just scammers, This happened on the 28th of March at 12 pm. thanks

We was stranded water pump went out we went to a different store and 4 pumps later we called autozone they even came and picked my son up to go get it and brought him back BEST SERVICE EVER!!!!! ROBERT knows his stuff thank thank you

Melissa was extremely helpful and delivered a fuse to me in Quincy since I couldn't get to the store. She even went back to the store to swap it out when it wasn't the right one, and wouldn't take any money for the fuse or gas. Just when you start to lose faith in humanity, someone like Melissa comes along to restore it.

Very impressed with customer service at this store especially with Dennis one of the employees. Ask for a free installation for a wiper blade and he took the time to be out in the cold to put it on for us when we have to be on the interstate and need to get back home in to snowy weather!want to thank him and AutoZone for that this amazing Employee!

Great people to talk to, none of the sexism I typically face in auto stores (typically men talk down to me as a woman in an auto store) they were polite and helped me understand how their scanner system worked for checking my check engine light.

Was driving through town and discovered a small kitten had gotten up into the front bumper of my car. Stopped at this Autozone to get a part to attempt to take front bumper off to get the kitten out. The manager of the store came out to help, jacked up my car, took tire and part of bumper off to rescue the little kitty! Did this all for no cost! Amazing service and so grateful for the time they took to help despite being busy with other things. Will for sure keep them in mind when passing through town again! Kitty was okay and was able to be reunited with his mommy!

It was a successful trip to the parts store, dealing with the morning manager is the way to go. He knows what he is talking about and is helpful knowledgeable with out coming across as a know it all jerk. I deal with him every chance I can.

Have been a loyal AutoZone customer for 20+ years. I always look for the good but after my experience with an associate today at the Coldwater, MI store I won t be back!! I ll now do all my business at Napa and O Reilley s.

It was fine I wasnt sure what I wanted to buy my 02 dakota needs alot I need an iac I wanted brighter headlight bulbs, I wound up with a 3/8 drive 10mm socket and a Haynes repair manual for my dodge so I will be back lol...I was never asked of I needed help finding anything which I'm ok with I dont like to be helped unless I'm at a complete loss...the clerk that assisted me with check out was friendly and I left satisfied I will shop there again
