I would like to give them the highest ratings possible! Josh who came to help me with my car, went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. It took a long time because my car had a very crazy alarm system that shuts down everything. I was stuck out of state, trying to get to a funeral and because of them I was able to make it! I cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend them.

I would recommend these guys to anyone. They got out to me in about 30 minutes even though it was the early hour of the morning. Very polite, up beat and helpful service. So helpful in fact he even made sure I had a way to get home after hitting a dear on the highway and taking out my car, even offering to give me a ride home. Not to mention they have the most reasonable rate around

My son broke down on his way back to school on a Sunday afternoon. They quickly towed him back to their place in Coldwater. Your Dad showed up at the accident I was involved in yesterday on 12. He was so kind and comforting. He gave me 10$ for Ice cream Very family business oriented. In thankful he was as kind as he was, being my very first accident.Great job

I have had my fair share of car issues over the years, and this was the most positive and great experience I've ever had with one. I locked myself out of my car on Memorial Day and no one else was able to come help as they were all closed/didn't answer. I believe Bill was the man who answered immediately when I called 911 Auto Services Center. He immediately came and was able to get me back into my car so quickly. He was so professional, so friendly, and the service was really just phenomenal. Recommend this place over any other!

Customer service was wonderful, they got me in and out quickly. The staff was very friendly and made it a great experience. If I lived closer I'd be getting all of my work done through them.

When my car broke down in Sturgis, I had called the "other" towing company in town, but no one answered and you couldn't leave a message (weird for a so-called 24-hour towing service). But when I called 911, no problems ...the guy was very nice and helped bring back my car. I'll use them again!

Honest, caring bunch of people who will work with you on your situation. I've used them twice and could not have been more satisfied.These reviewers who give a low rating with no explanation are, at best, not helpful and in my opinion suspect.

Horrible!! Broke down on the interstate with a pull trailer and the driver refused to tow my trailer, only my truck. I offered to pay for him to go back and tow it separately but still refused. I had to pay another company to get the trailer! The driver was inexperienced and smelled like garbage juice and pickles! Worst experience ever :(

Bill and his boys sure do the extra for their costumers. My transmission blew out near Marshall, I was coming back from a doctors appointment for my 7 moth old baby. I called and Bill got there right away. Took me and my son and niece to coldwater. I told him that my transmission had just been replaced and I had bad luck and I bought another broke one. He made sure I got to coldwater safe, on top of that he did not charge me for the towed. Sometimes we forget in this world that there is still good people out there. For this reason I recommend them not Just as a business but also for their human compassion.

They handed my truck over that was in my name to someone with a false title...double charged for the same thing I was getting done..other than that I thought they were going to be alright

This guy is a scammer. Hit a deer towed the car to his shop instead of to body shop and charged storage fee over the weekend. Guy at auto body shop said he does it all the time.
