Tire was low and would not take more air. I stopped at the Walmart Auto Center here to get it patched or check options. They said it was too worn for repair and that I would have to buy new tires. I had them put the spare on and headed back to the Discount Tire in my home town.The tire was fine and not even worn to the mandatory replacement level. The rim was dented causing the leak. Discount Tire repaired it for free. Which is why I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years.As for the guys at this Walmart Auto Center, they are either crooked, stupid or both. Stay away!

There were some hiccups with my online order but the staff did everything they could to accommodate. They're definitely my new go to for car trouble!

Stopped in today (7/9) with a punctured tire. The gentleman who helped us was extremely friendly and helpful, first over the phone and then in person, getting a repair. Extremely thankful our bad luck was near this auto center. Made a stressful experience far less stressful.

Bought tires here about 8 months ago. Picked up a screw in my back tire and drove right to Walmart with tire going flat. Even though they were really busy they fit me in, honered their guarantee to the letter and I left with a brand new tire and received prompt and courteous service.

lazy. came in at 630 and was the only car waiting. I needed a replacement headlight bulb as mine went out earlier during the day.they had my car for 20 minutes and I get a text. come to pick it up and they tell me, "the bulb might just be loose. it turned back on when I got in it, so if you hit a bump it might turn back on" so I got in my car which was still in the same spot I left it, with the headlight still out. so I left with a still street illegal car instead of just replacing my bulb like I asked, or tightening the "loose bulb"came to the Walmart in Owosso, and they changed the bulb in 15 minutes no problem.lazy.

When the reviews are bad, just believe them. I thought I'd give Walmart a try anyway since I just needed my new tires mounted. Big mistake. 1st, I was told they couldn't put on my 2 new tires because they didn't match the old tires. I wanted both back tires replaced, so as long as they're the same size, that had no bearing on the existing front tires. She said they still wouldn't do it. I said I could have the 2 front tires there by the time they were ready to do the work, because I had all 4 bought new, the same size. She walked away & went to talk to the 2 mechanics that were DOING NOTHING. They lied and said that my tires didn't match the door placard in my van. When I got in my van, I checked, and they were the right size. I went back in, and before I said anything because I was waiting behind another customer, the girl called the Mgr & said that I treated them badly. Without even talking to me 1st, the Manager told me I could take my car to another Walmart. "You can go to Burton" were his exact words. When I asked him what I said, he could not tell me. Apparently employees can treat customers badly and they're not to supposed to respond in kind. So, now I'll be shopping at another Walmart for EVERYTHING, all because of a horrible Auto Care Ctr manager who allows his employees to lie and be lazy 2 hours before closing.

Every time you go there for no oil change, they always tell you an hour 2 two hour wait. I went there yesterday and there we're at 3 workers standing around to change for tires which will take over an hour. I asked why is it take so long with three guys to change four tires. So I waited in the truck and then the lady came back and told me this would be another hour since somebody else had made an appointment to change their tires. I have been going there for years for my oil change but I've decided to go somewhere else from now on because of that horrible customer service. They are the worst of the worst

Terrible service. I highly suggest going somewhere else. Paying a little extra but finally getting great service somewhere else. I blew my tire today and looked online to see if they had my tire in stock. Said they did at the store. Got to the store and the guy helping us (Dennis), helped 2 other people while he was talking to us. If you are helping us you should focus on us. Not keep cutting us off to answer other people's questions. He wanted us to wait until black Friday to order the new tires. I drive 30 minutes to work one way and have a 2 year old and a 4 month old on top of me running my errands. My van is our primary vehicle and definitely dont feel comfortable enough driving around on my donut until then. When I called ahead of time to see if they had the tire in stock they put me on hold both times, hanging up on me the first time. I used to go to them for oil changes but it took forever getting me in for those too. Will never use them ever again and I suggest other people save themselves the hassle and time as well.

The Northside Corunna road Walmart is a sight to behold and at the same time can be the worst shopping experience EVER! Between the shoplifting (employees and customers),the rising prices,being out of stock of damn near everything a person really wants,and the horrible customer service,this particular Walmart store SUCKS!!!

Usually I have good service here. Female manager in the tire center was unreasonable. I've replaced six tires here in six months. Wouldn't honor my tire warranty. Very firm and rude. I have over $5000 worth of tires purchased at this location. I expect an explanation, and an apology from this employee. Walmart is better than this, and should do better than this-

We bought our tires via Walmart.com and came in to have them put on the car. We were kept waiting for an hour, only to be told they couldn t change the tires because the nuts were swelled up. They told us to go to Tuffy. Seriously? This is a TIRE CENTER and they can t deal with a common tire problem? Ridiculous. It also took them far to long and multiple explanations to understand we wanted the new tires put on the front, the old ones from the front moved to the back, and the old back ones discarded. I don t think this is a complicated request.

Went to have my new tires mounted and balanced. Took just over two hours to get it done and I was the first in the shop. After they were done, I looked at the receipt and it says that I declined new valve stems. Asked the cashier why I didn't get new stems (the first thing i told her before any work began was that my valve stems were leaking) and she had the guy who was working on my truck come out and he gave me an excuse as to why he didnt put new ones in. Terrible service and skimpy work. (The cashier was nice just bad communication) Avoid this tire shop and just go to a better reputable company.

Went in to get a tire leak repaired while we shopped. We got asked like 10 questions and how this tire leak was probably the worst fix ever. And if she couldn't fix it they couldn't sell me a new one because they were out of stock. So dramatic! So I drove it down the street to First Class Tire Sales. They fixed it without the drama and only $10. Seemed like she did everything not to help the customer.Go to First Class Tire Sales!

They don't repair lawn equipment tires, but they were kind enough to reseat the bead on my dad's zero turn tire. It'll hold now until I can find a shop that does. Excellent customer service.

Went in to get tire fixed or replaced. Had road hazard on the tire. They could not fix the tire so I had to order it myself. Then they would not put it on the car because the other tires had to be replaced at the same time according to them then they prorated the new tire 50% even though they were very little worn and the whole process took 6 hours. Finally had to go to a local tire place to get the tire on the actual car. They did give a $10 gift card for all my trouble.

This place sure has gone downhill over the past couple of years. Good luck having them honor the warranty that they'll gladly sell you. Always an excuse of why they can't fix a tire and stand behind their road hazard. Also plan on waiting a LONG time. I waited an hour and a half to be told they can't help me out. Asked to speak with the manager about the warranty and he took 15 minutes to come to the counter. It's no wonder the rating is so low on Google. Zero customer care or guest service skills. Avoid this place at all costs.

If I could put zero stars if I could. We had issues with tires that were out on our truck. They argued with me that they didn t put them on due to the size... yes they did I could even tell them who did it. We had a signed form from Roy that the tire would be replaced for nothing. When I got there to pick it up Dennis called Roy. Now Roy lied and said that was not the agreement even though I have signed paperwork form him. If you want good service don t go here. Pay the extra and go someplace else.

Chose to go here because they were $100 cheaper for a set of tires. Big mistake! After they broke a tire pressure sensor and refused to make it right. They said the go bad and I had to prove they broke it. It worked before they installed the new valve stem and tire. While we were waiting another person came in and they had the same problem. Anyways I ended up going to a dealership to get it fixed cost me almost $200. Save yourself the time and headache and go somewhere else. Wish I would have read the reviews first. Leason learned.

Wait time is average for tire service, much friendlier than discount tire although you can't really work with prices like discount but Wally world tends to be competitive from the get-go. Decent pricing for their in-house tires the mount / balance service is on par with the big box

Truly incompetent service. I d give it negative stars if I could. It took a full hour just to check in, another 2.5 hours to get two tires changed. They tried forcing various upcharges on me and when I refused them I had to wait 25 minutes for a supervisor to come approve the optional services I d declined. They gave me incorrect advice, I watched the service girl at the counter ignore multiple phone calls. No one in the facility knows how to walk above a snails pace or move with any sense of urgency. Every question was met with an agitated sigh or an eye roll, and every time the service girl needed help (which was a lot) she d walk away dragging her feet as slow as humanly possible. Train your employees.

Super lazy. I asked them to break the bead of a tire and clean it up. They see the tinnest bit of dry rot and they make me come back without attempting a repair. I guess I'll repair it at work. Trying to spread the cash flow apparently noone wants to work

Absolutely terrible! All I needed was an oil change and I couldn t beat the price for a synthetic oil change, I should have known better after reading the reviews. While my vehicle was in for an oil change they cracked my washer fluid container. I ended up back there to file a claim for what they broke. Then after arriving back home I got yet another call saying they forgot to take pictures so please come back. I have never dealt with such incompetent individuals. I will never be going back to their auto center, no matter how simple of a job I need to get done.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible service. Went in yesterday at 6 and the woman at the counter had an attitude from the start. They weren t busy at all and was an hour before close. Refused to fix a flat for us but could do the oil change. Literally just needed a patch. Not only did we receive terrible attitudes, my wireless transmitter is missing out of my car. Nice to know you got thieves working there. Will NEVER go to clio Walmart s automotive again.

Took 1 1/2 for oil change and tire rotation which is why I dropped a star. But they had a chance to lie to me and make more money because I asked for extras and yet they didn't! They checked for the things I asked about and told me I didn't need them. So high marks for honesty and high marks because my final cost was actually less than what was listed on their board - always a yay to spending less!

My Son and I went in there yesterday to get a quote for his tired balanced and rotated and possibly new tires. One of the guys from the garage was walking through and high kicked the door open causing it to hit the wall behind it. Thank God nobody was standing there!! You could tell it was Sunday at 5:15. Horrible attitude from the guy running the counter. The gentleman that was waiting for new tires was told after 20 minutes of waiting, " I hope you know I can't start any new orders right now" as he looks at my Son and myself and the couple behind us he says " So, If you want something done, it's not gonna happen today"!Very un-professional! Do they have a manager working on Sunday's? And does corporate even know how this place is being ran? Will never go back and will definitely not recommend this place. This is a very clear sign of poor management. This is the second time I have had a bad experience here. Will not step a foot back in this store.

Stopped in 3 different times to get an oil change before I finally got a reasonable wait time offered. Cannot get them to answer the phone so you have to actually go there to find out what the wait time is.
