Best auto shop in town hands down! Hell, I drive 20 miles for the Knowledge and Skills and service I get from these guys! I ve taken my car there for years but lately I ve been feeling like I ve been overcharged. Last time I took the car in they gave it back to me with a huge crack in the windshield and no one said anything. I brought it up prior to driving it out of the parking lot and they agreed to fix it for free but made sure to make me feel like I was trying to get free work done somehow. Took my car in last week for a complete brake job and my jaw dropped at the cost they quoted so I said I would need to price it out other places, which clearly annoyed them because they gave it back to me filthy dirty with something on one of the rims that I STILL can t get off. Took it down the road and they quoted me half of what Top Tech did. I will never be back.

I have had two excellent experiences with Top Tech. Great communication, timely turnaround, reasonable pricing, especially on foreign vehicles. Honest, dependable, high quality. I can t recommend them enough!

These guys are the best, they're honest and don't try to sell you on things you don't need. I take my daily driver and classic car to them for service.

Just paid the dealer to complete a full diagnostic of the van. Guess what! What they charged $600+ to repair was not an issue. What they told us we had to pay another $600+ for was also not an issue. So basically one out of two things, they lied about what was going on with my vehicle, robbed me of $600+ and attempted to rob another $600+ OR they had no idea what they were doing and was just guessing as they go. Either way, proof in hand and I won't be taking this lying down!

First time using them. Picked up Jeep when they said it was done. Drove down the block to find out it wouldn't go over 40mph. Took it back and they found it needed additional work? Just seemed maybe they were rushing. $1200 total seemed a little pricey for work performed.

Came to Top Tech after a big lightning storm, and the south location was out of power. I took my vehicle to the street to their larger branch, and they were busy but very accommodating. Got an estimate back same day for significant work that needed doing on my Charger, and the staff were informative and worked with me to get done what definitely needed to be done. Should be said that despite the power outage, they used generators to begin whatever work they could on mine and other vehicles, and didn't let it stop them.They had my car ready next day, and I believe the pricing was very reasonable for what was done. Car is running great! Better than it has in quite a while, and I'm so thankful they could take care of it. I will definitely be returning in the future for further vehicle maintenance needs ane recommending Top Tech to others.

Rip off. Going thru all my receipts over the past 9 yrs & I've been scammed. Installed the same part, a 60-100k part w/in 2 yrs. Pads 2x in 2yrs, etc. Ask them to check a leak & when they didn't, my brakes went out. Nice! Prolly spent 10k over the yrs & have brought all my cars, at least 5 & was loyal. And don't even get me started about the counter robot, Jason. He has all the personality of a brick AND he's rude! The 1st location was honest & reasonably priced. Guess they gotta pay higher rent in clawson

Amazing repair shop overly honest about what needs to be done and their prices are very competitive in comparison to others. I know my family and I have found our new mechanic for all of our needs. Thanks guys for making us feel welcome and not taken advantage of like others.

This is my first ever review on a business, because I've never been compelled enough to do so before. I found this place because they had they had the best price on a simple task; balancing wheels (just bought the car used and it shook on the highway - noticed no weights at all on the wheels).I've since only had them swap tires on the same wheels and do an alignment on that same car. I'm an ASE master certified technician who does not partake in that trade any longer, but does so on the side/to my own vehicles. With that said, I'm insanely particular about having someone else touch any car I own/service. Upon paying for my four wheel alignment after installing the tires they mounted and balanced and the suspension work I did myself, I realized they adjusted my alignment within numbers that I'd even have a hard time achieving back when I did this work for a living.I was more intense about alignments than almost anything else. Who wants to spend $500 on tires to have them wear funny within a few months?For the first time ever, I have a local shop that can do the work I can't do without having the right equipment. I trust this place and their quality of work. They're simple, no frills, and get the work done right. Having the work done right is not always easy to find. I recommend this facility more than any other I've ever been to.

Looking for an honest place you can trust to have your vehicle serviced and repaired? Look no more, this is the place for you!!!I have been taking my car here for the past three years; following a bad experience with a dealership. I was told by the dealership service department I needed new brakes immediately and was told my car was dangerous to drive. Something told me to get a second opinion. I took the car to Top Tech and met a wonderful, honest man named Gary. After checking the brakes (no charge) Gary told me they were only partially worn and I could come back in several months and have them checked again...which I did, and was turned away again as they still had life in them. That is when I knew I had actually found an honest car guy in Gary.Since that time Top Tech has had all my business from oil changes to any repairs. We call Gary he tells us a good time to bring in our cars and they are always done within the time frame promised. He is a great guy who always puts customers first, that coupled with terrific service techs and mechanics makes this place our only choice for auto service and repairs. These guys rock!!!!!!!!

Excellent service! Wonderful and accommodating staff! And very fair/reasonable process. As a woman who doesn't know much about cars, I'm always a bit nervous to take my car to an auto mechanic, but Top Tech lived up to its name, provide a great service and didn't try to oversell me on something I didn't need.

Very friendly and honest staff! Took my wife's minivan in for some clunking noises coming from the front wheel. They discovered a nut to the sway bar link had worked itself loose and properly torqued it free of charge. Didn't even charge diagnostic fee! Will definitely return here when I need other work done.

In a city that lives and breathes the auto biz, this place is right up there with the best of them. Really, really good at what they do, doing it efficiently, and caring about supplying the best to their customers. Gary went way above and beyond in helping with a tire issue and I will be back the next time my car and I need trustworthy help.

My husband has been to a few companies trying to clear up some scary rattles and grinding from under the hood or whole car..I wanted to scrap the vehicle...well Top Tech Auto fixed the problem and we are sooo grateful!!! Thank you for top notch service and bringing security back to our car!!Very happy and grateful!! Rattles, Creaks, and Grinding sounds GONE!!!

Super service, great people! They reattached a heat shield, provided an estimate for my non-functioning air conditioning and gave me a ride home after I dropped off my car. The bill? $20! I'll never go anywhere else.

If you like wasting money and taking your car too a shady mechanic this is the place for you! Took car in too have a power steering pump replaced, return the car to me not even a. Week later power steering goes out again, car goes back too them, car is returned a week or so later and car is now leaking power steering fluid, car goes back again they charge me for a new line, I get my car back the third time now, a week later the pump goes out again and my car is still leaking power steering fluid, I end up fixing the car myself only too find they never replaced the pump or the line that they charged me for, and they couldn t even tighten the line too the pump down. Be careful where you take your car this is most definitely not the place too take it I m out $1,000+ Multiple weeks of my time and having too pay for multiple rental vehicles only too have too do the jib myself anyways in the endService: Steering & suspension repair

Spent almost $1400 and my steering wheel still shakes like crazy and my ABS light went on as soon as I left the lot. With how much they drove the car around once we dropped it off you'd think they would've felt the crazy shaking and seen the ABS light! Not too happy about this... and I've been dealing with these guy's along with my whole family for well over 20+ years, so I hate to say anything bad at all.... But come on guys, really?!

Came in with one flat tire, full size spare in it's place. My tires were old, and I went in asking for all 4 to be replaced. They helped me pick a tire, and re-mounted all 4 new tires on the "normal" rims.Above and beyond, they also mounted one of my "old" tires on to the spare rim, and replaced the spare up under the car. The original spare tire was ~17 years old and not even safe as a spare.. They updated the tire on there and tucked it back away no charge. Awesome thoughtfulness.

Had my car serviced at this place for the first time and they did a fantastic job.Would recommend this place to anybody.Will be using this place again if anything goes wrong with my car again.
