Stopped in today to get a check engine code after being turned down elsewhere. Glad auto zone turned me down though because Stan was so awesome, helped me out right away and set my mind at ease about the problem and its severity vs my two hour drive home. I unfortunately didn t need to purchase anything but I m sending every one I know on the east side to this store because a really nice guy took time out of his day to help me and did a great job!

I will never come here again for anything. Came in recently with a question and the two guys behind the counter would hardly listen to what I was saying. They kept asking me the same questions over and over even after I explained everything to them, and the tone they used was as if I was dumb and should just know everything already. One of the guys even made a comment implying that the shop I take my car to for repairs may have done something shady - with absolutely no proof. My mechanic is honest and would not do what that guy was suggesting. It was offensive and so unprofessional. Never again! Have a little respect!

I walked in and none of the 3 employees greeted me. One was in the phone but the other 2 looked at me and walked to the back. I waited about 5 minutes, then the 1st employee asked what I needed. When I explained what I wanted, they were very dismissive and said my item was not 'needed.' Well, to me it was and this option was not needed! After two unpleasant interactions, I opted to leave and visit a different auto supply store.

Went in to have my battery tested as I just had to jump it. The gentleman that opened the store today came out and said it was a bit low. Recommended I try cleaning the battery posts. Great Customer Service - my go to place from now on !

Super friendly. Asked if they had the parts over the phone in the morning. They set aside for me to buy in the afternoon/evening. I walked in, items already on the counter for me.

Bought some lisle torx bits here a few years ago, tried to warranty a t55 that broke/chipped on some gm brake caliper bolts. The nice person behind the counter searched saying "everything since Murray's auto should be in the system" Well my lisle torx bit purchase wasn't, neither was my 305 long block purchase, but they did have just about everything that isn't able to warranty. Ace hardware replaced was able to to warranty all of my craftsman tools despite not being purchased from there.

my son-in-law works here he works real hard does the best that he can well they had a Christmas decoration contest and his wife my daughter went in and they decorated and wouldn't you know they won first place yay what a great job and the place looked beautiful the O'Reilly's I'm 14 by crooks

I went to buy at that store and they treated me very badly. I asked them questions about the products and they answered me in a very bad way. I definitely do not recommend this store. Very bad service.is at the store at 1015 W 14 Mile Rd, Clawson, MI 48017

Tried to return a trickle charger, it was within 30 days and I had the receipt. Guy at the counter took one look at me and said NO RETURNS. Did not even ask if I had the receipt or ask any questions, it was just NO, flat out. I am very convinced this was a racial hit on me. I wish I could take back all the money spent at this horrible store. The store manager, who sold me the trickle charger stood right there and insisted, NO RETURNS. What a shameAnyway, I was able to return the item to another store, the reps there know their job and treated me like a paying customer.

Dave and Katie went above in beyond helping me locate a proper wiper blade and helped me install it after I couldn't figure it out. Plus is was 10� outside! I will go out of my way (there are three closer locations to my home) in hopes of getting their excellent service again.

I love O'Reilly's it's a great place to shop. However yesterday although the lady that worked at this particular location did not know how to run the equipment. Bless her heart she tried very hard to check to see if her alternator was bad but was unable. I believe that someone should be on staff at all times that can run all the equipment. Not her fault in the least bit

The staff had no idea what I was looking for initially, power steering fluid. They were not able to describe differences between brands, or which were self sealing. Was left to my own devices and to read all labels. After choosing one and paying for it, I asked if someone would assist me with refilling the resivoir. I was told to go to a mechanic somewhere since they had no idea where it goes. I will never go back.

Fast & Very helpful with my issue on my vehicle. The man behind the counter was new/temporary to this location. I watched him handle other customers while I waited a short time and he was totally helpful...

Was greeted and asked how I could be helped immediately upon walking in. Taj and the crew took care of all my questions and shared everything they could to help a young guy replace my brake calipers & even how to remove a very stuck bolt. With their advice, I got it unstuck! And to think, I almost stopped at the Advanced Auto Parts nearby... Can almost guarantee I wouldn't have gotten this amount of customer service and information over there.

They really went above and beyond when I stopped in earlier today. They helped me try to figure out where a leak was coming from in my power steering system and even filled it for me. Will definitely come back for anything I need

Tad was very friendly and helpful. He went the extra mile when I came in for a battery check. He gave me helpful advice and did what he could for me while I was there. Great location with great staff.

came in, heard the door chime along with two voices in the back. waited 5 minutes until a phone rang. A man came and answered the phone while I stood there. awful customer service from two different stores 3 days apart.

Super helpful. Guy there helped me figure out the issue with one of my cylinders, even let me borrow some tools to diagnose it there. Got the part and it's not misfiring anymore.

They know their car parts here. They know where to find them in the store. Very helpful very knowledgeable staff. Don't forget that these are the friendliest people on earth!
