Came for a basic oil change and the charge was $128 dollars. He also tried to upsell multiple services that were unnecessary for a brand new car. Then, he forgot to put the oil stick back in my car and I had to pull over and do this myself. Such a scam. 0/10 would not recommend.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

For the love of god if you care about your car DO NOT BRING IT HERE!!! I was charged for an oil change and an engine flush and the guy didn t do either of them I am definitely going to be taking this to the city of Clawson please go across the street to uncle Ed s you will be in MUCH better hands!!!

DO NOT go here!! Did not put O ring back and all oil spilled out of car onto driveway, etc. Called and have yet to call me back about a refund. I had zero oil left in my car after less than 24 hours after charging me $128. Had to have it towed to my dealer. Horrible horrible place!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

At first I thought the experience was pretty good. I never use this place because I have a regular place I go to, but I got super busy and needed a change.After I got the oil change, I noticed my car smelled like slight burning oil, faint but there, and never smelled like that before.After worrying, I took it to my usual oil change/mechanic and he said the filter was dirty and the oil was dark for only being three weeks.So, he drained it fully, and put in a new oil filter and the burning oil smell was gone.I paid over $100 for a bad oil change and had to pay over $150 to have the problem fixed three weeks later.

Was charged for an new oil filter. After getting home, I checked to see that it was changed. It was not. Nothing had been touched. After going back and confronting the guy about this, he claimed it was changed. I asked him where the filter was located on my car, and he said underneath the engine. The filter on my car is on the top of the engine ! Oops! Then he said, " Oh I just charged you what I charged last time", without even realizing that he just admitted that he blatantly lied about changing the filter ! And he couldn't produce the old filter because it was still in the car. Then without admitting his fraud, he said he didn't know how to refund my credit card for the phantom oil filter, and gave me a written credit for a future oil change scribbled on the receipt. Unbelievable.

First time ever going to an oil change place like this. Although it was more than I usually paid, they were fast and friendly. They also have a punch rewards card for a free oil change, and they have me a rebate voucher. I'm very happy and will most likely be back!

New Ownership is AWFUL & INCOMPETENT!!! CLEAR MONEY GRAB OF A BUSINESS!!!At least 3 Times More Expensive than previous ownership. 45 min for an Oil Change. Every check engine light came on in my car 2 days later. Took my car into a repair shop they said whoever did the oil change didn t clean it correctly l, didn t clean the plug or properly put it back in, and the oil filter now has a leak in it from mistakes. Was laughed at when I said I took it to an oil shop. They said it must have been their first oil change.Go anywhere else. At least you won t have to pay for a 2nd oil change elsewhere let alone car repairs. They were sketchy and wanted you to handwrite all your personal information. Didn t print off anything other than a receipt. Had been going here for 5+ years. First time with new ownership Now I ll be looking for a new oil change place with normal rates. Not $100+ for trash service. Can t wait for even newer ownership .Service: Oil change

This used to be my favorite place to go, prices went up. Do not trust. This place is a rip off the older gentleman that is missing teeth told me I had an oil leak he can fix it for $20 in cash. I did not have it. He said no problem he ll put it on the card, he never fixed it when I said something he said he didn t charge me for it and he just wiped it clean. It s OK come to find out my daughter was there two weeks ago he told her the same thing she said it s OK she ll take it to her mechanic when she did they said there was no leak . I called up there to say this, and to speak to the manager. He answer the phone and pretend to be the manager.Service: Oil change

Love this place. They do exactly what you ask and they don't hold you up even after you told them. You do not need all the other wonky doodle inspections that other places continue to constantly push on you so that they can raise the price. Highly recommend this place

Terrible experience with new management and significant increase in prices. The prices have increased significantly since new management took over and felt pressured into additional services. I took my grandmas car in to get an oil change and the new management is awful. Tried to upsell everything possible. Prices increased. The manager said that he noticed an oil leak and asked if he could fix it. I said no thank you. He went ahead and did it anyway and asked for 20 in cash. It s not on the receipt. Stay away from this place. It has money grab written all over it.Service: Oil change

Overpriced oil change. Stinks like cigarette smoke inside garage. Had to go back because the drain plug wasn t tightened properly. Wouldn t recommend to anyone.

I take my vehicle here all the time and always have had a good experience. The service is prompt and resonably priced. The people here aren't pushy. The staff doesn't try to up sell you with unnecessary service like an Uncle Ed's Oil shop type place does, which is one of the primary reasons I keep coming back as a customer.

They were awesome! My sensor on my newer pre owned car said it was time for an oil change. I was a little confused about the mileage because of the sensor light. There was an existing oil change sticker from the dealership on my windsheild. The guy assisting me said I didn't need an oil change yet and it would be a waste of money and that I can wait. He made sure the oil looked good and was full and he reset my oil change sensor. What a grand experience being a woman and not try to be taken! They have my business from now on!

The owner always does my oil change...Today he was off and my SERVICE WAS AWFUL THEY LIED ON MY RECIEPT about what they did...I did NOT get full service today...When I pulled in the men acted like I was interrupting them one sitting on a bar stool smoking the other sounded like he was placing BET'S on the phone..I've been coming here for almost 10 years.....I will not be returning since the owner no longer works regularly...I hate that too. The owner is so professional and polite does get work....These 2 today are just so unprofessional..I'm hate I interrupted them that was a wasted 50.00. They never checked my wipers or my.tires he would've saw so needed air, they never checked my headlight he would've saw one was out..Which I had the new bulb with me and the Owner always puts it in and charges me just for installing it.....I'm so angry with them..What's wrong with employees no one wants to do good work... This is a pure waste of money....Paid for service I didn't get...I'm afrafraid to complain the guy sitting on the stool look like an ex-felon....In so disgusted..with this place !!!! Why couldn't the owner be there as usual....I forgot to mention the man working under the hood left me waiting while he was checking his BET"S for over 13 minutes in the middle of my oil change.. I had to keep my windows roles up the whole time because the guy underneath my car had been finish and he started back smoking/electronic and I didn't want my allergies flaring up !!!!! Way Way !!!!!..I'm do angry with those two !!!. That's NO way to treat a customer... If they didn't have time for send me way.. I came at 3pm they weren't closing just busy with BET"S smoking and being LAZY...Never ever again never !!!! Pretty quick and they get the job done when it comes to quick oil changes. I've had them change my synthetic oil 3-4 times now.

Stay away from this place way over priced, and they try up selling stuff you don't need, plus all the employees are helmet wearing crayon munchers!!
