Perfect service! The issue with our car was diagnosed fast. The mechanic I spoke with was very friendly and even offered to pick us up to get to the shop. The cost was fair and nothing extra was tacked on. This shop is now our go-to mechanic!

Troy and team are the best and it's a major plus to trust the people working on your car. I've had my alternator replaced, oil and coolant changed, new tires, new brakes and two different squeaks and rattles fixed. Thank you!

Havent' been here in 12 years, only 1/2 mile from my house so I can walk there to pick my car up! Very nice guy, Troy that owns the shop. They appear to do any repairs needed, need to bring back but waiting on parts. Finished the repairs and found mistakes from another garage in Troy on Maple. This is the only place I ll go to in the future. They are honest and do a great job.Had to come in for another repair, again a great place to work with.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical

Super friendly and not ones to sell you on work that you don t need done!Brought in my car with a flat in the morning, patched up a leak and sent me on my way just a short while later.The owner/head mechanic there is also the Clawson fire chief, so mind your manners and show some respect to one of the best around!

My story starts with a mistake--I got my new tires at Walmart. The Walmart techs claimed I had come in with a missing lug nut and a broken mount, but I hadn't--they almost certainly broke the lug nut themselves, and I had to replace it later myself (the mount was totally fine). Since then, I had noticed a concerning vibration coming from that side of the vehicle at high speeds.So I finally took it in to Bayliss today. They took a test drive, torqued my lug nuts correctly (and for free), and, lo and behold, the high speed vibration is now gone. I'm so grateful that the tire didn't work itself completely loose before then!Anyway, I'm moving out of state, but, if I'm ever back in the area and need work done on my tires, I will be coming back to Bayliss. Thank you!

I want to share what an amazing repair facility this is! My car was in for "major" repairs and they did a great job and my car feels like new again! If you are looking for that "hometown, honest, reliable" auto repair, THIS IS IT!!! I highly recommend Bayliss and Troy is as honest and down to earth as they come!
