I don't know what all the hate is about below. Perhaps things have changes because I had a great experience with them today. Everyone was really cool and they did a fine job on my suspension. Dave was super friendly and answered my questions as well as the tech, Paul (mohawk) who did the work. Even some of the others guys working chatted with me and answered my questions in a very friendly way. Again, everyone was cool! Would def recommend. I'll def be back when needed.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Lead mechanic was a short, small, older a$$hole, that tried to squeeze every dollar i had into a easy 2stroke lower end rebuild. Paid $500 for them to inspect and quote and they came after me for $1800. No joke, i picked my bike up and it was in pieces after giving them a clean solid bike to work on. The shop was not enthusiastic about helping people, their hearts aren't into wrenching. Very upset and disappointed, no riding for me this season. Dont go there

I went to these guys quite often to fix my 2000 wr400, always took great care of me. One time I picked it up and when I brought it home, it didn t run right, brought it back up and they looked at it. Next day it was corrected at no charge. Very nice guys as well.

Had them update my GL1500's front end with new bearings and suspension. Also replaced a front tire that was cupping. I've been going to TC for years now. Derrick is awesome. Knows what's he's talking about, and gets everything ordered on time and quickly.I recently rebuilt a 97 KX500. I had TC do the suspension, and I couldnt be happier. The bike handles phenomenally. I get many compliments on how well it looks like the bike handles.Great place to do business. I highly recommend Tech Care !

Great people and shop. Paul went the extra mile to help me out and got me back on my way. I lost track of this shop when they moved, I was thrilled when I found they were still around.

Decided not to go here to get my motorcycle fixed after i called asked if they can fix my bike the guy hung up on me and i called back he said something was wrong with the phone and was very rude. If you want friendly customer service go somewhere else. He also quoted me way high to get some carbs cleaned out. Super jack ass loser low life

My suspension set up was spot on and the time these guys take to help me personally is top notch. So happy to have them so close and excited to have their support moving forward

Awesome customer service. Just had my CR450 suspension rebuilt and set. Good turnaound, even had the special parts on hand I forgot to order.

Oem parts are priced high but dave is awesome with suspension i feel safe spending my money here for fine labor or hard to find parts

I have used Tech-Care for all major work since 2008 and I have never had any issues. These folks do CARE!!
