Stopped by here after work to get my windshield fixed. Was blessed to find this place. Lady at the front desk was super kind and Mr. Eric was very professional and fixed my windshield in a timely manner. Very satisfied with this shop. Will use their services again in the future

My brand new 65k black truck got hit 1 week after I bought it, I was so sad the damage was not to bad but the passenger door needed repainted, a new mirror and some window trim . I had had other work done before by S&L and had good luck so I took it there.... What a mess... The door was a different color and they didn't cover the truck so it had Clear overspray all over it. The owner started to blame the overspray on tree sap on my now 1 month old truck and said that after a few weeks the color would blend in then said the guy who was working on it lost a family member anyway two years later it still looks two different color's and the hood and roof are still rough from the overspray ..... So every chance I get I try to take business away from them very Disappointed in a local company that I trusted. I attached a picture

Great experience with repairs following my car getting rear-ended! Customer service navigated working with my insurance so I didn't have to, and they were quite responsive to my questions throughout the process. The repairs were done earlier than the promised date, and the car looked like new. Very pleased with the services rendered!

We took our car in for an estimate after being hit in a parking lot. They got the car repaired in just a few days as they estimated. When we picked the car up it was super clean. Everyone was so helpful and nice, espically Sabrina in the office. Best repair shop we have ever used. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and professional, they did an amazing job on my 2015 RAM. They handled everything with my insurance company and made the process very easy and worry free. When I picked the truck up they went over a check list of things that where checked and filled such as my oil, windshield washer fluid, tire pressure, etc. I feel like they whet over and above to make my truck look and drive great again. Thanks to Larry and his awesome crew. I would highly recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Customer service is every bit as important as the quality of work being done, and S&L knocked both out of the park.I had trouble with other body shops being rude and dismissive or flat out not returning calls, so I was blown away with Sabrina's timely call-backs, attention to detail, friendliness and professionalism.S&L was able to get my truck in and out for a new windshield, and the entire process from initial call to getting an appointment scheduled to having the work done took less than 24 hours.That type of service is uncommon in the current market!I'll be letting all my friends and family members know about S&L. Thank you and kudos on the great work.

I ve been using S & L for all my repairs including windshield replacement since I ve lived in Clarkston for 23 years. They are amazing, very professional and my vehicles always come back to me looking like they just came from the dealership. Beautifully detailed. as a former insurance agent I would refers customers to S & L whenever possible due to their quality work. They run an efficient shop and they just fixed my vehicle from a minor accident and as always, did a great job. They cleaned it inside and out prior to pickup and it looks great. Thanks! Greg

Due to all of the construction on I 75, a construction sign, was struck by another car, sending it into my vehicle. After dropping my car off at S & L, Larry and Jake met me out front to give me a rough estimate and explain work is going to be needed. They communicated everything to my insurance and my car was completed in near perfect shape within four days. S & L Auto Body & Glass is by far the best quality auto body shop I have ever took my vehicle to. The Office Manager Sabrina, Owner Larry and staff provided efficient and professional customer care. They made sure my car rental was taken care of and even got my vehicle done a day early. The gentlemen and Sabrina made sure to follow through with what they told me they would do. This team even went above and beyond in making sure my car was repaired as promised, and cleaned the interior and exterior, prior to me returning to pick up my vehicle. I highly recommend this amazing team at S&L Auto Body & Glass. I just had my vehicle repaired here. This facility was spotless. They handled all of the paperwork and filing with my Insurance Company. The people working there were absolutely amazing, pleasant, accommodating and very nice to work with. They had parts delays and kept me up-to-date throughout the whole process. I have to say they were true Professionals. The work they did was more than they needed to do and they were supportive and willing to work with me. If I have repair needs in the future I will go nowhere else.Great Job S&L and Thank you for a great experience.

I was impressed with the professionalism and quality of work by S and L autobody. They were able to fix my truck a month earlier than every other body shop I contacted. I was pleased with the top quality work. The owner even gave me a ride home when I brought my vehicle in. An overall great experience.

We checked a couple places for quotes on some body work not using auto insurance to pay. S&L came in the lowest. I did know they've been in the same location for over 20 years so we went with them. Got the car back a few hours ago and I must say they are very very good! I am impressed and I am not one to be impressed easy or even write reviews!!! They were polite and professional, got the job done on time and at the quoted cost. They even went above and beyond, cleaning up the interior and even the trunk!!! We could not have gotten a better deal at a dealership shop! And could not be happier with the outcome! I will never have to search around for a body shop again....Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After a negative experience with a local dealership with just the estimate process, I decided to have my repairs done at S&L Autobody. I was happy with the communication they provided throughout the process and you could tell that getting my vehicle done was a priority to them. Being a State Farm Select Service provider, everything was seamless. The icing on the cake was that my vehicle was immaculate - inside and out, which was not expected but so appreciated! Thank you so much!

This company is incredible!!! Shortly after getting my new car I had a minor accident but caused a lot of damage not only did they take care of the repairs for my new car they also took care of me.... I was worried and upset and really didn't know what to do ! they handled it all and my car is brand new again thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!!!Services: Transmission, Painting, Body & Trim

I'm glad I found a good body shop near me. Every shop I visited took so long for whatever reason then I always end up rent a car or go nowhere. They definitely know what they're doing. 100% revisit if any other issues arise.

S&L treats your car like it is their own--and that is why it is the only place we take our cars. The work Larry and the team does is impeccable. I even drive my car home from New York to get it fixed because I know the quality of S&L's work is 'hands down' better than anyone else.Just stepping foot into S&L, you know you are in the right place if you like cleanliness. They even refill your washer fluid, check your tire pressure, vacuum your carpets, etc. when you take it in to fix a scratch!I truly cannot recommend them high enough!

Very disappointed with the work and the customer service! As a State Farm customer, I was referred to this shop as a "Preferred Provider" which includes certain perks like guaranteed timeline for work, vacuuming of car, etc. My first interaction was having my car evaluated for the work needing to be done. I was told it would take 15 min (which it did) but that they had not received the paperwork from State Farm to assign the work however they expected it end of day. Only three days later when I called was I told they needed me to reach out to State Farm. Work was assigned within an hour. Minor thing but probably an inclination of work ethic in hindsight. I asked specifically for estimate of work prior to taking it in because I wanted to ensure painting a portion of my car was not included (doing so would make the scratches elsewhere stand out). It was not on the estimate but guess what, they painted my door. And it appears they broke a portion of my door handle when removing it to paint as one part is very faded, the other looks brand new. Finally, timeline to get work done is guaranteed. A couple hours before end of business day on the day work was to be completed, I called and was told that it was not going to be done and since it was a Friday, they would need to keep my car until end of day on Monday to complete. Totally unacceptable and created a hardship. Miraculously, when I reminded them of their obligation to State Farm customers, they found some way to get the work done that day. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was greeted by Sabrina and Larry who both were less than polite. Larry complaining that working on my brand of vehicle (Land Rover) is "always a nightmare" and that the delays were because of incorrect parts and dealerships not delivering (all things they could have communicated to me over the 4 days they had the vehicle if they felt they wouldn't be able to meet the timeline). Larry was downright rude stating that my insistence on the work being done was "costing him overtime." When I was done dealing with his attitude and called him out on it, his response was "everybody has bad days." Sadly, I think S & L just has bad business practices. Yes, everybody has bad days but the reality is that life goes on and as adults we must meet out obligations regardless. State Farm has been notified and will hopefully remove S & L as a preferred provider. i really wish I had been able to give them a glowing review as they are located close-by.
